A gate, a barrier, a wall between the many Rukongai districts and the Seireitei itself stood there, still. Silence consumed the air. Only a small wind could be heard brushing against grass, flowers, and trees of the Seireitei. Feet from the wall, under a tree barren of leaves, lie a sleeping cat. Its well kept short black fur blowing slightly along with its surroundings.
Within a moments notice two butterflies dancing in the wind fluttered by, one landing on the cat. Its green piercing eyes opened yet no movement was made. Instinctively the cat leaped forward, casting the butterfly off, then rested again on its back two legs with tail swishing. Analyzing the surrounding area, the cat lay back down.
"Where could she be..." the cat spoke under her breathe ... "Its not like her to be late"

Soifon approached the meeting spot looking a bit more made up than usual. A bit more colorful. She actually wore makeup. Not a lot, but enough to be noticed.
Of course she did not know why she were actually called here, but she knew it was Yoruichi-sama that sent the message, so she wanted to make an attempt at, well, getting her attention.
"Yoruichi-sama?" she said as she looked around looking far less stoic than normal what with the lack of people around.
Of course, she hoped she would find Yourichi not in cat form, but her glorious, noble, beautiful human form, but her former mistress was rather enigmatic, and chaotic.

"Ahhh...there she is..." the cat stood on its hind legs.
The cat was Yoruichi Shihōin, ex-captain of the Second Division and of the Stealth Force. She had called her ex-pupil Soifon to the gates to inform her of some rather shady happenings going about.
Yoruichi reared back down and stood on all four. She scrunched her cat nose once before running full speed at the unaware Soifon. She glided along the grassy path, bound after bound nearing her targert. How will she take this...Will she follow me... Yoruichi began to think to herself as she was only feet from Soifon.
She brushed her tail against Soifon's legs with the utmost admiration and affection before turning her green blazing cat eyes toward her.
"It's great to see you Soifon. Won't you join me in the under the tree? We have much to discuss."

Soifon blushed a bit as Yoruichi rubbed against her leg a bit, which was not common.
"Y-Yes, Yoruichi-sama," Soifon stammered out as she showed the rare, softer side of her personality.
She walked over with Yoruichi-sama with intense curiosity over the intentions of the meeting.
She slowly sat down, cross-legged under the tree and waited for Yoruichi to speak more.
She couldn't help but be a little tense as her pulse was up, and memories, and feelings of joy welled inside as was common with her being near her former mistress. It was if she had secret desires that she kept in her heart.

Going to the tree, Yoruichi sat on her back legs once again across from Soifon. Yoruichi stared at Soifon for a second.
Can I ask her...should I ask her.. she began to think as she attempted to gain eye contact with Soifon.
A moment passed with silence. The wind was still blowing and Yoruichi could not pull her eyes off her former pupil.
"Its peaceful..." Yoruichi lowered her head, ears twitching.
"I'm sure your aware of the increasing Hollow activity," raising her head back to Soifon, "I'm going to cut straight to the chase, I need to assemble a team and get into the Hueco Mundo. Will you accompany me?"
An insane and almost suicidal statement. Yoruichi had an idea on what was taking place and she knew that there was no other choice. The Shinigami and the world could not allow the Hollows to be the first to strike and Yoruichi knew that the only thing option was to attack first and disrupt the operations taking place.
Yoruichi remained sitting in the shade of the tree motionless, only thinking. Wishing. Hoping. Praying her pupil will understand that she had her reasons to do so.

Soifon listened to Yoruichi as she made the bold offer, "To what end?"
If it were 100 years ago the answer would have been a simple yes, but Soifon had responsibilities to Unohana, and the Gotei 13, and her own squads. A suicidal mission for unknown gains wouldn't be prudent.
She knew Yoruichi had good reason for bringing it up, but they needed to be made clear.
"And who else is going?" she asked as if she needed to know.
Inside, she was greatly bothered that Yoruichi was going to put herself in danger like this. She did not know what would happen without her.

To what end...that was the question. A tough question..yet she was confident in her reply.
"I will not let you die you you do attend Soifon..." Well aware of Soifon's current position as a captain to the Gotei 13, Yoruichi knew she had to explain her plan.
"I will not let anyone die. To what end you ask? However far we can go without crossing our limits." Her cat ears once again began to twitch causing her to lower her head.
Yoruichi's insides began to swirl with emotions, almost as if she needed Soifon to be able to accomplish this grand task. Yoruichi's tail began to worm around once again as she was becoming slightly nervous to what was going to happen.
Lowering her voice slightly, There will be no Gotei 13 if the Hollows and Arrancars attack first. As for who will be going...that is another reason why I come to you."
Soifon....please see my reason...right now it may not be apparent but it shall be Yoruichi thought
Lowering once again but to a bowing position, now refusing to make eye contact, Yoruichi muttered "Please follow me..."
Yoruichi then closed her eyes eyes awaited her ex pupils answer...

"It's not me that I worry over, Yoruichi-sama," Soifon said softly.
"I'll go with you, Yoruichi-sama, to hell, o Hueco Mundo, and back," she added calmly even though she saw no gain in this plan.
"When do we leave?" she asked her last major question as she hoped that the Seireitei would hold up without her presence during the trip.

Excitement over came Yoruichi and her tail wagged more than ever. Now she believed her plan could be complete. Yet when Soifon asked when they leave, Yoruichi almost crumbled.
"We leave....when we find the appropriate team.." Yoruichi spoke wisely
"This task is to not be taken lightly...we need everyone we can get...yet we need to keep our presence masked" Yoruichi began to ponder if Soifon even believed in what she was doing.
"Soifon...believe me when I say...if we are sucessful, peace will be furthered in not only the land of the living, but all the Seireitei."
Yoruichi's whiskers began fluttering with the breeze as it picked up once again
"Soifon, do you know of anyone who will follow us?"

Soifon nodded as she got her reply, then replied to Yoruichi's question, "I don't know of anyone I'd trust to such a reckless plan."
Soifon never was the social sort, so it shouldn't come a s a surprise.
She could certainly order her quad to go, but that would be wrong on her part, and she knew it.
The serious nature of the meeting had Soifon put aside her more intimate feelings for Yoruichi some how or another as she watched her mentor.
