General Information
--------------------
Name: Yoichi Satoshi
Actual Age: 36
Appearing Age: 367 (Actual age divided by 10)
Gender: Male
Appearance
Yoichi is a short one to say the least. He's 5'3", and weighs about 140 at most. His hair is black and is complimented by his red eyes. His hair is longer than most, going to the base of his neck in the back and going beyond his eyes in the front, though it normally doesn't cover his eyes. His build is thin and seemingly flimsy, though his legs are a bit more muscular than his arms. His thinness is well noted due to his thin neck, the thing that really stands out.
Yoichi's shihakusho is of the norm minus his left sleeve concealing his wakizashi. He also wears two separate wrist bands, one red and one black. The red one has two symbols, a spade and a club, as where the black one has a diamond and a heart. He also wears a pair of black socks instead of the traditional white ones.
Normally, Yoichi has a coin, die, and a deck of cards on him at all times. On his coin, it has a skull for heads and a hollow mask for tails, or so he says. On his die, the one is a flaming skull where the rest are normal. His deck of cards are worn and on the back, they are white with the number "13" on the back, written in Japanese of course. These are the bare necesities whenever Yoichi goes anywhere.
Personality
Where to begin with this one, eh? Yoichi is enveloped in probability and chances. He would much prefer to live with the choices he makes from a chance rather than picking it himself. He hates making decisions, and as such decides to take a chance with a coin toss or a roll of a die. Either way, he would much prefer to take as many chances as possible.
Yoichi likes to be around a lot of people, he is very social, and acts the fool a lot, seeing as how he really has no street smarts, just book smarts. This isn't his fault, seeing as how he was raised in a noble family, okay, noble-ish. They weren't the richest, but they had a small reputation. This is besides the point, for he really enjoys social gatherings. Anything that involves games of chance and/or dancing.
Drinking! Yoichi usually doesn't like to drink. This usually causes bad things to happen. Yoichi either gets so drunk that he flails about senselessly, or he makes really bad decisions, that are not included in his theory of relying on probability. One other thing is the fact that he normally black outs whenever he drinks. This means that when he comes to, he finds out about all the things he had done then goes into a small depression. This depression doesn't last long, due to Yoichi always having cards on him, he entertains himself to when he gets happy again.
Yoichi doesn't like the whole combat situation. He doesn't like to fight, nor does he like conflict. He avoids these things like it's the plague. Although, when it comes down to it, Yoichi can fight, usually defensively, and not very into the fight. He tries to get out of it every which way.
He is a hard worker, that is for sure! He enjoys taking care of business as soon as possible! Any work that he has given to him is completed as soon as he possibly can. He does not procrastinate in his jobs, nor does he like to allow people to distract him. He slowly begins to become less distracted and more focused when someone tries to distract him. In essence, he is a concrastinator.
History
Birth and Adolesence- First 12 Years
Yoichi was born in the mid 1600s. This was a peaceful time for Japan, seeing as how it was the Edo period. Yoichi was born into a merchant family. The family wasn't the richest, but they definitely had some money and influence. Seeing as how they were merchants, they had a shop and they sold multiple items. Yoichi's first few years were quiet to say the least.
When Yoichi turned four, he began to help around the store, where necessary. He wasn't much of a help, but the little bit that he helped with did help in some way. Usually he would run things back and forth from the store room to the front. This went on for a few years, before he began to learn and be taught by his parents.
His life became rough around the age of seven, when his family got roughed out by another merchant family. This new family brought better supplies and had some things that they didn't! Because of this, Yoichi's family had to move to a different area, which would not end well. The first year there was tough, they barely sold anything, nor could they get any customers in, which was very bad. Another year passed and they still weren't able to keep the business alive. By the time Yoichi was nine, his family had went out of business and had to move, again.
Him and his family had become peasants, forced to move out into the rural area. This wasn't good for him or his family, seeing as how they were used to selling things. They had nothing more to sell though, and were forced into the rural area. They found a nice little piece of land that they bought and began farming. This brings us to Yoichi's twelfth year in Japan.Adulthood- Year 12 to 24
Since he was twelve, and an only child, his father had to make him work with him, making the jobs a bit easier. They continued on farming and working until they were able to sell their crop for some money. With this money, they bought more supplies, in an attempt to rebuild their merchant name.
After a few years, Yoichi was old enough to go and sell these things on his own. With this job, he had only a few things to do. Sell their crop, buy the listed items, and make it back in one piece. These were easy tasks, and Yoichi got used to doing this on a regular basis, for another few years.
One day, after Yoichi had turned eighteen, he was making a trip to seel some crop when he bumped a samurai. This was dangerous, seeing as how Yoichi was a peasant and the samurai, well, he was a samurai! The samurai threatened Yoichi and convinced him to give all of their crop to him. Yoichi had no choice but to agree. After this, he went back home and explained it to his parents. This. Meant. War.
Yoichi was now twenty-one, and this would mean he could live on his own, or take over their house seeing as how he could man up to his father. Would he? Probably not. Yoichi's father had left a few days before Yoichi turned twenty-one, and he still hadn't returned. The day after, there was a knock at their door. His mother went to answer it, seeing as he was out in the field, working. Before his mother was her dead husband, and with that, Yoichi had became the man of the house. He returned to the little house, after his work was complete, and approached his mother, who was crying.
"Mother, what is wrong?"
His mother remained silent for a short moment. Then she spoke and presented a ring, his father's favorite ring that he never took off. "Your father... Is dead my son..." She broke down and began crying, like she did when she first saw his dead body in front of the house.
Yoichi walked over and picked up the ring then went out back, where his dead father laid. He began to dig a hole. Man, burying your own father was a drag.Adulthood and Death- Year 24 to 36/Death
Years had passed, and Yoichi had been a man for about three years. He did everything around the farm. He went to the city to sell the crop. He did anything that wasn't inside. But, when night fell, Yoichi slipped into a darkness. A certain darkness that would consume him in time. He had began planning to kill the samurai, for they were the murderers who had claimed his father's life.
Yoichi knew he couldn't set his plan into action for some time, so he continued to plan, and work out kinks, along with working around the farm as usual. This darkness slowly consumed his life, and as such, he hardly ever went into the actual house. The only time he did was to give his mother their profit. Even after almost eight years, the image of his dead father rotted his mind. He began to lose himself in these thoughts.
It had been ten years since his father had died. This was a sad day for both Yoichi and his mother, who had become deathly ill. Yoichi spent the last of her days tending to her, working the farm, and planning, always planning. He had the kinks almost worked all the way out. The only problem was that he needed his mother there with him, otherwise he would not be able to complete his plan. His mother, had died, as Yoichi was thirty-one years old. This broke his heart, having to bury his mother next to his father. A sad day for the young man.
Years had went by, and it was finally time. Well, that or Yoichi had finally snapped. Either way, Yoichi had went into the city one day, to "sell" some things. When he got there, he bumped a samurai, on purpose. This samurai gave him the same proposition as the one before, and Yoichi declined. The samurai had drawn his sword and was about to cut down Yoichi right there, but then Yoichi threw something in the samurai's eyes. It was salt, and it made the samurai drop his sword.
Yoichi picked up the sword and impaled the samurai. Just then, the darkness lifted, and Yoichi realized what he had just done. He had killed a samurai, and now, he would be executed, for these actions. More samurai came running down, to see Yoichi with bloodied hands and a look of horror on his face. Before he could say anything, the samurai cut him down on the spot, killing Yoichi at the age of thirty six.Soul Life
Yoichi opened his eyes and looked around. Everything looked the same. Had he survived? Had he made it out of this troubling time?! He looked down and realized that he had not, as he watched his dead body get moved out of the way. Yoichi tried to stop them and could not, seeing as how he was a soul now, and he had just brought that thought into light.
He wondered the streets, not knowing why he was still there, but he knew there had to be a reason. What the reason was, he had no clue, but he wanted to know. He wondered more, seeing a few others that were like him, and they all looked just as lost as him. He decided to go back to the farm house.
Once he made it back here, he found out that they had sold the house, seeing as how it was abandoned. This made Yoichi angry, and he started to try and stop them, but could not. This was sad for Yoichi. Eventually he felt something drawing closer to him, something dark and evil.
Once he realized where it was coming from, it was almost to late. The giant creature had charged him and smacked him aside. It moved closer, preparing to eat Yoichi, of course, he didn't know, he just knew that this thing was gonna kill him, again. And that it did. It dragged him through some sort of portal and more were there. They began devouring him, eating his very soul.
What was left of this soul? A beast, a hungry beast. He scavenged the world of the living, looking for souls to eat, just merely on instinct. He then found a soul, that was very strong, a soul in black robes with a sword. It caused him to go into a rage, thinking of the samurai, or just because he was hungry, but either way. As he charged this soul, it cut him, causing him to dissipate. He had been purified, and sent to Soul Society.
Yoichi opened his eyes and looked around. He was unfamiliar with this place, or anything for that matter. He roamed the streets, trying to figure out where he was, to no avail. He continued to search for something, anything, but he just couldn't find it. He was lost, so lost.
A man in black robes approached him.
"You there! What are you doing walking about like that, don't you have a home?"
Yoichi tilted his head. "A... Home? No, I do not... I'm feeling kind of... lost."
The man grinned. "I can show you a place that will show you the way, just come with me."
Yoichi narrowed his eyes. Was this some sort of trick? Was he for real, or not? Yoichi shrugged and nodded, deciding that he should go anyway.Academy Life
The man in the robes had brought him to the academy. This was the day that Yoichi was going to be a shinigami. The entrance exam was easily passed for Yoichi, and he excelled in kido use. This was his bread and butter.
His first year he made few friends and kept mostly to himself, seeing as how he still felt a sense a being lost. He couldn't make a decision to save his life, and he only was really good at kido. It was rough for him the first year, but then he found something that would turn his luck around.
Before the end of the first year, he found a coin. This coin was on the ground on the way to his room. He looked around to see if anyone was missing it, then he picked it up. He looked at it for a moment then flipped it, caught it, and looked at it. It landed on heads. Then, he had an idea. What if he made decisions based on the landing of the coin?! It was brilliant, at least to Yoichi it was.
The next year went by much smoother thanks to the coin he had found. Anything that would have been a difficult decision, became a flip of a coin, then move on. This got him through his second year, passing all of his classes, kido being his best class, still.
The next year became tough for him once again, seeing as how someone had stolen his coin. This coin was important to Yoichi, and he needed it, or thought he did. Whenever he made his own decisions, they ended badly. He needed something to make his decisions. Eventually he found another coin, but this one lead him to bad decisions almost every time! He needed something new, something that could have multiple decisions.
He roughed his way through his third year, barely passing everything. It was difficult for him to pass everything, and his decisions didn't help. After the end of that year, he ventured to the Rukongai, and went to shop. He found a game shop, and within would be where he would find his tools to succeed. He found a deck of cards, which looked interesting, a die, which could help for multiple decisions, and a coin that resembled his first one. He bought all three items, and knew that they would help.
With those, his fourth and fifth year flew by, him passing with decent grades. Then, along came the sixth year. By this time, he had met quite a few people who he would consider friends. They all had plans, all except Yoichi. All of them knew what squad they wanted, all of them except Yoichi. Seeing as how he wasn't sure, he decided to rely on luck. He began shuffling the cards. There was thirteen cards of each suit. So, he would draw one, and what ever number/face was on the card would determine which squad he would attempt for.
He drew the card, and it happened to have a "5" on it. This meant that he would be joining the fifth division after graduating. Having known this, it made Yoichi happy. He had a plan, and it was thanks to luck. He continued through the year, passing everything, and going through anything they threw at him. He was prepared to be a shinigami.Shinigami Squad Time
Arriving at the fifth wasn't a problem, getting settled in was. Everyone was nice, everyone accepted him, so then why was it hard? It just was at first. He didn't know what he would be good for. He only had a wakizashi, and he wasn't good with his sword anyway! He felt worthless.
Eventually, he met someone who was good with their sword skill, but horrible with their kido. This gave Yoichi hope. He decided that he would help, if he got a "heads" on a coin flip. He flipped the coin and as it landed in his hand, he grasped it. He then looked at it, and it turned out to be "heads". Yoichi and his new friend were happy, and they would train with one another for sometime.
They trained on, and eventually, Yoihci's friend told him about shikai and how one was to acquire it. For some reason, Yoichi wanted this, he wanted to learn how to use his. It would help him in a fight, right? So why not?
They were training one day, when his friend used his shikai, to show Yoichi. He began to push Yoichi, forcing him into a corner. Then, everything went black for Yoichi, and he had woken up in a place that was not the training barracks. He looked around and it happened to be a palace of sorts. The place was decorated with suits from his cards, or at least that was what he thought.
"Wh-where am I?" He asked, confused.
"You are here with me, Joou Hatsu! Well, that's just my name, not the name of your zanny~"
Yoichi looked around. He was still confused. Who was she? Joou Hatsu? Who was that? How did she know him, and where was she for that matter?! Yoichi had so many questions, but before he could ask any Joou started talking again.
"This is the world of your zanpaktou! You must come here in order to find the name, which will help you use shikai! Oh, I'm over here by the way~" Joou had appeared on the throne in front of Yoichi.
Yoichi approached the throne and looked at this "Joou" person. He wasn't sure if he should trust her or not, so he decided to flip a coin. "Tails" and he would trust her. He placed the coin accordingly, and prepared to flip it. Then, he sent it up, flipping it so. Suddenly, Joou jumped up and grabbed the coin, flipping over Yoichi himself. She threw the coin at him. He looked at it, and it had the "tails" face up. So, he would trust her.
"Okay! So, close your eyes and concentrate. I've been telling you the name this entire time, so just listen... And you will know~"
Yoichi closed his eyes. He took deep breaths, concentrating more and more, then he heard it. He heard the name. The name of his zanpaktou; Odokemono. There was a word that went with it, and this word was; Gikyoku. His eyes flared open as he stared down his friend. He knew what he had to do now.
"Gikyoku Odokemono!" Yoichi placed his sword and scarab together. They glowed and once it dimmed down he was standing there with two cards in his hand. One was diamonds and the other was hearts. Yoichi kinda looked at the card. It was strange to see that his shikai was a couple of cards.
His friend looked at him like he was crazy. "I thought it was gonna be something spectacular! But that's just a couple of cards!" His friend laughed at him.
Yoichi frowned. He could hear a voice in his head, it sounded like Joou. She must of been trying to help him. Throw the diamond card? Guess it should work, right? Besides, he had to trust her. So, he raised up the Ace of Diamonds and threw it near his friend. His friend just kinda looked at it, like it wasn't gonna do anything. Then, it started to hail in that area. His friend jumped back as the hail continued, then stopped. The card disappeared after that.
Another one appeared in Yoichi's hand, and the spirit of his zanpaktou began explaining his shikai to him. "The diamond makes it hail, while the heart makes it easier to use kido, just a little though. You might have others, but it'll be a while before you learn those ones~"
Yoichi grinned and held up the hearts. He began to throw kido spells at his friend, pushing him back, just as he had pushed Yoichi. By the end of it all, they were both tired, and Yoichi knew how to use his shikai. The Vizard Within
Years and years had went by, and Yoichi's old friend from the fifth had left and went to the eleventh. He was better off there, as Yoichi was better off here in the fifth. At one point, Yoichi had become seated, not very high of course, but high enough to be in charge of a few others. He was directed to exterminate a few hollows in the world of the living. And with that, his adventure had begun.
There was four of them in total. Yoichi, another male, and two females. They all were good with kido, excluding the other male. So, they thought it would be easy, especially with Yoichi there. So, they came across a small pack of hollows. It seemed like it would be easy to take them out, and they would of been right, but just then, almost like the sky was falling, it split open, giving way to a Menos Grande! This was bad for them. Before they could even dispatch the other hollows, the Menos ate them, every last one of them. Then, it charged a cero, aimed at the other male.
Before it made contact, Yoichi had activated his shikai, used the Ace of Hearts, and created a barrier in front of the two. The cero crushed the barrier, but not hurting the two. Yoichi fired off three more kido, trying to hurt the Menos, to no avail. The others tried helping to, but they just couldn't damage this monster! Yoichi had gotten up close and personal with the Menos. It began charging a cero, and Yoichi froze up. He couldn't move one bit, then he heard a voice, a dark voice.
"You are really pathetic Yoichi Satoshi! Lookie here!"
Something started to form on his face, something close to a mask of sorts. Two more cards had appeared in his hand, and he could only watch at this point. This dark voice had taken over, and was holding out one of the new cards, the Ace of Clubs! A cero fired off from it, clashing with the Menos' cero, causing an explosion.
The smoke cleared and Yoichi stood on the Menos' head, with a card planted on it's head. He jumped off and aimed another Ace of Clubs at the hollow. It began to hail diamonds onto the Menos' head and a cero was fired to finish the job. The Menos almost collapsed, but then retreated. Yoichi landed on the ground and put his shikai away, but this wasn't actually Yoichi.
The three that had been battered and beaten by that Menos had approached Yoichi. Then, with a quick turn, he slashed down the other male, and glared at the two females. One knew her shikai, and released, but before she could even fight back, she had a blade across her throat, finishing her off as well. This left the one female. She fell down and began crying, and this was the only thing Yoichi could say: "Die you stupid bitch." His blade pierced her chest, about where her heart was, killing her as well.
A while later, Yoichi woke up and looked around. He had realized what had happened just then. The hollows had killed everyone! But why did they have wounds from blades?! Then it dawned on him. He had done it. Something dark inside him had come out and cut down his friends, his teammates. He would not live this down, he would probably get killed for this!
Yoichi went back and reported in, telling them that it was the hollows that got to them. He had disposed of the bodies, taking care of that problem. After this, Yoichi went on few missions, in a fear that this thing inside him would come out and kill again. He could not have this, no matter what.
Yoichi had started to meditate, trying to clear his mind, when he felt a certain pull at his soul. This pull was his zanpaktou pulling him inside, into his inner world!
Yoichi opened his eyes and looked around. It was a different room, but there was still a throne. Sitting on it, was a large man, laughing.
"You aren't Joou! Who are you, and why are you here?!" Yoichi drew his blade, prepared to cut down his foe.
"I am merely what you are not. I am your own little bit of darkness! I am Picas Del Rey, and I am your own personal hollow. As for Joou, she is in her part of this castle, and this, this is mine. Though, this whole thing will be mine once I am finished with you."
Yoichi narrowed his eyes then decided to charge in. He wasn't much of a fighter, but he would have to fight, for his own being!
"Gikyoku Odokemono!" It seemed they both yelled out.
They stared down at one another. They both had two cards, but who would go first? Just then, Picas held out the Ace of Clubs. This gave Yoichi a flash back of when he killed his friends. It was him. He was the one who did that! He was the one who had scared Yoichi! With that, Yoichi held up the Ace of Diamonds and threw it at Picas. Picas jumped back and held up the Ace of Spades. A spade landed on his forehead as he began to use kido. He used almost the same tactics as Yoichi; kido.
They went at it for some time, and Yoichi ended up above Picas, and had a fully charged kido spell aimed at him. He held up the Ace of Clubs in response. It fired, sending a cero at Yoichi, who dropped down to avoid it. The cero blew through the ceiling, leaving a hole in the shape of a clover. Yoichi had appeared behind Picas, with his blade to his back, and with that, Yoichi had gotten some control over his hollow.
Yoichi opened his eyes again, and knew what he could do now. He could call upon Picas to help him, just like he called for Joou. He had finally realized his power, now it was time to move somewhere else, somewhere where he would fit in a bit more; the Kido Corp.

--------------------
Name: Odokemono
Translation - Joker
Unreleased Appearance
A wakizashi that is around 11 inches long, yeah, not very long, but he doesn't really use it. The saya is red with black spades going from the tip of the saya to the base. The tsuba is in the shape of a heart. The grip wrapping has diamond shapes designed in. As for the cap, it has a clover on it, completing Yoichi's theme.
--------------------
Zanpakutō Spirit
--------------------
Name: Joou Hatsu
Gender: Female
Spirit Appearance
Joou Hatsu is petite like her master. Though she is about three inches shorter along with being twenty pounds lighter. Her hair is long and black, accompanied by her blue eyes. She has a big crown that is red with gold trimmings. At the top is a heart, gold of course, seeing as how it is part of the trimmings. She wears a long elegant black dress that has a red sash around her waist. This has three black hearts on it, on centered, on to the left and one to the right. It the back it is tied with a big bow to keep it in place. Her shoes are black high heels and can barely be seen.
Personality
Joou is wise and seemingly all knowing, though her actions speak louder than her words. She doesn't like causing a commotion, nor does she like to bring attention to herself. She prefers to be left alone, to herself, so that she can meditate in peace, like she is normally found doing by Yoichi.
Relationship to Master
Joou and Yoichi have a very good relationship. They seem to know each other well enough to finish each others sentences, sometimes. It seems as if they were in love or something, but Yoichi wouldn't really know about all that love stuff. Joou loves teaching Yoichi in things, no matter the subject. She seems to be his brains, seeing as how he acts a fool most times.
Inner World
A giant castle on a floating island surrounded by mountains. The interior is huge, and as such has not been fully explored. The only places Yoichi normally sees are two areas, the throne room and the highest tower. The throne room has red and black tiles along the floor, with pillars leading to the throne from the doorway. The throne itself is white, decorated with red hearts. Usually Joou is sitting in here.
The tower room has the same tile concept. From the door, the only thing that can really be seen is the massive throne that looks almost as big as the castle itself! (Though it can't actually be) This throne is black, decorated with with spades all over it. This is normally when Yoichi runs into Picas. After their fight, this room had a giant hole in the ceiling to the left of the throne, in the shape of a clover.
--------------------
Inner Hollow
--------------------
Name: Picas Del Rey
Gender: Male
Appearance
Picas is much larger than Yoichi for some reason, maybe because he thinks of himself as a bigger man, but he seems to always lose to Yoichi, so he shouldn't really talk. Being six feet even and weighing around two hundred pounds, Picas is a muscley one, who wears no shirt, trying to show off of course, and wears red pants. These pants have spades all over them.
Personality
Picas is almost the exact opposite of Yoichi. He loves to sit around doing nothing and loves fighting. He tries to fight all the time, but of course, Yoichi doesn't allow it, unless he is in control. He likes cold hard facts and is very boastful. On top of this, he hates being around people, even when Yoichi uses Picas' powers, Picas doesn't want to give him much if there are a lot of people around, as such, it has made controlling him much easier.
Relationship to Master
Picas and Yoichi have an understanding. Yoichi hates fighting, and Picas loves it! So, when it comes to a fight, Picas does the dirty work and Yoichi lets him do what he will, keeping a slight control, just in case. They have become very lax around one another after their big fight, but Picas still wants to take complete control, he is just way to lazy for that.

Hollow Abilities
--------------------
Mask Appearance and Summoning
Yoichi can only use his mask while his shikai is active. He holds together all the cards as if they were one and places it on his chin. He then raises his hand, forming the mask from his chin up. He can hold his mask for roughly 40 seconds before it gives out and Yoichi would become exhausted.
The mask is white with two stripes, one black, one red, going diagonally across the mask, intersecting in the middle. On the chin of the mask is a heart, the left side has a clover, the right side has a diamond and the forehead has nothing, though it is where the spade would go, which only appears when he uses one of his abilities.
Hollow Abilities
Kaisho Cero
- Description of Attack - This is Yoichi's way of using a cero. Of course, he can only use this with shikai active, seeing as how he has to use the Ace of Clubs for this attack. He holds the Ace of Clubs out, facing the enemy. A cero charges, a deep red color, and fires off in the shape of a clover, like the one on the Ace of Clubs.
- Limitation - Just like any old cero, with the same drawbacks as a cero. Along with this, the Ace of Clubs can only be used three times per shikai, and no he cannot deactivate shikai then reactivate it to use it again.
Tiers two below getownedhurt pretty badly, with burns and all that jazz, blocking is optional, reducing the severity of the burns. One tier below could get some minor burns, block this with lots of effort, but in the end leave with some minor wounds. Tiers on the same level as Yoichi can block, even disperse this with about as much power as he puts in, which would be around 10% of his overall (max). Tiers one above can block this with little to no pain, while them way over Yoichi's head can block with no effort at all.
Sukoppu Shi-rudokouhou
- Description of Attack - He holds up the Ace of Spades, and announces the ability, causing the card to glow then disappear, leaving a spade that falls onto Yoichi's masked forehead, along with his two forearms. On command, Yoichi can form a shield from one of said spades, being able to form one full body shield once, and two arm shields twice each.
- Limitation - This ability lasts as long as his mask lasts, or until each spade is used to its max. The max of the one on his forehead is one shield, usually a full body one, being able to block an attack from any direction. The other two can be used twice, to make a 5' shield for a matter of five seconds. This gives him five total shields that he can make, although he can only use this ability once, seeing as he only has one Ace of Spades.
Tiers two below cannot break the shield. Tiers one below have a chance to do so, with their maximum power, but otherwise leave scratches and cracks. The same level can break through with an average amount of power. Tiers one above can break it with minimal effort, and lastly, tiers two and higher can break it with ease.

Call Out Phrase: Gikyoku Odokemono
Translation - Play Joker
Shikai Appearance
Upon activating his shikai, he holds his sword and saya together in front of himself. They begin to glow, and Yoichi pulls his arms apart, his left arm going up and his right arm going down, causing a feint glow around Yoichi. As the glow fades, five cards appear in his left hand. He uses his right hand to use them. The five cards are in the following order; Joker, Ace of Spades, Ace of Hearts, Ace of Clubs, and Ace of Diamonds. The cards that are played that can be used again appear in the same place.

- Description of Attack - Yoichi holds the Ace of Diamonds up, pointing it at the sky, then throws to where he wants the attack to land. After this, a sudden hail begins, in a small area, roughly four feet by three feet, or twelve squared feet. This hail is made of diamond shards, and come down at about ten miles an hour, causing them to cut on contact. These diamond shards are made of reiatsu.
- Type - Projectile/Kido
- Range - Card throwing range is about 15 feet/ Diamond landing area is four feet by three feet.
- Limitation - Doshaburi can be easily avoided, by stepping out of the target area, throwing the card in a different direction, or even cutting up the card (yes it works!). Yoichi can use this a maximum of two times, seeing as he only has two Ace of Diamonds.
Two tiers below can get all cut up from this and would have a hard time cutting up the Ace of Diamonds present. Blocking this attack is risky, seeing as how it is diamond, of course, it can't cut through a zanpaktou, or a barrier for that matter, unless it was a weak barrier, or if the power level of it was low. One tier below can cut up the card with some effort where as they would get some heavy cuts from the diamonds. Blocking works better for them, seeing as how someone of this tier can use a more powerful barrier.
Equal level of tier get some cuts, few are major cuts, and can cut up the card easily. Blocking would protect them from this attack, seeing as how they are on par with Yoichi. Anyone higher than one tier above can block this attack without much effort behind it, and cut up the card with like one slash. They could get cuts, but they would all be minor, pretty much scratches.
Fo-Su Shin
- Description of Attack - Yoichi holds the Ace of Hearts to his side, straight out. It glows as the heart becomes bigger. Once it covers the entire card, it disperses and a red aura surrounds him. For ten seconds, Yoichi can call the aura to surround and glow on one limb at a time. With this, the limb in the aura is physically amplified.
- Type - Kido/Physical Amplification
- Range - Self
- Limitation - First off, Yoichi has two Ace of Hearts. Secondly, he can only call upon the aura for ten seconds. This ability can amplify the force behind an attack, not in anyway for defense. His defense is actually lower if the limb used for said defense is in the aura. This amplification grants him a bonus of one tier, for example; if Yoichi was A-1 with both mask and shikai, then using this ability would cause him to go up to A-2. Though this only applies to his physical attacks, and when not in use, he is lower one tier because of it.
Two tiers below can't defend themself very well against Yoichi's amplified attacks. One tier below can defend with some pain involved. The same tier can defend like normal, though they could get hurt fairly easy if they aren't fully defending it. One tier above can defend just like the others, but there is little to no worry about the attacks seeing as how they would not be hurt to badly from a amplified attack. Two tiers above don't even have to worry about defending seeing as how this attack might not even affect them.
Wairudo Ka-do
- Description of Attack - Yoichi can only use this once he has used each of the other four cards. He throws this one on the ground, and it sticks in the ground. He holds his hand over the card and it shows, like a roulette wheel, the four cards, flashing through each of the four. Yoichi reaches down and it becomes one of the four cards. ((OOC: I will roll a dice, Clubs gets two numbers, Diamonds gets one, Hearts get one, and Spades get one. I will share on a join.me account so one could witness the dice roll.))
- Type - Random/Passive
- Range - Self
- Limitation - Did you notice that there is one empty slot? That empty slot is a "shikai self destruct switch" which automatically dispels Yoichi's shikai. He cannot reactivate his shikai for a total of two minutes. This could really put a damper on his strategy. This is a last resort so to speak, and it costs a hefty 50% energy to be used.

It had been a long process, but Yoichi had finally worked up the courage to join the Kido Corp. He was better off there rather than in the fifth. He just didn't belong there, at all! Sure, the used Kido a lot, but not as much as the Kido Corp! They were perfect for Yoichi! He walked in to the office of the Kido Corp, and asked for an application to be in the Kido Corp. He filled out the paperwork and left. They said it would be a little while before the could get back to him, but they would definitely get back to him.
It took days, even weeks before he heard anything back! They had brought him in for a little "test". This test, would be of Kido knowledge. It was a written test, surprisingly enough. It took an hour or two before Yoichi was finished. After he had finished, they took him to the training yard. There was a bunch of training dummies, which were his targets. They had him fire off as many kido spells in the time allotted. He had to hit every one of those targets to pass this, or so they told him.
After destroying most of these and hitting the rest, he was told he passed. With this, he entered the Kido Corp. He made his way to his new room, which had a small common area that was shared with one other member. Yoichi sat on the couch in this area before being approached.
"So, you must be the new guy? I'm Tatsuya, that's all that really needs to be known, you get me?"
"Ye-yeah. I'm Yoichi, it's nice to meet you Tatsuya. So, what do you do around here?"
"Well, I'm just the clean up guy, much like you will be. Just take the job serious, okay?"
Yoichi nodded and Tatsuya went back to his room. Yoichi got up and went to his room for a little nap. Hours later, someone woke Yoichi up, and dragged him out to the hallway, where there was a mess. He was forced to clean, and that's just what he did, he cleaned, and he did a damn good job of it. Before he could finish, someone gave him a little paper with all of his jobs on it. Yoichi sighed and took off, prepared to do all of his work right then and there. It was kinda his thing.
Hours went by, and Yoichi had finally finished his work. He went back to lay down, and BAM! There was another list. He would be doing a lot of work around here it would seem. They must of really been short handed. After a while, it was quitin' time, or, time to go home rather, except for one problem... Yoichi had to go to a party, in his own honor. This would be an interesting night.
After going home, getting all dressed up, and mentally preparing himself, he was ready to go. With this, he took off, with a top hat and tuxedo being worn.
Upon arrival, Yoichi was greeted by some of the members. They seemed to already know him for some reason. Wasn't a real surprise to Yoichi, seeing as how he had been cleaning all over the Kido Corp area all day. He had even cleaned this room that his little party was being held in. Yoichi approached a small group that had Tatsuya in it.
"Hey Tatsuya! How you be?" Yoichi spoke foreignly, as if to throw off Tatsuya. It seemed he had succeeded, seeing as how Tatsuya had no idea how to respond. Yoichi began looking around the group before continuing on.
"Hi everrbody! I'm Yoichi Satoshi, and I am the new guy! No need to ask questions, all will be given in due time, I am here to stay." Yoichi smiled goofily before continuing once again. "Anywho, I am pleased to make all of your acquaintance. I will be seeing all of you." He walked off, to go talk to more people. This would continue through the night, until late. At this time, there was almost no one left, and this meant it was bed time! So, Yoichi left, to go to bed.
