Ok, like this(?):
The feathers are pushed out, already infused with Adan's reiatsu, which soaks into the fibers of the feathers upon shedding them. When it touches someone, it soaks through their skin and the reiatsu acts like a kind of virus and takes effect.
He can only use it twice because his feathers only grow back with reiatsu in them twice.
Shedding his feathers he can still do. (Gonna add that onto the app to avoid confusion...)
(This way Adan gets to be all, "MUWAHAHA! I can still use this!" just to see if someone gets freaked out cause of it. Cause really, he could still be lying about having that ability ready to use. XD)
I just realized something: ... I think this would only work if it touched someone's skin. The reason being: ... Yeeeeeeah, not gonna soak through their clothes.
O.O Hopefully he won't be fighting the Omnitskido dudes?
