Name: Alice Carroll
Actual Age: 255
Appearing Age: Mid twenties
Alice is a tall, slender yet athletic woman with shoulder length black hair. Standing at 5'9", she is just under one hundred and thirty pounds. Her hourglass body shape shows off her 36-29-38 figure. She keeps her long black hair tied in a professional bun, often seen in librarians or business women. A strand of her hair falls to the right side, which she moves behind her ear out of habit. In both ears, Alice has three looped earrings that make up her mask fragments.
Her eyes are blue with dark and wide pupils which she keeps behind a pair of small rectangular glasses and a very characteristic plain nose. Alice's limbs are somewhat long, especially her legs, contributing greatly to both her fighting capabilities and overall height. She doesn't wear colorful make-up, prefering those that complament her dark olive skin tone. The only thing that stands out, is the red lip stick she wears.
Her attire consist of a custom uniform to resemble a power suit. It has ankle length pants that bell bottom out over her white stiletto boots. She wears a jacket that is a covers a vest, which is buttoned enough to cover her bust. The vest stops short of her navel, which is where her hollow hole resides, has a collar that looks like a dress shirt, and has black buttons. She wears a black tie that slides between her bust giving her attire that of a business woman.
She wears a pair of white biker gloves with black metal knuckles. The gloves cover her fingers rather then traditional fingerless ones. Her zanpakuto is worn traditionally for pocket watches, the chain connected to the vest with it curving down toward a pocket in the vest. She is often seen checking the time as if she were late for something.
To others, she seems to be a serious, businesslike woman with a hot temper. She does not like vulgar comments, often getting fluster as to the rudeness of the person who said it. This flustered state is often seen as comical, which is used by those that know it to tease her. She plans out her day, mostly around Jerionimo's schedule, and is very particular about her time. The saying about time is money comes to mind when someone talks to her. Always looking at her pocket watch, Alice can become very inpatient when is comes to her schedles. She believes there isn't enough time in the day and often feels that she is running late for her next planned activity.
But to those that know her on a personal level know her true self. She is a kind, sweet woman that tries her best to help out thoses she considers friends. Though that list is short, when you're on it you have a loyal friend. However, once you betray that title, well you know the old saying about scorned women. It will take quite a lot of effort to get back on her good side. She will still work with someone if ordered, but that doesn't mean she'll like it.
She is loyal to Hatter and will follow him around, even in his sleep walking state. The fact that his antics are beyond others understanding, Alice knows that he is a true genius. She believes she knows the true Hatter, the one people ignore because of his weirdness and childish attitude. Often saying that he isn't crazy, he's eccentric genius. After the day he saved her, she devoted herself to him and his 'unique' personality.
She never takes the first move in a fight, rather she would watch others fight. But if someone were to attack Hatter, she jumps in without a second thought. Sly and crafty is the best description of her fighting style. If she doesn't use her zanpakuto, she prefers to use Capoeira when fighting hand to hand. Utilizing the kick moves because of her long legs, Alice a enjoys the fact that it is a deceptive style of fighting.
Among the many lesser hollows in the forest of Menos, a Gillian had just achieved sentience from the group she was with. After which, the act of cannibalism was swift and bloody leaving the constant hunger unfulfilled. That was Alice's first act of sentience, the first memory she has as a hollow. It didn't take long for her to understand the pecking order of this place. It's eat or be eaten, hide or be eaten. So, she did just that, hide and eat. Alice did this for years, too many to keep track, and she grew. Evolved into something stronger then just a regular Gillian, an Adjuchas.
The day started with a meal, a meal that proved more difficult then she had thought. She fought hard, using all her superior agility to out maneuver her prey, but this ended badly for her. The moment it countered her attack, her mask was bitten, and she felt as if something sealed inside her. Once she finished off the prey, she started to feel depressed. No longer able to achieve any form of evolution to the highest of the Hollows, Alice was stuck in her Adjuchas state. At first, she was in despair. She can no longer achieve the goal that every hollow wanted, to become something greater then what they were, a Vasto Lorde. But then something else came after her despair. A certain realization that came from looking deep inside yourself. She wasn't hungry anymore.
It was a relief that she didn't need to eat out of fear of digression. She ate when she wanted, she was in control of her hunger rather then it was in control of her. It made her life easier, more controlled, and that was what she liked. Control. Control over her life and the the lives she chooses to end. It was a bliss for the remainder of her life as an Adjuchas, for the years of peace until that fateful day.
It was a quiet evening, if one can call it that, in the forest. Alice was just wandering around, doing nothing of particular importance. Hopping along the trail when a sudden attack happened. A couple of Adjuchas had decided to make a meal out of the hare and she was not liking that. She fled as fast as she could, knowing that couldn't stand up to more then one Adjuchas alone. Fear that her life was over was overwhelming her. She became frantic, clumsy, and as she tripped over a fallen branch, they came for her. She knew her time was up as they laughed before their meal. Wait, they weren't the ones laughing. The laughter was coming from behind her, someone new was here.
She looked behind her, to see the source of the laughter. The two Adjuchas stopped before the newcomer, wondering whether they could continue or not. Why was this strange man here? That violet haired man with his doll like eyes just smiled at them. No, no them. He was smiling at her, Alice. "This game looks interesting, what's it called?" The mad man asked as he jump down in front of Alice asking the two Adjuchas. They seemed scared of him, backing away a bit.
They looked at each other before the Beetle-like one spoke with confusion in his voice. "Game?" He asked, confused at the comment. They just wanted to eat, nothing more nothing less. No game involved.
The man looked disappointed, as if the game was mood was ruined. But something happened that surprised them, he started to laugh. "Kehehehe Then that means, mine is still going on." He clapped for joy and started to dance. The Adjuchas were confused, getting angry at the strange man with every passing second. Alice was still too fearful to move, shivering at what sort of game this man had in mind.
That's when the larger lizard Adjuchas shouted. "Get lost, we're in he middle of a meal! We don't care for some mad man's game." He charged at the man, towering over him like a giant. But as fast as that Adjuchas was, he didn't expect what happened next. In a comical way, the man whipped out an over-sized hammer from his hat, and hit it the lizard across his mask. Shattered pieces fell to the ground, the lizard Adjuchas flew back several feet, and began to disappear from existence.
The beetle and Alice looked in amazement at the act. Putting away his large hammer, twirled the hat on his right index finger. "That was rude, didn't even wait to hear the rules." The Beetle started to run, but something fell on top of his head. He froze as he touched the hat on his head before it engulfed the head and cut it off.
The body slumped to it's knees before it faded away from sight. The mad man recalled his hat from the hidden chain and whipped the blood out of it. "Those two are no fun." He turned to face Alice now, she was still shivering from what she just saw. Was she next on this man's list? Was she going to die like them or in some other kind of horrible fashion? That smile, the ear to ear smile, it was going to be the last thing she sees in her life.
He came in close, her eyes closed so she wouldn't see what he had in mind. "Look at that tail, it's just darling." What? She thought as she heard that baby-like voice. She first opened one eye to see that he wasn't where he was before.
She opened her eyes to look behind her, she saw him staring at her cotton-tail. A flush of embarrassment came over her as she jumped away covering it. "Such vulgarity, such rudeness." She said in a shocked voice as she kicked him across his face. The man tilted his head in confusion as he smiled at his cheek swelling red. She didn't care about dieing now, she felt embarrassed, and not in control. At least with the other two she knew what they wanted, but this guy, he was just weird.
He got up, smiling still as he placed his hat in the palm of his hand. "I've been looking for someone like you. How'd you like to be my assistant?" Again, he confused her. Was this a joke? A game? Maybe he was being serious and was offering her something greater then her life here. "What would I have to do?" Still holding her tail, she couldn't believe she asked that.
He stepped forward, just a step placing his hat on that purple top head of his. "Just become an Arrancar and assist me in my daily duties." Doesn't seem too hard, better then being here. Being an Arrancar seemed to give him strength to deal with two Adjuchas an she had heard rumors about Espada, but he couldn't be one of them. He was just too weird.
"Sorry, but I'm only interested in working with an Espada." It made the man sad and he turned around in disappointment. But then, he stopped and picked up his foot. Maybe he stepped on something but no, he turned around quickly showing off something that Alice didn't expect.
"Well, look at that. Guess I'm an Espada." He was giggling while pointing at the tattoo. Alice looked at that tattooed number nine on his foot. She was in disbelief, but then again it didn't surprise her. The guy was unpredictable, so for him to be one of the Espada made more since then if he weren't. He had come looking for an assistant, saved her from certain death, and asked her.
She still refused, leaving him behind or so she thought. He wasn't about to let her go away with just a no. So, for the next few weeks he came back, finding her in her newest hiding spot to ask her. Each time she answered no, but she started to grow curious to his reason. What made her so special that he kept coming back day after day. It made her feel happy when he came by with a new 'toy', as he described it, and tried to convince to join him.
So, one day after a few months of his visits, she looked down twiddling her pawed hands together as she blushed slightly. "Why me?" She shyly asked, not wanting to look him in the eyes. Why was she getting all flustered for, this guy was messing with her head. His constant visits weren't unwelcomed, it made her mondaine life more interesting.
He came close, grabbed her large paws surprising her, and looked her in her eyes. "Why not you? You seem like fun." That wasn't what she expected but it gave her enough reason to agree.
So the journey to Las Noches began with the man giving her his name. Jeronimo Cubbit, but he preferred to be called Hatter. Hatter-sama, doesn't sound too bad, he did treat her better then anyone else has, and once you got past his weirdness and antics, he was definitely different from others. Yes, different was the word to describe him.

- Description of Attack - An ability exclusive to her zanpakuto, Alice is able to make her opponent 'lose' a moment in their time. The chain attached to her watch shots out for a bit of distance, trying to hit the forehead of her opponent. Once the chain hits the forehead, a cartoonish boing noise indicates a successful hit. Once the boing happens, the opponent loses the thought of where Alice once was, allowing her to appear as if she had moved instantly away from their attack. This short term memory moment acts as a diversion tactic for a counter strike or a way to escape.
In reality, the boing noise causes the opponent's brain to erase the last three seconds of what they were doing. This gives Alice just a short moment to devise an escape plan or counter move.
- Type - Zanpakuto Ability/Memory Manipulation
- Range - Close/Mid (The length of the chain 50 inches)
- Limitation - As stated above, the chain must make contact with the opponents forehead for it to manipulate the brain's short term memory. She can't control the path of the chain for too long, a second at best. This ability works only on one person at a time making it difficult to use it on multiple opponents at once. Plus, this ability can't be used while her watch is in it's meteor hammer mode.
Tier wise, opponents of equal or higher tiers will have an easier time resisting the moment of memory lose then those of lower tiers. Then moment lost would be reduced by a second for each tier higher then her own and after the first one hits, an opponent can figure out a connection to the chain and Alice's sudden teleportation. Reiastu used is about 5%, increasing with each use by another 5% after each use.
- Description of Attack - Another Zanpakuto ability, enabling Alice's pocket watch turns into a meteor hammer weapon. By pressing the winder of the watch, the gears turn to the point of steaming. After a second or two, the body of the watch turns into a 3kg ball with pointed studs all around it. *see description for measurements.
- Type - Zanpakuto
- Range - Close/Mid ( 5 meters)
- Limitation - An effective weapon in battle, Alice must press the winder to change it to meteor mode. Once it is in meteor mode, Alice cannot use her Lost Moment ability. As a zanpakuto, it as all the strengths and weaknesses of any other zanpakuto.
Name: Hace blanco
Translation - White Hare
Call Out Phrase: Salto
Translation - Hop
At first glance, Alice's Zanpakuto is nothing more then your typical pocket watch. A silver body with a four inch circumference and a fifty inch long thin silver chain. On the front of the watch is an decorative hare sitting on a crescent moon.
But once she presses the winder down, it changes into a meteor hammer. The body expands to have a sixth inch circumference with a four inch radius, weighs three kilograms and has several point studs on it. She uses it by swinging it, wrapping it around her body and jerking it toward her opponent. This makes it a very unpredictable weapon when used correctly.
Alice wraps the chain of her zanpakuto around her right leg with the body of it in her left hand. She speaks her release phrase "Salto, Hace blanco." and her body emits a pink aura before it spirals around her for a brief moment. Once the aura disappears, Alice stands taken the form a bipedal white hare. Her fur is completely white with the exception of the tips of her ears, which are black. She becomes taller in this form, about seven inches from her head, thirty inches counting her ears.
Her whiskers are about three inches, three on each side of her hare nose. Alice's eyes become a solid shade of dark blue with no pupils. A puffy white tail pops out where her tailbone is located and her hollow seems to be covered by the amount of fur that has grown.
Alice's hands and feet become enlarged hare paws. Her hands are still able to make fist but with only four fingers on each hand. Her feet has three large toes and is always standing as if she were wearing high heel shoes. Her legs become jointed to resemble those of a hare, become more muscular, and more powerful in the process. Her clothing disappears, except for the white jacket over her shoulders and her pants are replaced with a business shirt.
- Description of Attack - The best way to describe this would be a run and jump kick move. Alice first charges at her opponent, building up momentum in her legs before she jumps, and launches herself legs first at her opponent. The momentum allows her to build up enough reaistu in her feet to cause them to glow with pink energy. This energy is the true attack, as when she launches herself the pink energy creates this shooting star effect around her. The energy spirals around her, leaving her inside the spiral representing the meteor falling in the sky at her opponent. Moving as fast as a Bala, Alice streaks with an energy trail at her opponent to inflict a devastating blow.
- Type - Offensive
- Range - Close
- Limitation - Once she launches herself in her jump and creates the shooting star, she can't change her destination. It moves straight to where she was aiming to hit, whether then target stays there or not. When and if it hits, the kick is suppose to send the target back several yards whiling dealing damage. As she can't change her destination when she using it, anything in her path still gets hit, usually resulting in a bit of rubble and dizzy after effects. Afterwards, she does feel a certain dizziness that leaves her open for a few seconds. She can't use this in succession. She can only use this five times in a fight, as it injures her and her opponent. If it doesn't land on her target, the damage she receives from the crash is increased by half.
As a brute force attack, the damage done can break bones and cause heavy bruising. On a person that is three or more tiers below her, it can cause internal damage on top of the bruising. Tiers of equal or one below can resist the internal damage and receive medium bruising. If they block the hit, they would just receive the bruising unless they're blocking with a kido spell, then it prevents the damage while Alice takes the brunt of it. Any tier higher then Alice's can easily resist the brunt of the attack while only receiving minor bruising, if any.
As for the kido spell blocking her, I should mention the shear force of the attack. One who is two or more tiers below Alice can project a barrier to block the brunt of the attack, but it will shatter and continue to her target. Someone of equal or lower can produce a barrier that can block the full force of the attack with it either cracking or breaking, depending on their kido skill level. However, the barrier takes the damage leaving Alice open for an attack. Anyone of higher tier could produce a barrier strong enough to take the force of the damage without it cracking and still attack once Alice becomes open.
Tap Tap Tap The tapping of a toe was heard echoing in the hall outside a certain tower. A tower that has been avoided for reason of missing persons and lost sanity. This tower belonged to the only Privoron Espada ever to achieve reinstatement as an Espada, Jeronimo Cubbit. But this wasn't about him, no. The toe tapping outside his tower was his fraccion and personal assistant Alice.
She stood left hand on her hip while looking at her pocket watch with her right. Time was running too fast for what was on her schedule and Hatter was not helping the matter by taking his time with whatever he was doing. tsk A surprise he says, only a moment he says. Thoughts of her schedule being a total waste as she waited made her ever more impatient.
How long is her going to keep me waiting? Time is of the essence. Never enough time in the day for Alice. Everything planned to the finest of details, even bathroom breaks are accountable, however vulgar the subject may have been to her. Tap tap tap Her toe keeping in with the passing seconds perfectly so she could keep better time.
Before she reached her breaking point, the door of the tower opened, and relief filled her face. Moving the loose strand of hair from her face, Alice looked toward the door with a small smile. "I thought you'd take longer, Hatter-sama." As if trying to pass her impatience from earlier off, Alice greeted Hatter with composure. But once she looked at Hatter, her face turned from relief to despair.
Hatter emerged with a running nose, paler face then normal, and flushed cheeks. "I swink I've gots a cold." A cold indeed as Hatter barely had enough strength to be held up by the door and nearly fainted when he slipped from his sweaty palms.
Thinking about her schedule was far from her mind as Alice put her pocket-watch away. Now she'll have to spend the next few days nursing Hatter back to health before anyone found out about his sudden cold. The smile on her face when she walked Hatter back into the tower made it obvious that she was just a bit too pleased with this current predicament. "Don't worry Hatter-sama, I'll get you back to your eccentric self no matter how long it takes."
"You're the vest Valice." He sickly said as the door closed to the tower once again.
