*Nods* Okay. So I went through and specified in Raiasobi, Arashi Souzousha, stating that Kuroda can use his opponent's wind attack to fuel his own attack, but that it takes 9 percent of his energy to do so, rather than three percent to create the lightning himself.
On Hihei, Arashi Souzousha I specified that he cannot use an opponent's wind attack to make his shields. I also made clear that even if three shields merge into one, they will still be counted as three by the zanpakuto itself and prevent Kuroda from creating more. I also upped the limit from three every five posts, to three every seven posts.
I eliminated Boufuuhan.
Lastly I went and spell checked. THe button on the edit mode didn't work so I read through it.

Raiasobi, Arashi Souzousha: You word it like he can absorb any wid attack for a universal energy cost, and completely negate them. How many attacks can be absorb?
Can he store multiple charges? How often can he charge his sword?

Specified that he can absorb a wind attack of his rank or lower, but must use the same amount of spiritual energy as the attack plus another three percent. Also added that he can absorb a maximum of two wind attacks per thread. He can hold only a single charge within his sword of Raiasobi, Arashi Sozousha, two charges of Hihei, Arashi Sozousha, and I also added an alteration of Raiasobi, Arashi Sozousha, which is twice as fast, but half as strong.

No, he cannot negate a wind attack like that. He could in theory be immune to wind based attacks vs people his tier or lower, and that is bullshit, frankly.
Space between the sections of the powers descriptions.

Alright, I made it so that the air has to be unaltered by spiritual energy, so I can't use an opponent's wind attack to fuel any of my own.

Alright, this application has been up since March 7th, and while I understand there was a hefty wait placed due to a bump, that's still a LOT of time to get the application fixed. While there are understandable circumstances where editing may require more time or real life issues may come to take control over one's online time, and we've certainly complied with such situations, I must place a limitation on this.
If this application does not meet the required standards by the moderating staff that has been reviewing this application by JULY 1, 2011, then this application will be moved to the DENIED section. Firstly, one month is PLENTY of time to get an application to meet the standards required of this board. As such, I feel I'm being very lenient in giving such an extension.
Kuroda; you have until the start of July to get this application up to standards, otherwise, it will be archived.

Alrightie
hell fucking no. You're not ignoring an attack from someone more powerful to take a lot less damage.
You mention that he can have 2 charges of air to make shields with. How many charges can he have to make with Raiasobi, Arashi Souzousha and Hayai Raiasobi, Arashi Souzousha?
And if he can have multiple air charges for those two attacks can he fire them in rapid succession, or use one, then the other?
I need some elaboration on the charges for his lightning attacks.

-Hayai Raiasobi, Arashi Souzousha Charge Rules
-Raiasobi, Arashi Souzousha
Both of these were in the description before this round of editing.
Changed the consequences of Hihei Arashi Souousha when it is broken by high level attacks.

Right, sorry, then. I have no idea why I missed that.
As for the shield, that's still unacceptable. You cannot negate a higher tier's attack regardless of what happens when you do. It's as simple as that. I don't know your motives, but your motives are irrelevant, frankly.

Gotcha gotcha, edited to where the shield dissolves it hit by a higher attack, and that the attack goes through it.
