With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.
“Ok, now that we are all here. How about we concentrate on making a plan if stronger Shinigami show up” yelled Ninstruck.
"Direct...I like that.", Seimenk smirked, seeing the Arrancar who had apparently called the meeting was not in the mood for conversation. Ordinarily he would try to get people talking again, in casual light conversation. However, Seimenk did not want to press his luck, as he knew he might be kicked out if he offended the host.
" Well, right to business then. If Shinigami of any appreciable strength show up, we'll just have to defeat them ourselves -I dont suppose throwing anything less than adjuchas at them will have any effect. I presume we are all Adjuchas, no Gillians here? As for Shinigami forces, we are likely to outnumber them, but simple Hollows or Gillian are not very strong. I have a proposal as to how to quell some of their numbers, as well as to seccure this area....", he finished.
Sitting upright in the chair, he looked up and with one hand reached for the ceiling. Ring, middle, and index fingers folded one at time, followed by the little finger and thumb at once, completing the fist. Igniting with an orange rather than red reiatsu tainted with black, a shimmering projectile fired from his fist. " PROXIMA BALA-Veinte Minutos!*" Hitting the ceiling the projectile simply stuck to it, adhering as a sticky glowing glob. Quietly shining overhead, it didn't appear to do anything.
"I am Seimenk Ongoh, and this is my Bala. It is as expected, twenty times as fast as any Cero. But it has several interesting properties. Firstly, it is explosive, with a 10ft blast radius ensuring more coverage than a simple bullet, albeit at the cost of dealing burst and not penetrating damage. The next thing, which I am sure you have noticed, is the fact that its on the ceiling. It has adhesive properties that allow it to stick to any surface made of any inanimate material. The last thing I'll address, is actually the first thing you probably noticed. It hasn't gone off. This Bala will only detonate when a strong enough spiritual pressure passes within 5ft of it. Humans cannot activate it, unless they are spiritually aware and currently using some sort of power so as to give off more energy. Most spiritual beings will activate it, unless they are excellent at masking or surpressing their power, or inside a Gigai which currently not releasing any energy.
Flying through the air my Bala are like anti-aircraft shells of human warfare which detonate when their built in radar detects it is passing close to a target. Before the advent of the technology late in mankind's second World War, most shells fired on Japanese aircraft missed without doing any damage, because they detonated only on impact. My Bala can inflict damage without needing to be as accurate, ensuring fewer are wasted.
More relevant to our present security situation, I can create holes using geokinesis to place them in and bury them. On the ground, they are effectively mines. The only limitation on them is that they will detonate on their own, inevitably. I can choose how long this time period is, which means my Bala have applications as adhesive timed explosives as well as anti-air projectiles, sticky grenades, and adhesive mines. However they will last no more than a maximum of twenty mintutes. Which means thats all the time I would have to set up defenses, and if the enemy delayed too long they would go off on their own. Rather than try to put them everywhere, we could place a large concentration at where the shinigami forces are most likely to enter. If they make their advance and a few dozen or more of their footsoldiers end up in pieces...that will put fear in them. They wont know that their first advance will have likely expended all the mines. The fear that they could be everywhere and anywhere should stall them for a while. But for maximum effect, we'd have to get things set up a little less than twenty minutes before they arrive.", he explained.
"Oh, and before you worry about me ruining your lovely ceiling, I can dispel them at will by emiting a my reiatsu at a very specific frequency. ", he said, hoping to ease any fears of the ceiling caving in on them. Closing his fist and raising his ring finger straight up in what should have been an anotomically impossible gesture, he dispelled the Bala, causing it to disperse harmlessly into tiny reishi particles. "So...I am, veeery interested- what can each of you bring to the table? I am certain each of you, like I, have some utilitarian skill or ability. C'mon....Well?", he asked, when they didn't immediately respond. "We've all beento 'Show and Tell' in one life or another. What has everyone else got?"

"Their blood is far more rich than humans," Kaiko responded to the one who had questioned the taste of Shinigami. "Of course, eating them like Hollows would isn't the correct way. It's better to convert their entire body into pure spiritual energy and simply absorbing it by whatever means you wish... then again... I just can't get over how sweet their blood is!"
Then, it seemed, more Arrancar began to make an appearance. One, however, in particular began to speech... and boast his rather... not-so-unique ability? Well, Kaiko really didn't pay much attention to it; she didn't really find much interest in Arrancar who attempted to gain the spotlight by blowing something up and making some ridiculously long speech.
"Kaiko is unamused..."
Though it was highly rare for the Arrancar to refer to herself in the third person, she couldn't help but feel that this... man who decided to make some sort of over elongated speech, was just here to compare the length of his penis to the other Arrancar. Quite frankly, Kaiko wasn't about to expose her chest or start slobbering over penor, so instead, she gave a faint wave of her hand while she shook her head. Her expression showed the little amount of interest she held in the man's ability, not really finding anything all that 'unique' or 'special' but then again, he had lost her when his voice seemed to mimic Bruce Campbell... wait, how the fuck did she know that name?
Not only that, but why the fuck did he keep putting so much emphasis on the word 'my' when he spoke of 'his' Bala? Is that the way he spoke? Did he have some sort of speaking disorder, or did he just have some sort of strange dialect in his speech?
"Yea... about the Shinigami... thanks for stating the obvious," Kaiko replied rather dryly to his statement of 'If Shinigami of any appreciable strength show up, we'll just have to defeat them ourselves.' Yea; no shit. Nevertheless, despite the obvious annoyance Kaiko suddenly felt for this strange Arrancar, it was best for everyone to know each others abilities. That way, they could plan their shit out. No one liked to be unprepared, right?
"Like I said, I'm Kaiko," the woman's voice changed, as well as her expression, almost to that of a cheerful child as she pressed the tips of her finger to her chest, introducing herself once more. "My specialty is in my voice; I can help to corrupt the weak minded with my Siren's Call, or slightly confuse the strong willed. I don't have any sort of Cero or Bala; most of my strength is in my voice or my fists. S'bout it."
Like she had stated before, she was here for the meal. Sucking up the reiatsu of Shinigami had become quite the drug to her as of late. That was the only reason she was really here. She'd use her voice to coax as many Shinigami as she could to feed her new lust.

Vaaz listened careful to Kaiko discribed how scumptous Shinigami are, and smiled a little at the discription. Though the grandiose speech maker she seemed to ignore, but Kaiko's little quips made her smile a little more, "I like you.", she stated smiling, "I'm going to hang out with you.", the pink haired Arrancar simply just said it, and it was so, she merely stood beisde Kaiko like she had known her for years out of her having no sense of social etiquette.
When Kaiko introduced herself, Vaaz's brow furrowed a little as she looked to Kaiko with a gaze of curiosity, but smiled lightly as she introduced herself as well, "I am Vaaz. My specialities are Cero manipulation, blood and soul manipulation, and fire manipulation. I am better suited at range for this task, I am no martial combatant."
W-what were they talking about?! It was something his confused and fuzzy mind couldn't comprehend. Were they all just bragging about themselves? It seemed so. As much as it confused him; however, it didn't seem as if Circan minded it.
It meant that they were simply wasting time, showing off their traits and abilities.
Circan had long since stopped struggling against his chains and knew that it was futile. Even if he did manage to break free, he would be at the will of five arrancar who... quite literally, scared him.
"T-the Shinigami... will stop you!" He struggled to say, his wounds seeming to get the better of him.
From what he had heard, the Shinigami were starting to make headway, breaking through some of the flow of hollow and using the Hollow's sheer stupidity against them. It was something that gave him a shred of hope.
Maybe there was hope for him after all.
But... with the damage he had already taken, he doubted there was much hope at all.

Not impressed, huh?", Seimenk remarked. Clearly this ditzy blue haired girl 'Kaiko' failed to recognize the fact that while his technique didn't have more power than a normal Bala, it had been augmented in other ways that made it extremely versatile. He didn't want to say he was genius- okay, he did. But he didn't because he was sure any attempts to lecture her on the innovation would just be waste.
"Those are utilitarian...", he commented, listening to her and Vaaz's abilities. "That would be another thing to cull the masses. You know, I'm certain if you could direct them with your song, you could lead them into one mine field after another.
Since your Hierro is focused on your fists, it must be virtually nonexistant everywhere else, meaning you can inflict great damage, at the cost of not being able to take nearly as much. You seem to be a believer in the 'Glass Cannon' build I've seen others use. Your strategy is mostly overwhelming your opponents with an extreme offense, and relying on that to kill them off before they can hurt you while simultaneously using high speed evasion to set an exhausting tempo. Since your focus is hand to hand, you can use the Song to keep ranged opponents near. When two Glass Cannons fight one another, what determines the winner is often simply who hits first. It can be an effective build, but it leaves much to be desired in defense. Your fragility must be taken into account in our counter offensive against the Shinigami.
Vaaz can cover you. I especially like how diverse Vaaz skills are, her evolutionary choices are exemplary. Bravo!", he said in praise of her abilities. "Now, before we go any further I want to show-"
T-the Shinigami... will stop you!" He struggled to say, his wounds seeming to get the better of him.
From what he had heard, the Shinigami were starting to make headway, breaking through some of the flow of hollow and using the Hollow's sheer stupidity against them. It was something that gave him a shred of hope.
Maybe there was hope for him after all.
"Quiet you- dont interrupt.", he warned thrusting a threatening finger at him, "or at least if you must say something, might it be something other than the same wishful, melancholic drivel over and over again? STILL you taste that BITTER illusion called hope, and expect us to -no! You insist we take part in your repast. Perhaps you and us alike would prefer to savour the SWEET release of yourdeath instead? Kaiko would certainly enjoy that.", he finished, letting the prisoner feel the impact of his statement before continuing. The threat was based in truth. Seeing how the blue girl talked about tasting Shinigami blood and how best to consume them, it was clear she was a hedonist and a glutton. If given the go ahead from the others, he was sure she would frenzy and that there would be no restraining her mindless self indulgence in the Shinigami's body and blood, and most of all - his abject terror. Quietly as it was kept, he considered this a grave weakness to be exploited by a competent opponent. But, that didn't mean she didn't have her uses. It would take as compotent of a 'player' , to use her effectively.
" I want to show you all something." Reaching in his pocket, and tossing a small stone disc about the size of a coaster, it landed on the table face up somewhere in the middle. Embossed on it was a white, blue eyed skull surrounded by and on its edges stained with what could be interpreted as blood. Standing up and placing his hands behind his back, he began circling the table, earth skating.
"So. What do you all think of that?", he asked them, gesturing at the disc. "I made it from some minerals on the way over here, and I'm proposing we use this as a symbol. If you dont like it, what do each of you propose? It doesn't really matter to me what it is as long as we agree on it. I'm not saying we'd wear whatever we decide on all the time like patches, but we need something to at least flash like a badge to show our authority. Yes, authority...", he paused both physically and verbally, looking over all of them.
"In this crisis, we have authority. The Exequias are virtually non existant...and even if Aizen has returned, him and his Espada are off somewhere else, either ignoring whats going on because they don't actually give a damn, or else they belive whatever the hell they're doing is more important. We have authority, Ladies and Gentleman. Realize and understand this: If you're an Arrancar in this room...and you are listening. YOU are a resistance leader. The minor Hollows will attack blindly, and seeing as they are so easily defeated by even the weakest Shinigami, that is fine.
But to win this fight we will need to organize menos, specifically the Adjuchas in the forests below the sands and any remaining Arrancar. Wheras the low level hollows are but cannon fodder, the Adjuchas are the real soldiers. If we are to organize them they need to know, who has authority. They need to know who to follow. It is undoubtable that if we simply gathered them all up, they would all want to have a say in the plans, and frankly -they cant. For them this isn't a democracy, it would require too much time for all of us to debate the issue and vote. We need a symbol that any of them can recognize on the battlefield, so they know who to call 'Comandante*'.
Furthermore, after all this is over with, anyone who was was under rock, didn't fight, or wasn't involved might ask the question -'Just WHO organized that whole Resitance thing when everybody else was sitting around? Who saved our bloody asses?', or from the Shinigami side 'We threw everything we had at those guys in what we THOUGHT was a real shit storm. Those Arrancar WERE a shit storm!' Well, if we have a name and sign...they'll have a definitive answer. What do you say?"

A short and loud blast was heard, a quick flash of blue light filled the room for a split second. A small and deep hole was burnt into the wall beside Seimenk's head, his skin was slightly grazed by the thin and extremely fast cero she fired. Lucia stood facing Seimenk, her left index finger pointed at his face, a thin wisp of smoke came off her finger like a gun that had just been fired, She had a fierce look in her icy blue eye (the other eye covered by her bangs, as it always is)
The room was silent for what seemed like an eternity, even the waling shinigami feel silent. "Never" Lucia said loudly and firmly, in deep contrast to her usual quite and cold tone. "Never, speak badly of Ichimaru-sama, Aizen-sama, or the Espada again!" She slowly lowered her hand, her eyes still focused on the Arrancar. "Some of you may be here for your own reasons, but this mission was established by the commanders at Las Noches, I will have no talk of disloyalty as long as that is true."
Lucia looked over the rest of the arrancar. She wasn't sure just how many of them loyal to Gin, Aizen, and the Espada, but this was their campaign, it should not be tainted with talk of breaking away from that. "My name is Lucia Isaksen, I serve the Espada. My abilities include ability in hand to hand combat, precise killing strokes, long range sniper cero, and domain over the elements of ice and snow" her voice had lowered, she was now speaking more softly and coldy. "Now I suggest we prepare our defenses, the shinigami will be coming soon"
After Ninstruck had heard what the other Arrancar were specialized in, He got out of chair and stood up.
“I am Ninstruck I specialized in poison and sword fighting; while you guys were talking I come up with a plan. The plan is that we spilt in to three groups. Seimenk and I focus on the 2nd squad Shinigami because 2nd squad Shinigami are known for their speedy movements. I believe Seimenk and I have the best abilities to restrict their movements. Kaiko and Vaaz focus on the 11th squad Shinigami because there are more of them, so Kaiko can eat as much as she wants. While we do that Lucia guards the base”, said Ninstruck.
“So, what do all of you think of my plan”, said Ninstruck.

>>"I like you. I'm going to hang out with you."<<
Oh! Kaiko made a new friend! The girl made a fangirl-like squee as she wrapped her arms around her new friend, who seemed to like her rather dark taste in human flesh. Then, it seemed that overcompensating Arrancar began to dissect her abilities, as though he knew every detail about her. She frowned intently as he insulted her by stating she had the disadvantage of not having a Hierro-like shell. Did he not listen to her? She had just that in her resurrecion!
"First off, my physical strikes aren't powered by my Hierro, they are powered by my own version of Cero," Kaiko informed the man's mistake. "I don't fire them as projectiles; I use them in my strikes. And they don't have to be 'just my fists,' so your whole statement about glass cannon can be shot down."
She didn't like this guy, and it was obvious by her expression. She was here because she was promised a good meal. She wasn't just going to sit here and listen to some guy try and take charge. Of course, when he promised the prisoner that Kaiko could eat him, her personality changed so briskly that she eyed the Shinigami with a bit of drool hanging from her sweet lips, with her tongue slowly attempting to collect that dripping saliva.
Of course, then he tried to collect the group under some sort of skull banner. Kaiko wasn't really interested in joining a team, unless it was to become an Espada... though, she wouldn't have mind becoming a part of a fraccion either. But then, the comment about Gin and the newly revived Aizen seemed to sink into another Arrancar currently gathered, and the two exchanged words. And yet another Arrancar expressed her name and abilities, then a plan itself, though Kaiko was still a bit ticked off over the man's second far-too-long speech.
"Kaiko is booooored," the blue haired woman complained with a roll of her eyes. "I don't care about becoming part of some group, and if I did, I certainly wouldn't be following your lead. I don't care what your powers are, or how strong you are, or anything like that. I only came here because I was promised that I could get to satisfy my craving for Shinigami souls. So again, I don't care about joining any group, or following some stupid skull, or flashing some stupid badge. We're not Shinigami, we're not carrying our stupid squad symbol or whatever the hell they wear to represent anything. I'm here to eat, that's all. Whatever other reason people are here, I don't really care. If you're just here to rally up groups, then start leading yourself."
With that said, Kaiko wrapped an arm around her new friend's waist and pulled her close while hurling out her other arm, extending two fingers in a V-shape for a childish victory pose.
"Vaaz n' I will handle the 11th squad," Kaiko stated rather confidently. "There's more Shinigami there. I don't care about the other squad if there's less of'em. Most of'em will just end up falling under my voice anyhow. The ones that don't, well, we'll just take care of them at our leisure, right?"

Vaaz's unblinking blood red eyes popped in surprise open wide when Kaiko wrapped her arms around with her little squee, but it was only for a trice for in the next instant Vaaz smiled wide wrapping her arms around Kaiko in turn. Yay! Vaaz made a new friend! Though as the loud, blustering, speech-making Arrancar begun dissecting hers and Kaiko's abilities without fully understanding them despite as he acted as though he did, Vaaz's unblinking blood red eyes gained a dull expression as she looked at him and remarked with a very bored tone, "I think you use too many words. You should use less of them. Or none."
She sighed a little as the loud Arrancar blustered on as if attempting to take charge or some nonsensical notion like this group had some kind of heirarchy, "The only persons lead I follow is Gin's and the Espada. Any other's ramblings of attempted control is superfluous to me. My reason for being her is merely out of boredom... until other plans become fully in motion... I just wanted something to do."
She shrugged flippantly in reaction to the plan that was mentioned, and sense she would be teamed up with Kaiko she smiled in agreement to it, "Yes, I will go with Kaiko.", she then looked to Kaiko and nodded firmly, "Right."
[EDIT: Kamair said he wont be posting for some time, because he is writing the battle threads we will be using. I think its okay, if someone takes the next turn.]
"Well, I'm Sorry.", Seimenk said in mock apology, folding his arms. "Its hard to hide in a desert with all the flat land. If you ever need any cover, or quickly built fortifications- I can construct them.", he offered.
Although he said nothing of it, he recognized the Cero was very fast and quite accurate. Not that one Cero had ever both started and ended a fight. Even if it had hit him head on, it wouldn't have done much worse than throw him through the wall. So she was an Espada? Frankly Seimenk couldn't care less about Aizen and his fruity little club. He would have called it that to her face, except that he knew that it wouldn't do anything except start a pointless fight that would waste time and energy. Seeing how she was such a foolish zealot, he doubted she could restrain herself from assaulting him had he made the quip. Zealots were completely useless people, unless of course they were "loyal" to you.
Had she not shown such a lack of self control, he would have went on to lecture that even if the group HAD been organized by the Espada, she needed to recognize that blame rolled UPHILL. But if anything went wrong, it wasn't going to roll any further uphill than the five of them. If the mission failed, if it was unsuccesful, they would be blamed. If however it succeeded, ONLY Aizen would get to take any credit, even though he hadn't done a damn thing or made one tactical decision. If Seimenk was going to risk bearing the weight of failure, he wanted to share in the prestiege of success. He deserved it. And though Lucia didn't know it, so did she and everyone else in that room. Except that she was so blindly loyal to this Aizen jerkoff who WASN'T EVEN A HOLLOW but a damned Shinigami turncoat with his ass glued to his throne - to whom she would give away any honor that rightfully belong to her, to her Lord. Yes, her master. Was she going to be anything more than a slave for the rest of her unlife?
It was fine with him, she could do whatever she wanted with the recognition she earned. But Seimenk? He wasn't giving his away. If this thing succeeded, he would flaunt that he had been apart of it to anyone who cared to listen and use that to his advantage. She was an Espada, she fought for her master like the dog she was. Perhaps she had actually been created by Aizen? If that was the case, Seimenk guessed it made sense she saw him as a father figure or maybe even a god. He understood now why Aizen preferred artificial Arrancar to natural ones. He said it was because they were more powerful, but now he wondered if part of the reason was that natural Arrancar who had ripped free their masks had wills that were too strong to make them obedient subjects.
What was he on the otherhand? Though Seimenk had originally become interested in participating in the group for his own well being, if he could come away with any recognition- he might unexpectedly become a mercenary or a tactician. If he could draw together a small, skilled group, or a sort of PMC, they could sell themselves to whoever for whatever purposes. Or even make their own goals if they pleased. For him this was about survival. This was also about respect. If you got respect, you could survive longer than one without.
Who was in this organization so far?
A glutinous, hedonistic, blue haired bimbo that only served her belly. Who was bored. And disgusting. He wished she would keep her tongue in her mouth, that worked for some women, but not for her. At all.
A nice looking, pink haired, crimson eyes woman whose abilities, as least as she described, he admired. Except like Lucia, she also liked Gin. Except that she liked the glutinous, hedonistic, blue haired bimbo. What the hell was up with that? Was she retarded or were they...into each other? He might like to watch them...do things, if they did things, but honestly that wasn't going to get him anywhere or earn him anything. Maybe a Cero or a slap to the face, but that was it. The again maybe they weren't that into each other, maybe they were just mutally bored. Although it was a bit creepy that anyone would just sign on to this outfit just because they were bored, with no intent, or even expectation, or thought of getting anything out of it. REAL things. Not a antidote to ones ennui, not food to serve ones belly worship, or anything stupid like that. What was wrong with them?
Who else?
An ill tempered, blue haired, sniper slave girl, that didn't have any sense of independence, preffering to stay on her leash.
Then there was that one guy, Ninstruck. He was the first one who had said they should concentrate on a plan, and the only one who had devise done. That guy SEEMED he could be reasonable, normal -you know?
No. Probably not, he was dressed like Lucia, so maybe he was a lapdog to Aizen with some terrible personality flaw. Just wait- there'll be something terribly wrong with him. At the rate things were going, he wouldn't be surprised if Ninstruck were an actually axe crazy psycho or something that tortured people for shits and giggles -like that one guy. That one creepy guy at work, that nobody talks to. And when you quit and go to a new job? There he is again. Every job had one of those guys.
Gah! This was such terrible bullshit having. He had to find a way to gain control over this little quintet. He had said more than anyone else, yet he felt as if he had the least influence. Lucia and Kaiko just plain didn't give a damn. Lucia and probably Ninstruck too were so loyal to Aizen's fruity little club, with their white members only jackets, they would probably insist one of them be the defacto leader.
Wait...what was he behaving like? It had been a little while since he had any introspection.
Boastful. Arrogant. Suffering from severe thoughts of inferiority. Terribly long winded. Always desiring to be in control. Riding everything on words, and not actions like little miss 'Boom! Headshot!' Driven entirely by some 'Will to Meaning', to find how he was important in the universe. He had to be, right?
He was a magnificent bastard wasn't he? Seimenk made up his mind right then, they were all FREAKS. They were all terrible people-no, they weren't "people" at all, but spiritual beings born from all the negative aspects of "people". The Shinigami were going to kill them all weren't they? Their Captains or Vice Captains couldn't be having nearly this many issues in their meeting room, could they? Was it really worth it to be in this room? At the end of all this, was he going to learn anything, have any self realization, become any stronger? He could always just gate into the human world he frequently visited and beetle around there until all the bullshit was over, whatever the outcome.
Then again...aside from the good music and the literature, he found most of the human world ugly or uninteresting, and he loved Hueco Mundo enough that he cared if the ignorant, shinigami with their backwards culture and philosophies actually set foot on her pure, white sands again. Sure, they claimed they only wanted their men back, but in reality if they ever had the chance, they wouldn't pass up trying to wipe Hollowkind out. Shinigami gaining any intel on Hueco Mundo was ultimately a bad thing. He couldn't bear to sit idly by. He couldn't bear to give up the chance to do something significant. If it didn't prove that all of hollowkind was more significant than Shinigami, he would at least find purpose in his own unlife.
"Soddin' hell...", he swore in English with a curious accent that was as much from Bristol as it was from Beijing, "If we could just fix that breach we wouldn't have to try sending them bloody wankers back where they came. Why the hell send an army after a measly number o' men. ", he sighed, leaning against a wall, looking up at the ceiling.
"Well....", he said, switching to Japanese, "Ninstruck is certainly a man with a plan, a damn good plan and a good knowledge of the squads we're up against and their abilities."
"Also- ", he said, looking at Lucia, "Our generous benefactors have provided us with this compound, have they seen fit to give us anyother resources or facilities I or the others should know about?"
"Does anyone think this place needs further fortification? Because if it does, I can probably augment its defenses. And how much time do we have? Whats the enemies estimated time to arrival according to our intelligence? "
