With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.
So tell me something Yuki, how do you like your division and your captain, from what iv seen off you your doing a good job, but do you have any regrets throw something you would rather forget or something you dident do that you regret
''I don't care about the division I'm placed in as long as I can serve the Gotei 13. Soifon-taichou is very strick, however I don't care about that either´because I'm definaylu not a loud mouth. I haven't any regrets about the division I joined or the things I've been doing there. I also don't have regrets about things I should've or could've done.'' Her blue eyes glared at Hitsugaya as her speech came to a hault. Once again she started, '' How is it like to be a captain?'' She asked. If Soifon were ever to be placed into the situation where she wasn't able to carry out the duties of a captain, or she was ot be promoted, Yukino would become the new Taichou of the second division and Leader of the Omni. Yukino hadn't the best leadership skills, and didn't tolerate any nonsense, so maybe she wouldn't be fit to be a captain.
Depending on Hitsugaya's answer, when the time comes, Yukino may or may not become captain and she'd let Sayuri, or someone else who is worthy of the title become one.
Hitsugaya listened closely to what Yuki was asking him, he didn’t expect her to ask something like that but he smiles at her and begins to speak saying. “Being a captain is well hard you have tons of information you need to learn and remember plus you have to run your Division, in my honest option Yukino you would make a fine stand-in for Fon if anything was to happen to her, but I would say you need more Experience then what you have now, is all well good being a captain but you have to have the favour of your division as if one of them fails in their tasks you will get punished not them.
But all you need is Experience once you have that and I can see you have what it takes to be a captain, if anything was to happen you may get my vote, but just read up and study is all you can do, *he goes back to drinking is Water*
What Hitsugaya had just said hadn't convinced Yukino of becoming possible coming a captain at all. She thaught that being a vice captain was enough, but sounding like being a captain was alot worse. Paperwork, training, middiond, leading. If Yukino were to ever become the captain of any division the work she had been doing now, which was alot, would by doubled, or even tripeled.
Yukino was still young though, she did infact have alot to learn, she was willing to learn it, but wasn't willing to use thoose skills as a captain. ''Looks like im not going to become a captain.'' Yukino said attempting to make a joke.
Hitsugaya smiles a small bit as yuki made the joke is not like him to find it funny but something about Yuki makes him lose he is as she was speaking to him he looks back to her and says.
“Yuki don’t ever say that so you’re not ready to be a captain yet, is understandable that you don’t think you’re ready, but im willing to guide you if you want to accept it, I see that you have the makings of a captain, I found it hard at first but I had a good teacher the last commander general, and i believe is time to start training a new bunch.
As over the last few fights we been in we have lost many captains and many fine vice captains and seated members, and without captains the divisions would die, my Vice captain is a pain at times but she know what’s at stake, so she tries her best, so yuki don’t let anyone tell you that you aren’t ready with my help ill guilde you.
Hitsugaya told her that he was willing to teach her the ropes of becoming a Captain. Abalaitiy wise she is pretty good. So good that she had mastered her bankai. She may be good with her zanpakuto but she lacked leadership skills and such. Yukino hadn't the intrest to becoming a captain but she was willy to learn from Hitsugaya.
Yukino nodded at Hitsu, approving his offer and then sipped some water. The silence was starting to kick in.
Hitsugaya looks to yuki as she is drinking her water, he then goes back to drinking his before saying. “ That it yuki the first lesson is don’t be so silent you need to learn to talk more, if you keep silent how are your squad going to follow your orders, ok I know you talk when you’re on a mission but sometimes they’re going to be moments like this, where you be in one on one talks, so that’s the first lesson to get you talking more
Yukino looked at Hitsugaya in a puzzeled manner, '' Im not quite.'' She said confused and pointing to herself. Yukino was really quite, she however, never noticed it because she couldn't care less. Only in places where she needed to talk she did, otherwise she communicated using her hands, or simply giving a nod. Soifon-taichou isn't exactly a loud mouth either, neither is Byakuya, but they seemed to be runinng there division just fine.
Hitsugaya look to yuki and begins to speak saying. “That’s not the point everyone runs there divisions as they want to, take me all my division must have their paper work up-to-date and my vice captain may be a pain but at the end of the day, she knows what her duties is and she has the respect off the members of 10th. And as for Captain Fon, she is Special Forces if they talked all the time why would they be Special forces there meant to be seen not herd, and as for Captain Byakuya he is of royal blood so he doesn’t have to speak as his division respect him for who he is so ever captain runs there division how they like it to be, and the hardest part is getting the loytie of your men
What Hitsugaya said was true, however loyalty was only one of the many things you need to run a proper division. When you take the captains test then the captains and the captain commander obviously think that he or she is worthy of the position given to them. Yukino was quite for a reason, she tries to analyzes things and them use them as a tatical advantage. She usually sinks when she is enganged in a social event, however her duty as a shinigami isn't to be the in the ``in´´ crowd. Yukino speaks when she needs to, and when she doesn'tshe keeps quite.
Either way, she will use some sort of communication, talking just isn't her thing. Yukino was already the Fukataichou of the Nibantai, so obviously the people of the 2nd division and the Omni had some sort of respect for her. Gaining the trust for the people of the 2nd division wouldn't really be hard, and if Soifon were to die, or be placed into a situations where she isn't be able to preforum the duties or live up to the standards of a Taichou [Jizô forbid] the Yukino would most likely become the new Captain, and the Divsion members would most likely not have a problem with it
Yukino took in the information Hitsugaya-Taichou gave and then spoke. '' I'm already the Fukataichou of the 2nd division, gaining the trust of my comrades wouldn't be too hard, considering the fact that I have been the fukataichou for years now, and they've seem my abalities.'' Yukino said, looking down at the cup. It seemed to be that she was all out of water. Placing some spiritual energy into her palm, Yukino grabbed the cup, in a matter of seconds Ice began to appear inside of it. Today was a hot day, and the place didn't have an air conditioner so the Ice would melt very soon.
