Made the changes in the shikai abilities and history. Hope that that's ok.

hebi no ha: How big is the whirlpool of water over the guard? Does it have any special properties?
The damages are just too much. Dislocating joints on a hit, breaking bones isntantly, and such. The quicker a power ends a fight, the less we like it here, in general. This isn't a very fight oriented board, and a dramtic, character building battle is good as opposed to ending the fight as fast as possible.

Modified the damage output considering the tiers. Sorry, but it was hard to think of what damage a stab might cause, seems I misjudged the power levels.
Description of the attack is also altered.
