Kasuke has never had any freinds in life, in fact the only person that would even speak to him properly is his brother, Fayori. Due to this he woulds spend most of his time in his room, which he had painted black (no pun intended), staring at an empty, lifeless wall.

He never says much and hates drawing his sword. He also suffers from an extremely fatal illness. He hates his Zanpaktou, prefering to fight using Kido and Cero.

In turn, his Zanpaktou hates him and seems to cause him jabs of mental pain every now and again. Despite the fact that he spent so much time in his room he has extremely strong reiatsu. He is also very arrogant and belives he is the god of death.

Appearance:

Kasuke has peircing green eyes and black hair with some of his hair braided. We hardly ever see his face thanks to the collar of his robe but he has a scar running across the bridge of his nose. He has a muscley body thanks to years of climbing to find a hideout after he murdered his family. He stands at over 6ft 5 inches.

He wears a black hooded top with the Uesugi clan symbol (three rectangles, running horizontaly, each split in half by a line. All of the sections on one side are black and the rest are white). He also wears a normal black hakama with white socks and straw sandals. He wears a black sleeved cloak, with a high collar, that connects at the chest with an upwards zipper.

He carries his Zanpaktou on his back, holding it with a thin green string. He also wears a thick leather gauntlet on his right hand.

Hollow Mask:

Kasuke's hollow mask is slightly unusual. It is always incomplete unless he's in his bankai state. In his shikai or sealed state his hollow mask only covers the bottom half of his face and a band coming from where the mask ends in the centre to the top of his head. The bottom prt of his mask is just a line of very long teeth stretching from one side of his mask to the other.

In its full state the mask is the same as before, only this time the mask covers the rest of his face in plain mask but continues back to the top of his head and comes of with two, long flat spikes parrallel to the ground.

Hollow Powers:

Kasuke's hollow powers are a yellow cero and increased perceptions (he can notice more subtle movements, he can follow movements with his eyes easier, he can think clearer and his hand-eye coordination is better.

Inner Hollow:

Kasuke's inner hollow is and exact copy of his Zanpaktou spirit exept he always has a huge evil grin. He looks like a winged angel only his skin his completely black and so is his clothes (No racial intent, his skin is pure black not African American black).

His personality is almost exactly the same as Ichigo Kurosaki's inner hollow.

Zampakuto's name:

Daikagegami (litteraly meaning Great Shadow God)

Zampakuto Spirit:

Daikagegami looks like a fallen angel. His wings, skin and clothes are completely black.

He is calm and collect but has a huge dislike for his wielder, often making fun of him in a sarcastik manner. Despite Daikagegami's calm nature he has a huge ego.

His inner world is a graveyard full of headstones with all of the names of the people he has killed scratched on them. It also Has an hourglass in the middle that records the time he has left before he dies.

Un-released Zampakuto's Appearance:

In its sealed state his Zanpaktou is the same shape of a katana with two huge notches in it, one near the bottom and one near the top. The guard is a simple arrow shape.

Shikai Release phrase::

"Slaughter, Daikagegami"

Shikai Appearance::

His shikai takes the same shape as an elven blade from Lord of the Rings only near the top the blade the blade goes diagonaly downwards for about two inches and then comes back up to the top.

Shikai Abilities::

Its abilities are: Everything it cuts has a seal placed on it that stops it from using energy (i.e: cannot move or shoot kido or cero or anything to do with that part of their body).

Its weaknesses are: It has to be a cut, not a touch. It does not affect the head or organs. It can be broken out of by using a certain amount of reiatsu (NOTE: probably the same amount of energy as to lift a 4x4ft wooden crate). It wares off after about a minute.

Bankai Description:

"Rise from the Shadows, Daikagegami"
The hilt turns black and becomes slighty longer. The blade becomes two times longer and three times wider than the shikai (NOTE: the shikai is about 4.5ft long and about 2 inches wide.). Despite its size he seems to weild it quite well. It has three compartments that are built into the blade, each an equal length apart. On each compartment the japanese character for seal is written on it.

The top of his bankai is split into three scythe-like blades, one coming out the top, one coming out of the front and a slighty longer one coming out of the back pointing towards the weilder.

Bankai Abilities:

When he releases his bankai, three seals are placed on his strength. He is the only one who can release those seals. If he hollowfies during his bankai state, his hollow mask is completely formed instead of only half formed.

History/Background:

Kasuke graduated the academy at the age of 93 and rose through the ranks pretty quickly, becoming a captain at age 156. He wasn't a captain for very long though as he was demoted to vice-captain because he neglected his duties.

He was known in Sereitei for his skills as a scientist. One example of this was when he created an exact genetic clone of himself, calling him his little brother. He named the clone Masato Uesugi.

19 years after being demoted he and his brother Fayori decided to conduct an experiment. It went horribly wrong and they thought it was too dangerous to become public knowledge. After their father, Jisuke Uesugi hints that he knows about the experiment. They murder him and the rest of their family in case they knew. They decided to leave Masato alive which showed Kasuke's compassionate side, which is very small.

After that both brothers leave Sereitei and decide to pay a visit to a man who could give them more power. After they arrived they were given hollow powers and the man revealed who he really was. He was (censored for story purposes).

After that all three men establish their own headquarters and hone their skills for years. Thats where they are now and Masato is hunting them down.

(NOTE: Kasuke was not born with his hollow mask)

RP Sample:

Kasuke was standing on the cliff watching the birds fly around above the sea. He decided to "shoot some targets".
"Hadou 31, Shokaho" he muttered and a cry of pain came from the first bird as it fried,
"Heh" he laughed menacingly "Anyone want raost seagull"

The back door creaked open behind him. It made him jump out of his skin. Something was wrong, something wasn't right. He could feel it. He quickly Hollowfied and aimed his hand at the door, ready to shoot anything that came through with a cero.

A middle-aged man with brown hair stepped out. He knew that face well, it was posted on every wanted poster in all the towns they went to. Sosuke Aizen. He quickly shot a cero at him, he knew it wouldn't do anything but it might buy him some time. Not even waiting to see if the cero had hit he drew his sword and yelled,
"BANKAI!" his voice distorted becuase of his hollow mask.

As the blade changed and formed into its bankai state he noticed Aizen's reiatsu hadn't even shifted when he hit him with the cero. He was sure it had hit but he must have deflected it somehow. He released the first seal of his bankai, his face burning from the power of his hollow mask.

He charged at an extreme speed, swinging his sword towards Aizen's face. Aizen stood there not moving at all. Three steps away now. So close to getting rid of him. So close to getting rid of the biggest nuisance in...
"Gah!" Kasuke screams as he is thrown across to the edge of the cliff.
"I have a propostion for you" said Aizen.

A couple things...

Kasuke's hollow powers are an extremely powrful cero and increased brain sensitivety (he can notice more subtle movements, he can follow movements with his eyes easier, he can think clearer and his hand-eye coordination is better.

It will only be "extremely" powerful according to what his tier may wind up being. And rather than putting "brain sensitivity", what you're describing in parenthesis is perceptions, increased perceptions, so best put that instead of "brain sensitivity" which makes less sense.

Ok the Shikai...

Even with the "weakness" you have there this is still incredibly OP, even with powerful Bakudo Kidou spells the person who is sealed or bound can at least struggle and build reiastu even if they can't get free, and if they are significantly powerful enough can even break it. Even with your "weakness" you have in place, that is not possible, which is... crazy.

Now as for the Bankai, to be candid, I couldn't make sense of what you wrote, I think you may have been writing it as you were thinking it rather than taking a moment to pause and think about what you're describing, because I couldn't make sense of a word of it. So, go in there and try to clarify it a bit more. But, there is one thing, this part:

In his bankai form his hollow mask is automatically formed over his face.

No, it does not. He will have to summon his mask separately like anyone else.
