Kaito walks into the 7th squad barrack after so long on earth being back in soul society was strange. taking the bag off his shoulder he drops it on to his bed looking around he notices that a few members are looking at him. He could understand that after all he had come from the field directly as their Vice-Captain they didn't know him but they were expected to follow his orders. wiping the front of his clothes dust coming off from the journey home he turns to address the squad."My name is Kaito Orez, and I am your new Vice-Captain,
You don't know me and I don't know you, and I want to change that, I'll answer any questions you have, so feel free."

Shu was standing at the front of the ranks as Kaito entered the barracks. Shu couldn't help but feel a small grudge as he looked at Kaito, the man who had taken his spot. Shu couldnt complain too much he'd heard of Kaito's exploits and Shu himself had only been moved to 3rd seat. Shu was a little torn because he felt he'd been robbed of his position, but he had to set a good example for the squad, they could not have any disfunction. So Shu widened his everpresent smile while stepping forward to greet the Vice-Captain with his hand out streched.

<<Greetings Kaito I am 3rd seat Shu Ranpu, It is a pleasure to meet you, I havent seen you around Soul Society though what have you been up to?>>

Shu waited expectantly to here from Kaito.

Kaito looked at Shu recognizing him as the man who he had replaced as vice captain feeling guilty over his displacement he answers in a somber tone "I haven't been in soul society I was on a mission on earth for the past few years... allow me to begin with i recognize you as the former vice captain of this squad and i understand you must be upset with me for taking your position, I apologize it was never my intention as my first official act as vice captain I reinstate all authority you may have lost everyone should understand that you or more than just a third seat in this squad you will have the same sway and authority over these men as I do, I wish to be equals and partners" Kaito holds out his hand hoping his apology would have some effect on the wounded pride of the soldier before him.

Shu was a little taken aback by Kaito's sudden apology, but he shook his hand with a large smile. Shu wasn't worried about the loss of authority but he would take the position anyways.

<<Well Vice Captain its an honor to be under you, but I think you better have a little more sway, you became Vice-captain for a reason, and I respect that, besides only you and the captian have more authority so its not like im losing in clout around here.>>

Shu laughs and claps Kaito on the back. He then moves to the rest of the division turning serious for a moment.

<<Alright everyone this is our New vice captain treat him with respect and get to know him, there are to be no problems!>>

Shu turned back to Kaito smiling.

<<Well now that formalities are over lets take a walk around to get you aquainted with our barracks shall we?>>

Kaito smiled happy to have a met a friend in his squad, "Thank you for your hospitality, I would gladly except a tour of the barracks" Kaito taps Shu on the back. Turning to the squad he says "I would like to get to know each and everyone of you, and fro you to get to know me, and trust me so please when I return allow me to get you all a round at the pub somewhere.". Finishing his statement he turns to Shu, "So where should we start?"

Hisagi Shuuhei heard about the new vice-captain around the block so he decided to head over to the squad 7 barracks and while walking there he heard two people out in the front talking smack about the new guy. Hisagi shunpo'd infront of them. "Oh im sorry was there somthing you two would like to share with the class?" Hisagi watched as they stood up in up-right possition as they said "NO SIR LIEUTENANT SHUUHEI" "Good thats what i like to hear." Hisagi Shuuhei walked up to the barracks door and walked up the huge flight of stairs and was soon next to the door and knocked waiting for a response. Hisagi soon sighed.

Kaito heard the knock at the door he politely bowed away from Shu and made his way to the door, He reached the door sliding it open to see the a dark haired shinigami standing in the doorway smiling he says "Hello I am Kaito Orez, are you a member of squad seven", Kaito holds out his hand in greeting to the stranger. "Riff-raff all of them they could be training right now, you could be training right now I don't know why you waste your time talking when you could be training" Kaito shrugs off his zanpakuto spirits complains lately it seemed it was all Drazzel did.

Shu walked up behind Kaito wondering who could be knocking, all of 7th squad should be here and he would be pretty pissed if someone was late. Shu looked over Kaito's shoulder to see none other than Hisagi Shuuhei standing there. Shu was a little confused, why was Shuuhei here? Shu shook it off and gave him a large smile.

<<Hey Shuuhei, If you dont mind I was gonna take our new Vice-Captain here on a tour of the place, hope this isn't too important.>>

Shu smiled largely at Shuuhei and wasn't worried bout the reaction, he knew there would be no problems today.

Hisagi looked at the two standing infront of the wooden door as he put his hand out to shake the lieutenants hand as he said "Its alright just came over here to say welcome to the lieuteants heh." Hisagi flickered in without a notice and he said to Shu, "If it is not to much trouble i would like to join you on the tour." He Smirked and waited next to the door entrance for them to move on.
