With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.
There was a quick flash of light, signaling the opening of a senkai gate and out stepped three figures. One was a lovely young woman dressed in an obviously expensive pink kimono carrying a red bamboo parasol to shield her from the sun. Everything about her appearance screamed nobility. Her hair was pulled back in a red silk ribbon, allowing a few strands to hang loose in front. To finish the look off, she wore a red blossom behind her ear and a gold haircomb. Her name was Kyoko, 'princess' of the Natsume house and this would be her first visit to the real world. Accompanying her, were her two guards Junichi and Kenichi who never left her side.
As the trio strolled along the paved sidewalks of Karakura, one of the guards, Kenichi decided to speak up. "Are you sure using the Natsume family Senkai Gate is a good idea, Kyoko-sama?"
"It'll be fine, Kenichi-san." Kyoko paused in her steps to flash him a faint but reassuring smile. "You worry too much. Besides, what Father doesn't know won't hurt him now will it?" She took off walking again, determined to enjoy this day. Even if her father did happen to learn of this trip to Karakura, he wouldn't be able to be too angry about it. Afterall, at least she was taking some precautions and allowing Kenichi and Junichi to travel with her.
"I still have a bad feeling about this, Kyoko-sama. Our spiritual pressure might attract an unwanted visitor..."
Kyoko simply rolled her eyes in response to Kenichi's concerns. He was always such a worry wart!
Maria was walking through the town on her way to the store to get some food for the week. She was tired today and not in a good mood. She was woke up by the neighbors cat prowling around the apartment complex attacking anything that smelled like food. She tried to talk to the owners but they denied ever letting the cat out. She let out a sigh "Stupid cat ruining my morning." Maria walked into the shop and bought her groceries; 7.5 liters of milk, 1 dozen eggs, 1kg of Ham, 2 tuna, 1 jar of mayo, 10 oz relish, 2 loafs of bread, and a chocolate bar. She walked out of the store, arms loaded with groceries. She was walking home when she noticed something. She turned and saw a group walking the other way. They were overly dressed and she guessed they were from SS. "you know you aren't very subtle, bright clothes and zanpaktos don't fit around here. I also can sense your reiatsu from a ways off."

Short black strands were combed nicely, as they always were, framing her face beautifully, with that single strand that always seemed to fall between her eyes, arching slightly to her left. Violet hues with a hint of dark blue swirled in the iris' glanced about wild mild curiosity. The woman had a soft, pale complexion, and seemed rather short for her age in comparison to the crowd she was currently walking through in order to cross the street. It appeared as though the sunflower dressed girl was playing some sort of game on her cell phone, as she pressed various buttons while the screen flashed a variety of colors. In reality, it was simply Rukia Kuchiki, fellow Shinigami of Karakura Town, making certain that the current district she was in was free of Hollows.
Satisfied with her current results, she flipped the phone back and returned to her current reason for being in the district. Still, something caught her senses; like a cat sniffing out the scent of another not too far off. Her head cocked to the right, noticing a group of people down the street. Curious, she began walking in that direction and took notice of a young woman who seemed to be speaking to the source of the familiar reiatsu.
"Kyoko-dono," Rukia voiced her surprise as she spotted the familiar lady of nobility. Being of a noble family herself, Rukia was familiar with most of the noble houses in Seireitei. It wasn't normal to see such noble members walking freely around in the human world, so she couldn't help but to wonder what the woman's intentions were.

What should have been a seemingly pleasant journey to the living world was starting to be well...unpleasant. In a matter of minutes strange woman had unexpectedly stumbled upon the travelers, proceeding to lecture Kyoko about her choice of attire and the likes. This woman clearly wasn't a shinigami nor was she a normal human so how was it she was able to see them?
Ah, and now none other than Kuchiki Rukia had arrived on the scene. Now that was someone Kyoko truly envied. She was a noble yet she was able to maintain some semblence of freedom. Kyoko was just about to respond to them both but before she could, both Junichi and Kenichi stepped in front of her taking on a defensive stance. Kyoko resisted the urge to sigh. These two were just as overprotective as her father, never giving her room to breathe!
"Hold your tongue woman," Kenichi replied gruffily to the lady holding bags, his hand resting on the hilt of his zampakuto. Junichi just stood there watching silently as he normally did. "No one speaks to Kyoko-sama in such a manner!"
"It's fine Kenichi-san, Junichi-san." She raised her hand, signaling for the two to back down. They reluctantly obeyed, bowing their heads in apology and taking their place behind Kyoko. "I don't believe she means us any harm." She then turned her attention to the petite Shinigami, who was just a few inches shorter than herself. "Hello Rukia-san. It's nice to see you."
Maria moved her hand to her gun ready to draw if any dared pull their sword. "Now hold on boys I have no intention of harming the girl. In fact i was trying to help, anyone who was trying to hurt her would have had an easier time." When they backed off she lowered her hand. Maria noticed the shinigami who approached. She was small and looked weak, the air however said otherwise. "Good evening i was just talking to this group, no harm done. Anyway may i ask where you are heading to?" She didnt care where they were going, but with the way they are already attracting attention it might be a good idea to know where in case something did happen.

>>"Hello Rukia-san. It's nice to see you."<<
"H-hai," Rukia blinked, still a bit shocked to find such nobility walking freely in the streets of Karakura town. "Um... if you don't mind me asking..."
>>"Good evening i was just talking to this group, no harm done. Anyway may i ask where you are heading to?"<<
"Just up the block, to a few stores," Rukia blinked a bit to the other girl. There was a strange sense coming from the girl, and it was obvious that due to the fact that she could see the other three, she could see spirits. That alone was enough for Rukia to surmise that the woman understood what it was she was seeing. "Kyoko-dono; if you don't mind me asking, what are you doing here, in Karakura town?"
"Well..." Kyoko trailed off, pausing to look at Kenichi and Junichi who couldn't seem to tear their gaze from the other woman. Perhaps they were right to be leery of her, one who could see spirits yet wasn't a Shinigami. Only time would tell what this woman's true motives were. "We're here for a visit, that's all." Wanting to appear somewhat sociable, she smiled slightly at Rukia. "I've never been to the living world before."
For a fleeting moment, a flicker of sadness could be seen in Kyoko's eyes. Truth be told, Kyoko was seldom allowed outside the walls of her estate so this secret visit was truly a treat for her. She quickly looked away and watched the humans hustling and bustling about. Children laughing and playing...couples strolling the streets hand in hand without a care in the world. So this is what it's like to be free?
"So you've never been huh." Maria thought for a moment then pulled out her chocolate bar. "here try this, you will like it" She tossed the bar over to the girl in the pink dress. Maria saw a look in the girls face, one that often was on her own face. She walked off down a few steps then stopped and laughed. Well I have nothing else planned. "hey wait up for a moment will ya." Maria ran down the block and turned into the last complex entrance. three minutes passed and she returned. She stopped and reached into her purse and pulled out a map and pen. "Okay assuming your bodyguards don't mind I have some things to show you." Maria smiled, she hadn't smiled in a long time.

It truly was a rarity to see such noble blood walking around in the world of humans. But, then again, Rukia had seen it before. She herself was considered noble, though through adoption by Nii-sama. With a soft motion of her hand, a single strand was brushed from her field of view, falling familiarly and rather perfectly, between her eyes. The woman whom she still had yet to properly introduce herself to suddenly ran off and returned with a map of the town, and a pen. She seemed to be filled with excitement, so much so, that Rukia too felt a bit energetic.
"I'm sorry, but I haven't properly introduced myself," the dark haired Shinigami stated after the group began to head wherever the woman planned to take them. "My name is Rukia Kuchiki; it's a pleasure to meet you."
"Thank you..." Kyoko stared blankly at the rectangular item in her hand, not entirely sure what to do with it. Before she could ask, the woman excused herself and ran down the street.
"Careful, Kyoko-sama," Kenichi walked up behind her and bent down to whisper into the petite noble's ear. "It could be dangerous."
"Hai, Kenichi-san," Kyoko answered in her usual, soft melodic tone, tucking the item away in her obi. She glanced at Junichi who appeared to be content just staring up at the sky, watching the birds.
Finally the woman returned, pulling out some parchment and another strange item that Kyoko had never seen before. She smiled slightly as Rukia introduced herself, it was really nice to have at least one familiar face here. "Kyoko Natsume," Following Rukia's lead, she bowed politely to the woman. "This is Kenichi," She nodded her head in Kenichi's direction. He was rather tall and muscular with bushy eyebrows, his long raven hair was pulled up into a high ponytail. "And Junichi." Now she nodded at Junichi, the quiet one. Junichi was slightly shorter than Kenichi, and significantly younger; closer to Kyoko's age. His spikey blonde hair was a complete mess, not at all reflecting his calm and silent personality.
