Gozen is cold and emotionless he hates small talk and others in general. Fiercely loyal to the head of sector six he would gladly throw his life if it would give his leader a second of happiness. Not brightest of people Gozen’s most notable characteristic is his ruthless cruelty and viciousness.

In a personal setting Gozen is cold and often exclaims his wish to work. Gozen for the most part is a workaholic he hates having free time and spends every second he can at sector six running operations. His only hobby would be torturing prisoners for information he is ruthless with his technique and quite clever at the same time.

Appearance:

Gozen is large by any standards standing at six foot eight he has a body builder physic, his entire body is muscle and he normally wears black shinigami robes. His face is stern and his eyes are a dead grey. He has short length shaggy brown hair, with a style that is reminiscent of Aizens. His hands are massive and appear to be large even for his imposing stature.

When in the human world Gozen wears a 1920's grey suit with suspenders. He normally complements this with a matching grey fedora and a red tie.

Zanpakuto Spirit:

Alren is a large hulking golem made of Ice, gruff and blood thirsty Alren cares little for anything but combat and only speaks to egg Gozen into a fight. For the most part Alren appears to be large chunks of ice connected by an invisible force into a humanoid shape.

Sealed Zanpakuto:

A plain grey Katana with a blue wrap around the hilt.

Shikai Description:

The Katana becomes light blue and leaves a trail of snowflakes wherever it moves.

Shikai Abilities:

Gozen’s ability is simple anything within a one inch radius of his blade is frozen. Thus he can create icicles which he can fire like daggers by swinging his blade and any wound he makes will freeze over causing frost bite and incredible pain from the extra weight of the ice pulling at the wound. The other benefit comes when fighting against another weapon which will have a chunk of ice lodge onto the blade every time they clash making it heavier and off balance.

History/Background:

Gozen was born in rukongai from a young age he showed great promise as a fighter and his family all believed he would become a member of the gotei 13. As the years progressed Gozen became more and more brutal and arrogant. At the age of twelve he was known as the town trouble maker and a thug. In the middle of the night a week after his thirteenth birthday his house caught fire his parents were caught an killed in the inferno. A passing noble who saw the boy escape from the flames took him and raised him as head of security. To this day Gozen doesn't know that the man who took him and raised him to be his guard set that fire so he could take the land his family owned.

Since that day gozen has trained tirelessly to become an incredible warrior. Trained by the best fighters in sector six he quickly showed natural talent for sword play and cruelty. Intrigued by the young boys strength and devotion the head of sector six has raised him like a cold and distant parent, constantly making him search for approval while using him for his own benefit. Now he is the head of sector six security a mysterious organization run by his noble benefactor.

RP Sample:

Gozen walked down the hall his hand sitting on his zapakuto and stoic look on his face. Stopping in front of a large picture he presses it in causing the entire wall to slide back revealing a small room filled with computers and soldiers in black. One soldier with a red bandana around his arm walks up rubbing his hands nervously he speaks his words slightly stuttered in fear.

”Sir the child escaped, he underwent some sort of transformation and killed almost fifteen men during the escape. We covered the damage under the excuse of a training accident and pursuit teams have been deployed.”

The man visibly relaxed as Gozen places his hand on the mans shoulder tapping him with a large smile.

”Well done, you took care of failure procedures flawlessly…”
The man didn’t even have a chance to move as Gozen draws his Katana and slits his throat in a single flawless movement.


”However you forgot the last step, end your shame with your life. No worries though I’ll assist you.”

Id like this guy to be an NPC in my plot and I'd like him to be Mid-strong or High-weak if possible. If not please tell me what I need to do/expand on.

You can't really go into shikai without a zanpakuto spirit.

Added a spirit, sorry I thought since he's an NPC he wouldn't need a spirit.

Um... yea, in order to go Shikai, even if he's an NPC, he'd need a spirit. <_< Just because he's an NPC doesn't mean you can slack off on the application any less. There are some instances where you CAN write a little less, i.e., history and background can be shortly generalized in just two or so paragraphs, but aside from that, if he's going to be using a shikai, we want the information.

Shikai abilities: So.. he can freeze anything his sword touches within a one inch radius. Does that mean, just that one inch is frozen, or does it spread-like? Elaborate a bit more.

As of right now, this application will most likely be determined as Mid-Level Average; there just isn't enough, really, that explains why/how he would be any stronger than that level.
