With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.
Nnoitra shrugged. The smile she had given did not frighten him. In fact, nothing really did. "Ya right there. Ya not strong enough to care about." he said quietly. "I haven't heard of ya. Or if I have I don't remember." He looked at her a frown forming on his face. "Ya think i'm slow?" He moved quickly and attempted to grab her by the throat. He moved very swiftly though did not show his full speed. Afterall, everyone needed their secrets. "Ya know any strong opponents? I need a decent fight."
He moved in to grab her but his hand passed through nothing and she intoned behind him. "Strong opponents? I know where some Espada are...in the Human World. You being there would draw the others, don't you think? Of course...the strongest opponent is here. That I've found. Ichimaru Gin, the lazy one called him." Nocturne smiled softly as she watched where her shadow fell, no longer moving freely around.
"Why the Espada tolerated the presence of Shinigami is unknown to me...but there's only one. Why not throw him out and claim the Throne of Las Noches for yourself? For one of your power it shouldn't be so hard."
NNoitra stood there for a moment. He hadn't even seen her move except perhaps as a blur out of the corner of his eye. This arrancar might be useable. He turned to her thinking of the opponent's she had listed. Espada in the human world or Gin. Her suggestion was definately a good one. Beat Gin and then take control of the espada and use them to lure out stronger opponents. A fight against that fox like man would definately be fun. "Ya make a good point...." he said then smiled. "...for a nobody."
Why did the espada tolerate Gin. With Aizen it was because he made them into the espada. They had no real reason to be allied to Gin. He smiled. "Ya got problems with that white haired git too?" He asked curiously. Afterall, if there was one thing that Gin beat him on it was speed. Maybe he could use this arrancar to slow Gin down and then take him down.
Nocturne stretched out her arms and her fingers interlaced behind her head, "Does he have white hair? I don't know the man nor have I seen him. I don't have to. He may have betrayed Soul Society but it doesn't change the fact that he's a Shinigami. They aren't meant for Hueco Mundo...no matter how black their hearts may be. What's the point? For us to have to cater to their need to eat food? Or drink water or tea? These dunes offer only one thing...death. Death of the weaker to the stronger. They don't nourish us and they don't have to. We feast on each other." It was as simple as that in the smaller Arrancar's warped mind.
"Could be interesting...I heard he was once a Captain. Hell of a notch to put on one's blade. Don't you think?" She grinned and looked over her shoulder to her shadow who was cast along one of the boulders. The shadow drawing out a shadowed blade and it's mouth parting in an inhuman grin. "She agrees. The problem is is that I don't benefit in helping you. I'm a lot of things, but working for free really just doesn't sit well with me. But...I might consider it if you do something for me. It's always good strategy to use someone who can do something you can't. And you can't do what I can. Just like I can't do what you can. Why not get the lesser numbered Espada to be your canon fodder. Feed them a line about retaking Las Noches for the better of the Espada and I'm sure they'll throw their lot in with yours."
She leaned back onto the rock behind her and those shadowed hands wrapped around her torso in a very creepy hug. "As for the 'what's in it for me' part...well...I'm easy. I want you to carve up a huge rock to look like the half moons of your Zanpakutou somewhere in the White Desert. She likes the shadow it casts."
Nnoitra considered this. Gin was incredibly powerful. Using the other espada to weaken him down before killing him would be just his style. In exchange for this girl's help all he had to do was carve a rock. Well, he wouldn't have to do that. He'd get her to hold up her part of the bargain then wipe her out so he didn't have to hold up his. Then he'd be the strongest espada and could create his own army to attack soul society and find the strongest opponents ever. He turned to her and smiled. "Sounds like one hell of a lotta fun." he said with a dark tone to his voice. "Ya do your part and i'll carve ya rock once its done."
He looked into the distance at Los Noches which was still visible. He hated the look of it. It stunk of shinigami because it had been designed by shinigami. When he took down Gin and took over there would be a definate remodel courtest of the gran rey cero. "Ya know where the espada are?"
She shrugged, the rock didn't mean anything to her. It was just a point of interest that had suddenly struck her fancy. "I know where the lazy one with brown hair is. I'm pretty sure I could hunt down any of them for you. It is kind of what I do, you know." She hopped off the rock and straightened, looking up at him. "So...the question is...which one do you want first?"
Smiling almost sweetly up to Nnoitra before she hopped up and took ahold of his shoulder. She was certainly small enough that she fit there easily enough. Her head turned to one side as she watched him, however keen on the knowledge that she was faster than him should he try to grab ahold of her.
Nnoitra was thinking of who to get her to find when she got onto his shoulder. She was quite light, but still it was annoying. He knew she was faster then him so he wouldn't be able to grab her or throw her off by any convential means. Instead he frowned and let off a large flare of reiatsu focused on that point attempting to blast her off. "Get the fuck off of me." he said almost emotionlessly. He looked at her "Find whoever the fuck ya think will join me." he added before sonidoing over to a group of rocks and with a few strikes of his axe he formed a chez longe for him to lay on comfortablish. He laid down and looked at her. "Ya gna sit there all day?"
