Monkeying around (Renji/Haya) « Thread Started on Oct 30, 2009, 5:40am »
Renji, captain of the third squad of the gotei 13, had decided, that as he had got some of his paperwork done, enough anyway, that he would go relax for a while. Afterall, now his squad had become so filled with people he could delegate some of the lesser paperwork to his subordinates. He had come to one of his favourite bars in order to relax. It was his favourite for one reason other then the cheap booze and that was that it was the first place he had taken her. He sighed deeply. No matter what he did he could not forget her unless he really immersed himself in something like his paperwork. He sighed again before ordering some of the cheap sake. It had no real purpose other then the ability to get people wasted and that was what he wanted. Maybe if he got drunk enough he could forget her for a while. He slipped his custom, trademark, sunglasses over his eyes and sighed before sipping some sake. It didn't taste particularly nice, but he could feel himself becoming inebriated.

"Hey darling," a voice whispered in Renji's ear. She had been gone for a few weeks, no big deal to Haya, after all she had taken jobs that took her months to complete before. Gracefully, even though there was a half drunk bottle of sake in her hand, she slid into Renji's lap. She lifted up his sunglasses, letting them settle on the top of his head. Instantly her nips and breath found his neck in an attempt to lighten his obvious sour mood before she looked him in the eyes. "I would have thought that a Captain would have less seedy places when it came to drinking," she chuckled huskily, reclaiming his neck, which could have been taken by some other woman in her absence.
"Now why the serious face, Ren-chan, too much paperwork, or are all those new recruits giving you a hardtime, Pineapple-sama?"

He stared at her for a moment. Was it really her? He smiled as he looked at her. He had missed her so much. More then he could say and he doubted she'd understand "Hey." he said quietly and kissed her gently on the neck. "I missed you, thats whats up." he replied with a sigh of sadness. There wasn't much else he could say. He really had missed her and gently nuzzled her neck again.
"I come here when i've got free time, which isn't often." he added as an afterthought. "It reminds me of you." He knew she'd have to go soon, but he didn't want her to. He wanted her in his arms always, but knew it was not going to happen.

Haya let out a long sputter and rolled her eyes, "Since when did you get so girly about missing someone?" she asked looking rather annoyed, "Really Renji, tey to be a little more manly when it comes to this sort of thing, or the next thing you know rumors about you liking men might start surfacing," not that Haya would ever spread any rumors like that...ahem. "Really Renji, I need a guy to just suck it up and you know, be burly and stuff. All this weeping a moaning about being alone is a turn off you know?"
"Now, back to the sake," Haya then said shoving the opening of her bottle into Renji's mouth and forcing him to drink, "Too many worries, not enough sake," she giggled.

He drunk the sake glad to have a reason not to reply. Whilst he was drinking he began to think. When she eventually took the bottle away, if only so he could breathe again, he sighed. "I know, I know." he said and shrugged. "I can't help missing you, but I do try my best not to show it." He added and this was true, he hadn't complained to anyone about Haya, with the exception of a talk with Matsumoto, but that didn't really count. "I am not complaining about being lonely" which was true. All he was complaining about was her being gone for so long.
He kissed her full on the lips passionately and roughly his hand roaming her body. His sorrows were forgotten due to alcohol and lust. He was generally the burly, muscular guy, but even they had emotions, even the demon Kenpachi. Everyone had someone they missed, for him it was Haya and Rukia, for Kenpachi it was Aoide and Yachiru. Heck even Ikkaku probabaly missed someone. When he broke the kiss eventually he smiled at her before grabbing her ass playfully. "How'd the mission go?" he asked.

"Eh, mission? Same old same old, hunt down this guy ask him to come back, and you know how it goes, they resist and then you have to kill them," Haya said with a smirk, almost as if murdering someone, granted a criminal was one of the easiest thing to do. And maybe for it was for her, after all Renji didn't exactly know her too well. "Silly Oineapple Taichou, you really should race after someone more proper, sweet, and good. Not old, Haya," she murmured closing her eyes as she ran her nose along his. Her body tingled where he was touched her with that rough, yet unexperienced touch that made her smile.
"Someone who will wait for you by the door, who you won't ever have to wonder if she's been hired to kill you," she added looking at Renji with half opened eyes, filled with lus and amusing. He was so young, so trusting, her soft lips ran against his neck before her nose buried in his flesh, taking in a long breath of his scent. "You're going to get hurt persuing the badgirl," she warned him.

"Then so be it." he whispered gently into her ear. He smiled. Even if things went badly he was happy to have had this time even if it was only once in a blue moon. "I don't think I'd be happy with the sweet, innocent girl who waits for me." He bit her gently on the neck his hand running over the curves on her body. He turned her head to face him and kissed her passionately. He wasn't going to waste a second of this time. She could go at any moment on another mission and then he might not see her ever again.
That was the price he had to pay for being with Haya, but it was worth it. "Even if you were hired to kill me...." he groped her playfully on the breast. "You wouldn't stand a chance." He was confident that he would beat her in combat even if she did try to surprise attack him.
