Raiden tends to lack personality the majority of the time. He lacks opinion on certian matters and appears to a bit devoid of free will. His sense of right and wrong are undefined by his own mind, and are decided for him.Appearance:
Overall, he seems a bit dark and very serious. Because of his status as a weapon, Raiden has very little social ability, and often does not know how to behave around other people. He can bluntly honest and a bit harsh at times. He rarely displays emotion, though he does have it, afterall, he is human.
Raiden fosters a deep hatred for both Shinigami and Hollow, having been told that his parents were killed in the crossfire between Hollows and Shinigami.
Raiden is extremely loyal to the goverment, being brought up to be so. He will take an orders without hesitation and feels no remorse when killing, even when they are shinigami which are eerily simular to humans in appearance.
Raiden isn't very talkative and only talks when it is neccesary most of the time (ex. When he needs to answer a question)
He is actually very shy, especially around those of the opposite gender. He isn't very outspoken and doesn ot anger easily.
Raiden possess no fear because of the way he was raised and trained, he will put his life in danger without hesitation. He can face off with an intimadatingly large Gillian without any signs of fear, and witness the powers of an Espada or Captain without sweating.
Raiden is also extremely intellignent and calculating. He can calculate possible outcomes of certian strategies, and develop tactical moves to fit the needs and exploit the weaknessess of a specific target. He is fluent in several different languages, capable of performing advanced mathematic equations and caculations in his head, and is very perceptive and keen in battle. He is a technical genius, and can make repairs to his own weapons and cybernetic parts. He is very adept with computers and can easily hack any foreign goverment's database. His total IQ is over 180. Raiden has quick decision making skills prove invaluable in combat.

Raiden is slightly adrogenous in appearance. He has medium lenght blond hair and an average, extremely fit build.
With his full cybernetic arsenal equipped, he looks more robotic than human. His suit is shaded in mostly dark colors. His face is mostly covered by a visor type mask.
Raiden was born with supernatural spiritual powers, and possessed a powerful reietsu. He could see spirits, shinigami, and hollows from a very young age. These powers are beleived to be obtained purely by chance.Special Abilities:
After the incident in which his parent's were killed, Raiden was taken in by the goverment around age 4. He was to be the test subject of Project "S3"
All of his limbs were replaced with cybernetic components and many of his organs were replaced with artificial components. Even his spinal cord was replaced with an enhanced synthetic version.
Raiden's cybernetic exoskeleton, limbs, and spine allow him to defy the physical limitations of a human. He can move extremely fast and is extremely flexible. He can leap from building to building and run over 80 mph in short, powerful bursts. He also has abnormal strength and is capable of several feats such as ripping apart titanium steel, lifting 10 times his weight, and shattering concrete with a single punch.Powers First Stage:
Raiden's cybernetic combat armor is intergrated into his own body, making it extremely effective. While his armor can be penetrated by blades and zanpaktou's, it allows him to survive attacks that would normally kill a human. Because Raiden's body is mostly Machine, he would live through events such as having his limbs blown off or being crushed (as long as his skull or the few organic parts he has aren't fractured) His suit allows him to withstand both high temperature and pressure. While his cybertronic body parts and suit runs primarily on conventional fuels, the suit runs partially on his own reietsu, especially when raiden exerts himself pass the suits own limitations.
Weapons - Raiden is equipped with several weapons, his primary weapon being a katana, other weapons include his SOCOM, and small retractable blades on his arms and feet.
Stength - Can shatter concrete, rip apart steel, break bone, lift something as heavy car. Hold back a moving tank. Can stop something with the momentum of a speeding train, or something as massive as a giant oil tanker, but these levels could kill him, or severly incapacitate him. The latter set of limits would be at a point where the suit Raiden wears would directly drain his reietsu intstead of a conventional energy source.Powers Second Stage:
Speed - Moves at high speed in short bursts of up to 80 mph. Extremely dexterous and agile, able to dodge and counter in close qaurters combat with ease, can overpower most shinigami and arrancar at close range. Raiden's speed can be increased for a short amount of time, allowing him to use his own equivelant of Sonido/Shunpo, but cannot be constantly maintained. This consumes reietsu instead of conventional fuel.
Lightning Charge- This is Raiden's only natural ability, that exists regardless of his cybertronic components and abilities, making it a useful trump card. Raiden has the ability to gather static energy in the air and draw it into his own body, after which, he can manipulate the stored electric particles to seperate, the recombine at a certian point around him, creating lightning. When using this ability, surges of electricity surge through Raiden's body because of the high amount of electric energy he stores inside of his body for this technique, giving him and intimidating appearance. This technique burns away at his reietsu at a rapid rate, so can only be used for a short amount of time. The power of the lightning can kill a normal human or weak leveled spiritual being instantly, but only stun or injure a medium to high ranked spiritual being. The electricity built up his body si just as deadly to an opponent when they come into physical contact with him. The electric charge leaves after the technique ends, which lasts about 1 to 2 minutes, and then cannot be used an hour.Skill Level: Special Items: Intermediate

History/Background:
Raiden was orignally born Jack Sears, to an American father and a half Japanese, half British mother. He was raised in Karakura town by his parents until the age of four. During his childhood he displayed the ability to see and talk to spirits, something that alarmed his parents, who thought it was just his imaginiation at first, but late believed it to be a mental illness. So during his life, he attented many therapy sessions. But he continued to see and even befriend spirits he saw. He was also aware of the shinigami and hollows that appeared as well, though he never was aware of their purpose.RP Sample:
Around the same time, the Goverment was launching it's S3 project. A project meant to design and create super soldier to combat hollows and shinigami alike, which were scene as a major distrubance. They had experienced many failures, but eventually deducted that a human that possesed a vast pool of spriritual energy would be necesary. After monitering many outlets of information and researching several individuals, they pinpointed Jack as a possible candidate for the research experiments. In order to obtain the four year old child, the research team would have to get their hands dirty. One night, a group of hired assassins murdered Jack's parents and kidnapped the child, and burnt the house to the ground. The media reported the incident as an accident.
After Jack was kidnapped, he was placed in a goverment facility and his body was severely altered. His arms and legs were severed from his body and replaced with cybertronic limbs. His spine was removed as well, and replaced with a cybertronic core vertebrae. Many of his organs were replaced with artificial ones, and his bones were enforced with a durable and flexible alloy. In the end, Jack had become more machine than human. Jack's memories were erased and he was given faint false memories of his parents being killed in the crossfire between shinigami and hollows. His personality was changed to meet the needs of his new "masters" and his new purpose. The new name given to him was Raiden.
For the rest of his childhood, Raiden was trained to be a weapon, and nothing else. He was taught Martial Arts, Kendo, Stealth Techniques, Shooting, Marksmanship, battle and war tactics and strategies, as wel as Math, Science, and advanced skills in technology. After various training regiments and simulations, Raiden was eventually sent out into the feild, to hunt for and eliminate all hollows and shinigami that enter the human world. He has killed many Shinigami and Hollows and remains the Goverment's trump card against all spritual threats. He serves as a proto-type for future super-soldiers.
Raiden stared out over the city from his room in the 60 story building he resided in. He comfortable without all the heavy attachments to his combat suit almost looked like a normal human on the surface. But inside, he was still mostly a machine. A deafening roar sounded from outside, rattling the glass and causing the lights to flicker. Raiden stood up immediatly, already knowing what whas happening. He reached for his exoskeletal attachments and equipped them to his suit. They synched in with the suit and with the machinery of his body within a couble of seconds. Suited up and looking more like the cyborg he really way, Raiden opened the window and climbed out, ready to deal with yet another hollow, and perhaps some shinigami who came to fight it.
