Hibito acts like the leader of the pack and likes to stay ahead of others in the fight. He works well with others and likes to play around with his prey before killing them off without mercy.Appearance:
His laid back lifestyle hasnt gotten him many friends, but it doesnt mean he is unlikeable. Many people see him as a good leader that just gets to over excited when it comes to fighting.
During something serious however, he would like to keep his mouth shut. He fights seriously when the time calls for it and can utilise his quincy powers to effect
Quincy Abilities:
He wears mainly black clothes that dont weigh much so he can move around freely during combat. His hair was naturally black until he dyed part of it red to release the boredome of a single hair colour.Bow Appearance
The bow itself looks very metallic in this pic. Hibito's bow takes the same shape including the two poles on the frame but glows a distinct reitsu crimson colour, much like the one hibito emits.Trinket Appearance
The trinket looks very plain and simple when worn without activating the bow. When reitsu is charged into it, it will glow a powerful red colour and then burst into the bow he holds.

No silver tubes
he has no need for the silver tubes as he relies on his speed and cunning more than his attacking styles.
Reitsu senses
the ability to sense reitsu levels that exceed his own or lower unless masked.
Reitsu Masking
The ability to disable reitsu levels to a point where its undetectable. Reviving the lost reitsu takes a small amount of time
Reitsu Shaping
Quincy are able to use the reitsu levels from their surroundings to power their attacks. Higher leveled quincy have been beleived to craft temporary swords and explosives from this.
Hirenkyaku
Similar to the shinigami shunpo and the arrancar sonido. Allows quick movements that turn the user invisible for a very short time.

He was given a strange necklace by his grandfather when he passed away. He said "Im sure you will live your life better than i did, you will know when the time is right..."
To Hibito, he thought it was nonsense, until...
...he turned 25 he was found in a life changing situation. Upon visiting his family across the country, he was attacked by what seemed to be a hollow, he couldnt tell exactly because his reitsu levels were still locked away.
When his family was under threat, he linked to the trinket his grandfather had given him and unleshed his inner quincy powers.
He quickly fended off the hollow but it fled. They quickly escaped with their lives, and a very confused Hibito.
It turns out, his grandfather was originally a quincy who had lost the need to use his powers and slowly faded away with age. When he was on his death bed, he gave his trinket on.
he learnt how to use the rest of the quincy equipment by researching about his supposedly found race. He could figure out how everything works and found the only guy who knew enough was a fellow quincy that was impossible to find in such a massive city.

Hibito lived as a normal human for many years until he gained his quincy powers from his grandfather. He already had high reitsu levels but didnt know until the hollow attacks.RP Sample:
His family moved away when he was young but he didnt want to move from his hometown. He lived with his grandfather for the first half of his life until the old man died.
Later on, he left the town and lived with his family again in karakura. He didnt like the place and wanted to stay where he was. The increase in spiritual activity there made hibito feel uncomfortable.
Then when he was attacked by hollows, he released his power and defeated them. From then on, he has lived a life to kill as hollows that try to take innocent lives.
His current location and actions are unknown to most. Many say he works for himself as a hunter. To wipe out all disturbances and paranormal activities with hollows.
Some even think he wants to own a shop and make hollow hunting a buisness.
He still doesnt know enough about himself yet to be able to utilize his potential. and the hunt to find a fellow quincy will be hard, but he knows they must exist somewhere...
The spirit of battle was lighting up the room. Sparks flew everywhere as two blades collided and crowds cheered them on. The tournement in karakura dojo was intensifying as two shinigami had entered the battle, without anybody noticing.
"hmm... these guys are good"
"their using real swords! Are they trying to kill each other?"
"this is kendo isnt it?"
A few guys were chatting in the stands. The rules had been broken but nobody wanted it to stop. One guy however, stood against the stands and grinned at the battle.
"As long as it keeps the audience happy"
"huh? who are you?"
"dont worry bout that... just enjoy the fight"
"we got a winner!"
One of the shinigami had drawn blood and the other sheathed his blade, as the victor.
"who is going to challenge next? This guy is unstoppable"
"oh great... he's asking for more!"
"Ill do it..."
The mysterious guy put his hand into the air and waved it about. He didnt have a weapon on him, and so requested something.
"do you mind if i use my bow?... it glows slightly because i put lots of lights on it to make it look nicer."
"huh?... we cant accept that?"
"dont matter.... im doin it anyway"
He walked into the fight and rolled his eyes at the shinigami. He was wearing heavy armour to protect himself and his face from the enemy.
"your gonna fight? you aint got no blade?"
"yeah... but in all fairness... A quincy bow and a zanpackutou isnt going to upset anyone is it?"
"wha! your a quincy?"
"hehe...."
"but their extinct"
"not exactly... i think..."
"OK BOYS!.... lets get this match underway. ready?....Set?.....FIGHT!"
Also, try expanding a little more on it, like his bow. What sort of trinket does he use to create it? What form or shape does his bow take? How did he learn and obtain a lot of the Quincy items and abilities he possesses? Just little additions like that rather than making it seem more like a check list.
