where does it say debilitating? All it says is a mild paralytic agent that causes a hallucinogenic vertigo reaction to the bloodstream. And it doesn't really poison, just causes partial paralysis and a slight vertigo to the motor and opticalfunctions.

de·bil·i·tateverb /diˈbiliˌtât/ /dç-/ debilitated, past participle; debilitated, past tense; debilitates, 3rd person singular present; debilitating, present participle
1.Make (someone) weak and infirm - a weakness that debilitates him despite his overwhelming physical might - a debilitated patient
2.Hinder, delay, or weaken - hard drugs destroy families and debilitate communities
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That's my word (also an understatement) for paralyzing, causing vertigo, and hallucinations all in ONE FUCKING HIT, no questions asked, no real defense against it aside from not geting hit (and no good Rper would let their character know about this ability without experience, so it's practically a guarenteed surprise) and practically being forced to lose the battle because of ONE GODDAMNED HIT that caused them to lose control of not only their senses, but lose the ability to move an area of their body which could be used to absurdly diabolical means.
If the poison were to hit the face, then it might cause impairment in eyesight, or the inability to summon abilities that require speaking. If it were to hit the chest, wouldn't it affect the heart? What if it hits the neck? Does that mean that the spine is affected?
How long does this poison last anyhow? You sure as hell don't say. 'm wondering id you even considered it.
How many times can he use this ability again? You sure as hell don't say. I can only assume as much as he fucking wants! So Paralyzation, and vertigo sets in, thus they can't dodge the next use as well, then heaven help the poor fuck if these affects stack. Paralyzed in a diffirent area/LIMB, with more vertigo/hallucinogen, then HIT AGAIN, wash rinse repeat. Can you tell me how in the hell this is fair to the person fighting your character?
Oh? you're not going to spam this ability in a fight? HOW THE FUCK AM I TO KNOW THIS!! You offer no assurance, and I know better than to take people at their word because it'll often bite the board in general in the ass later. Hell, one dose of this poison is too much to allow.
This is why we require details. It not only kaboshes any notion that we feel this power will be abused, but it keeps the goddamned morons from pointing at this ability and saying "Well he has no limitations on it's use!" and arguing. Nevermind nearly copying, or outright copying this power, and stuff.
See, when the staff says something is unacceptable, as I said for the poison, we fucking well mean it.
Poison is a complex thing. You make no effort to cover the bases with it, just throwing out a poison that can practically guarentee your character wins.

alright i'm just getting rid of Serqet's Plague to make it easier on both of us, cuz ireally don't want to have to keep modifying it; also, Viper's Curse and the Cero Lavanda should be enough. Hopefully...

Well, there's one last problem left I pointed out LONG AGO that you've ignored, and that's the coding errors. All that stuff in brackets that you can see once the post is made? Get rid of those so your app looks neater?
I.E.
