Also you will notice each board as ha moderator.
Staff has a job, basically monitering posts to make sure things like taht dont happen. The only way a new character can get Bankai is if they play a premade/canon character like Hisugaya or something. if it's an OC they want to make, they gotta start from the bottom and work their way up, to make character development in the Bleach-universe...

I think that Bankai should be limited to seat officers with over 500 posts, the exception would be captains who wont need 500 posts.
The only way this could possibly fail is if every single seat officer in the gotei 13, 65 people, gets over 500 posts. I deem that unlikely, but if that occurs, then only lueitenant and captains get bankai. Sound plan?
Actually scratch that. Luietenant and captain only. Luitentant has to have 500 or more posts. so in total, there is a maximum 26 bankai limit, and usually only 13-18 people because i guess only around 5 vice captains would probably have bankai.. Its perfect.

yeah but then we will get the "What about Ikkaku" complaint...
This site isn't perfect.... Yet...
But I'm working on all the kinks and cracks and it will be good in no time

Well IMO it's still ok that everybody above 500 can learn bankai. Remember what Tetsuzaimon said to Ikkaku when he lost fight over pillar? That Ikkaku's Bankai couldn't match Komamura's. So seated oficer bankai isn't exacly same as captain's bankai.

thats the thing right there if you get over 500 post have your bankai but know that if your bankai goes up against a captain bankai its still weaker

when you hit 500, yea, you start to learn it. when you hit 1000, you can use it. but look in renji's case. kuchiki told him that banki took a long time to master, and that was proven. renji pulled his, and got his ass handed to him in no time flat. granted, he's gotten much stronger, but he's still at a level that's not much higher. ichigo had to learn it in 3 days, and his has improved as well, but you can tell he's still trying to master it. i don't think being a vizard helps much, but still. they're trying to master it still. so as it's been stated, the more posts, the better the rping, the more improved you char can be, and your work shows.
