Arrancar Application
In Character
{Note: I would like to request she be given the same tier as Adela, as the two share the same res and anything different would be strange.}
--------------------
General Information
--------------------
Name: Neva Munoz
Actual Age: 210
Appearing Age: 20
Gender: Female
Race: Adjuchas
Rank: Numeros
Number: 30
Appearance
Adela and Neva have striking similarities when it comes to appearance. Each is exactly, not a hair above and not a hair below, five foot six. Each weighs precisely 120 lbs. Their mask fragments are two seven-inch horns, jutting out of the back of their heads and curved back slightly. Both of them have tanned skin, and their hollow holes are where their navel should be, about two inches in diameter.
Neva's eyes, unlike her sister's, are dull, often emotionless. Little light reflects off of them, and what does is hardly noteworthy. Her eyes are a squared-off sort of shape, dark, pointed eyelashes accenting her golden eyes. On Neva's left eye, she has an almond-shaped red marking. Below this, there is a slight point that drags down to the center of her cheek.
Her hair is pink, a pointed cluster leading down to an inch above her nose hanging down. Her hair, unlike her twin's, is curved and kept neatly together. Her hair is kept together, circling her head neatly. The hair that would normally hang on the sides of her head, along with that which would hang in the back, is tied up in a neat bun, hidden by her hat.
The tanned-girl's body is slender, her frame seeming void of any muscle whatsoever. Her face, like her body, is thin. Her chin is curved into a point and her cheeks are raised; she can be considered pretty by some people, though her emotionless disposition is something that can take any attraction and simply demolish it.
Starting from the hat, Neva wears a silky white hat that splits in to two sleeve-like sections, a seam indicated on the outside by black white fur. The sleeves fall down to her hips, and end in round, puffy bits, circles of with fur indicating a seam. The base of her uniform is a small white blouse that reveals her shoulders. Attached to this is a collar-like piece, lace stringing down the center of her uniform, stopping at the center of the dress.
On her arms, she wears a pair of detached sleeves. They start at two black rings around her arms, coated with fur, and hang down like the sleeves of a kimono or hanfu. When she allows them to hang completely, they hang two inches past her middle finger.
Her uniform is like a dress, beyond that, hanging to about mid-thigh; the fabric is silky and soft. Because Neva is uncomfortable with just this, she wears a pair of shorts beneath her uniform, black in hue. They stop just before her dress does. As for shoes, she wears a pair of gaudy-seeming boots, gray in color. They are plain, but fairly large, giving her a half-inch boost in height.
Personality
Neva is the cold and dignified sister. Unlike her sister, she is completely serious, nearly twenty-four seven. She cannot be bothered to behave any less serious than this, seeing jovial activities to be a waste of time and energy. She believes that spare time should be spent refining one's intelligence or abilities. Nevertheless, she is rarely in control of how Adela manages her time.
The two sisters despise each other, but are bound together by some unusual circumstances. Neva specifically despises Adela's reckless fighting style, refusing to believe that it is worth the effort. All and all, Neva sees her sister as a brute, and not as a friend, nor an ally.
Despite being the more serious one in the group, this has left Neva extremely socially awkward. She isn't sure how to speak to others, and thus speaks far more formally than she usually has to. This causes her sister great irritation, as her sister only speaks Spanish when speaking to those she doesn't trust, leaving Neva to translate for her. Neva will often translate incorrectly, replacing informal words and profanities with more polite words. This drives Adela insane.
Completely and utterly loyal to Aizen, Neva never once trusted Gin, almost leaving when Aizen died. However, she stayed because her sister would not leave. While Adela believes that it is Aizen who is not to be trusted, Neva believes that Gin should never be trusted. She regards Aizen as a genius, seeing all of his work as some great invention.
Neva holds no specific grudge toward shinigami, but that does not stop her from fighting them. If she sees them as a threat to her precious Aizen-sama, she will defend his cause from them. Unfortunately for many shinigami, Neva sees most shinigami as a threat to Aizen, and thus will often tell them to stand down when they have yet to do a single thing--let alone make a stand against Aizen.
She often refers to Vizards as half-bred mutts, though she is hypocritical, in this regard.
To Neva, orders come before all else, and those who get in the way are to be sacrificed. She rarely fights for herself, however, she will fight if she sees that her sister is in a spot where she may not be able to get out of, not due to loyalty, but due to the possibility of an untimely death.
History

Neva's life began in a small, coastal village of Japan, and was cut short by the very existence of hollow. She had slightly higher reiatsu than usual, enough to be able to see the spirits of the departed. She was regarded by her people as a gift, and as a passage to the dead. At a very young age, she was given the task of a medium. However, young and wishful, she was unpleased by this life. As a human, she would often wander out to the shore.
One day, her journey to the shore led to disaster. She was obliterated by a hollow's impending claw, slashing her apart from her body. The hollow then consumed her, causing her remnants to become a hollow, while the rest of her nourished him. It was a painful process, causing her to seek only one thing: revenge.Hollow Life
Fueled by revenge, Neva devoured the hollow before it could finish her off. She despised what she had become, and she was determined to get revenge. She had to achieve a greater power, and to do that, a necessary evil had to become a reality. To be honest, this is a glorified version of Neva's thoughts. She lusted for power, and she merely devoured whatever she could find. This extended to living humans, even the ones she once called family.
She had all but annihilated the place she once called home. She tore down huts, she tore people to shreds, and she devoured them whole. She proceeded to search for more souls to feed on, but, at first, found none. She continued to search, further, and further. The longer she reached, the weaker with hunger she grew, until, at some point, she managed to find her way through a Gargantua, leading her to Hueco Mundo.
Once there, she could do nothing but pray for sustenance. She couldn't find a human soul to eat; what could she do? She ate hollows. She was iffy on the idea at first, not sure about preying on something that might bite back. However, hunger forced her into devouring what she could find--she nearly lost her life in that first battle, weakened to a pathetic state. Nevertheless, by using dirty tricks and quick wits, she survived.
At one point, she had gathered in a mass of hollows, feasting upon those weaker than her and ducking away from those stronger. Once, there was a powerful hollow, one who used brute force to blow away the rest. Neva wondered what sort of power she would gain from devouring this hollow. First, she ducked away from the hollow, and then she trailed behind her, letting her feast. She bit upon the leg of this hollow, and that was where the trouble began.
Trouble
The other hollow seemed to want to devour Neva, but she was too fast. Before any attacks could land, she would duck, she would flee and she would get behind her. On one occasion, she latched onto the neck of the other hollow. However, the two began to fuse into a Gillian, a lust for blood and power causing them to glow, and to unite.
Neither wanted to submit, however. They fought each other, even internally, until one became the victor. But there was no victor here. The two split into a two-headed beast, and they each kept their individuality.
The Great Unite
The two morphed into a lumbering, two-headed Gillian. Driven by hunger and the most primal instincts, the two--wait, hold up. The two were driven by a mutual decision to split apart. It would not be an easy task, and the two had to work at separation. They would become Vasto Lordes, and that would lead to their inevitable splitting apart. The two-headed Gillian consumed many of its kind, eating as many as it could until it finally morphed once more, into an adjuchas.
Becoming an Adjuchas seemed not to help the two divide, to separate. They searched for more ways to tear themselves apart, and they never found it. They simply continued to eat, hoping that the end to this madness would come. They never found a thing; all that they found was the hope that becoming arrancar would set them free.
Torn Apart
The two had heard, in passing, word of Aizen. The two wondered if the man would be able to split them apart, as he split their masks off of them. They found their way to Los Noches, and they slipped inside, like many other hollow, wanting to become arrancar. Perhaps the Hogyoku would split them apart.
Sure enough, it worked. The hogyoku, in removing their masks, also split the two girls into two separate entities. They had succeeded in their goal. Adela, having no sense of loyalty, was the one to leave Aizen's rule immediately. She left Neva by her lonesome, and Neva was left to find that the two would never be entirely separated.
When Adela left, Neva found herself weaker than she was in her Adjuchas form. She was without the power to form a proper cero, she was without the power to move with a speed she had once possessed, but, yet, when she was with Adela she felt she had the power to move twice as fast. She felt she was stronger and more capable. No, it wasn't that she was stronger with Adela, it was that she was weaker without.
Surely it must have been the same way for Adela!
Worried, she charged out of Los Noches, searching for her counterpart. She found her reiatsu and traveled to the Forest of Menos, hunting her sister and regaining strength upon meeting with her sister.
"Do not be foolish; being bound together for so long makes you think that it will be alright to split apart at a moment's notice?"
Those were the words that Neva screamed as she shot cero after cero, exhausting almost all of her energy until Adela had regrouped. The two finished off what they could. The pair escaped, returning to Los Noches, Adela, reluctantly, alongside Neva. Upon her return, Neva was weakened to the point of needing to rest for nearly an entire week, leaving Adela drained as well.

To form her cero, Neva will hold her hand with her fingers pointed to the ground, her palm also facing the ground. As her cero charges, she rotates her hand so that her palm faces her target, and jerks her arm. She can use either hand, though prefers her left. She cannot create two cero at once.
To form her bala, she charges the reiatsu on her fingertips, her fingers together and straight like a blade. The bala will shoot off at its target.
Both her cero and bala are a deep magenta.
Arrancar Abilities

Conexión - Connection
- Description of Attack - Not so much a power as a limitation. Neva and Adela have a bond that causes them to grow weak when the other is not within range. They will drop an entire tier level {EX: Mid strong to Low Strong} when separated, and cannot use resurreccion, nor abilities such as cero, or their own unique abilities {sonido is one of the few they can still use}. Similarly, if one dies, the other will follow. If one falls unconscious, the other will also find herself with a lack of energy, able to stay awake for a minute before passing out as well.
- Type Passive
- Range - 200 Meters
- Limitation - They must be within two hundred meters of each other or else their power will drop drastically. Should one die or fall unconscious, the other will follow.
Parta - Split
- Description of Attack - The simple ability to separate her zanpakuto into eight segments, thus allowing it to extend. She calls out, "Parta," and her zanpakuto will separate accordingly.
- Type - Sword
- Range - Sword
- Limitation - Adela must be within the appropriate range for Conexión; should Neva leave this perimeter, Neva's zanpakuto will be stuck in whatever shape. She cannot move the zanpakuto of her own free will, instead being able to use it like a whip of sorts.

Zanpakutō
--------------------
Name: Hidra de Dos-Dirigió
Translation - Two-headed Hydra
Call Out Phrase: Aprieta, Hidra de Dos-Dirigió.
Translation - Contstrict, Two-Headed Hydra.
Appearance
Neva wields an entirely unconventional weapon. Instead of taking the form of a katana, she has a claymore of a weapon. The hilt is red with a gold trim lining one side, traveling up the weapon to the guard. Where the guard and hilt meet, the sword has two emeralds on either side. The blade itself is a dull iron color, pointing up in a pentagonal shape. However, due to an ability she has, she can cause the sword to separate and reveal eight segments, roughly an eighth of the blade's length each. Between these, a dark metal connects it with a round and tubular chain. Her sword, when fully extended, is about six feet long, whereas it is just below three feet long when kept together.
--------------------
Resurrección
--------------------
Appearance
The girls begin to morph into a creature similar to that of a hydra. When entering resurreccion, the two sonido so that they are within ten feet of each other. A white burst of energy will consume the two, and will engulf them as they morph.
A trail of diamond-shaped scales, white in color, will form at the waist of each of them, slowly but surely forming into a long tail. Once the tail has formed, more scales will travel up their bodies, forming a protective shield around their chests, ending in a point around their collar bones. When they do this, a set of scales will also appear on their shoulders, and will force off whichever form of sleeves they wore.
Their mask fragments will extend to a foot in length, as they grow they push off the hats of the two girls, revealing the tops of their heads and the buns they wear their hair in. Not only this, but the bottoms will extend to hang over their foreheads, visors, if you will, that cast a shadow over their eyes. They form an unfinished pentagon between the horns and the visor that hangs over their foreheads.
Each of their scales is about twelve inches in length. Their tail is about twenty feet in length, total, from each of their feet. The two split at a four foot point. Because the two are not always on track, they will often call out their intentions, which is quite irritating for both of them. Should the two disagree on where they are going, movement is impossible.
Abilities
"Ataco Con Mi Cola." - "I attack with my tail."
- Description of Attack - A magenta reiatsu will form around the last five feet of the pair's tail, and will form into a blade-like weapon composed of reishi, almost like a claymore, as it is pentagonal in shape. Adela will then take control of the tail, swinging it in whatever manner she desires.
- Type - Offensive
- Range - Striking Distance {seven feet}
- Limitation - Well, there's always the off chance that Adela feels like spiting her sister. The claymore will disperse after a single swing, which usually goes about nine feet. At the seven-foot point, it will disperse, no longer becoming powered up. The swing, from that point, will merely be like being struck by any regular fist.
Dirija Ráfaga - Head Blast
- Description of Attack - In resurreccion, Neva can create a cero with two hands. She holds her hands out before her, and begins to charge a cero like she normally would. The blast will form into a sphere before her, and once complete she can launch her cero.
- Type - Custom Cero
- Range - 30 Meters - Has a diameter of two feet.
- Limitation - This takes more energy than a normal cero {about fifty percent more}, and also takes slightly longer to charge. Instead of ten seconds, it takes fifteen seconds. Damage is done based on variables such as tier.

Eyes closed in irritation, the calm arrancar known as Neva Munoz took a deep breath. Her sister, once again, had left Neva alone, not knowing where she was. Adela was becoming far too reckless as of late. She frowned as she turned her head back behind her; she wasn't so fond of this weakened state, and wandering the halls of Los Noches was uncomfortable when her energy was so drained. Why wouldn't Adela learn?
She rounded a corner, putting on her usual straightened face as she turned. Sure enough, her strength began to return as she saw Adela speaking with a shorter arrancar, or, threatening rather.
"Yo le mataré!" shouted Adela as she took a step forward. She drew her fist back, ready to throw a punch, but Neva stepped in, grabbing her by the wrist.
"Adela," said Neva, "I do hope you have a good reason for wandering off and getting into trouble such as this."
Adela turned her head to Neva, a scowl upon her features. She wasn't going to speak in Japanese around the other one, but, then again, he might speak Spanish. She gritted her teeth, eyes narrowing as she pointed to the blue-eyed arrancar she had threatened.
"Esta mierda me llamó poco de pecho plano."
Neva sighed; Adela was far too hotheaded.
"Na! That's cause it's true!" Adan shouted to the two, eliciting a growl from Adela.
"Idiota! Cállate!" Adela turned to face Adan, eyes narrowed, a vein throbbing on her forehead.
"Adela!"
Adela turned her head to Neva, scowling even still. Why was it that Neva couldn't just let her have her fun? She frowned as she turned to her sister, folding her arms over her chest. "Why not? It's not like I'm weak anymore."
"It's demeaning."
Adan turned, beginning to make his escape. The two were insane! Actually, he might actually get his ass handed to them if the other decided to back up Neva. Time to get away? Yes.
"Yeah you better run, blockhead!" shouted Adela, turning her head after Adan. "Baka."
