Ikkaku blushed at the statement. Most likely more than Aoide. He was unsure. He had a thin feignt red line of blush covering his upper cheeks, almost under his eyes. He looked up to the ceiling and a bit to the left. His face overall looked embarrassed. He didn't fell any "hotter." At least he broguht a smile to her face even if it did cost him some self respect. He didn't look at her still embarassed. He rubbed the bakc of his head with his right hand. He noticed the light reflecting off his head. His embarrased face turned into one of annoyance. He looked at the light and his eyebrows furrowed as his mouth became a straight line. He mumbled something and then looked back at Aoide. He grinned, grabbing his chin. He struck a fighting pose. He wouldn't mind getting used to fighting in these clothes. He would look good and fight at the same time. Somewhat like Yumichika, he supposed. He would have to get used to this though. The loose shirt and tight jeans. He wondered if there would be something that fit him better. He didn't understand what was so appealing about. Somehow, it made Ikkaku more self confident of himself and in a way made him more eager to fight. He grinned a wide, face splitting grin.
"Don't you wanna try some clothes on?" Ikkaku asked unbuttoning the top few buttons of his shirt. Maybe this wouldn't be such a drag after all. Now, Aodie could use a turn.

Aoide smacked her forehead, with a lone shirt and pair of pants she had created a posing monster. She could help but look through her fingers and take another look at Ikkaku, memorizing how he looked before she laughed and shook her head. "Baka, you get a few new clothes and you suddenly turn into Yumichika!" she commented pushing herself up from the bench. Right in time to see Ikkaku begin to unbutton a few buttons on the shirt. She tried not to look, she didn't want to look right? Lean, toned, muscles, Aoide looked away her cheeks flushed. She was getting as bad as her Vice Captain. Granted, wasn't the first time she saw him with his shirt off, seeing as when they had first fought against one another he had managed to loose most of his robes. But for some reason human clothes made everything different.
"Quit that!" Aoide yelled, shoving Ikkaku back into the dressing room before he took off his shirt entirely, Aoide wasn't sure what she would do if he had done that, "There are poor innocent girls out here that shouldn't have to view your, 'manly muscles,' Aoide said before escaping back into the store. She put her hands behind her head as she walked over to the female side of the shop and began browsing through the clothing. Oddly enough, she felt a little breathless as she searched through the clothing, this was actually fun. She was surprised, she wasn't expecting Ikkaku to actually enjoy going shopping with her. She had expected the complete opposite actually, for him to moan and complain the entire time.
Aoide picked out an outfit and went to the female dressing room. Shutting the door she unwrapped the ribbon around her waist and took off the kimono. She skin broke out into goosebumps, the material that her kimono had been heavy and hot. She then pulled a pretty red dress, with a ruffled skirt over her head before trying to reach behind her back for the zipper. She let out a sigh after struggling, "Ikka-chan, come help me with this zipper!" she said cracking the dressing room door and looking around for him. "Female human clothes are such fickle things."

Ikkaku felt helpless as Aoide rushed him back into the changing room. He was only going to unbutton the top few and there were not that many people around, he thought to himself. As she shoved him back in from where he had came, she had mentioned becoming Yumichika. His mind was clear. He forgot all that was going on. The store was gone and Ikkaku was suspended in a white abyss of nothingness. He fell and hit something on the ground. A bunch of rocks pierced into his back. Blood trickled down from his skin onto the rocks and eventually the floor. He was now in a wasteland. In an instant the white abyss became a battlefield. Spears, swords, and shields on the floor covered in dry blood. Corpses lay motionless as Ikkaku walked past them. Shinigami. They were fighting among themselves. A war described the scene better than a battle. As he walked, his feet brushed the bloody corpses. He looked at his hands which mysteriously held a spear. Houzukimaru to be exact. He heard his zanpakuto talk to him. His zanpakuto whispered in his ear to fight.
Ikkaku stared at nothing. He didn't see the battlefield. All he saw was one person. The corpses were gone and two men stood tall. One was a towering figure with a large torso. He held a long sword in his hands covered in more dry blood. The man's voice said that Ikkaku had missed the fight. The tall man was frowning. Bells rung. Death rung. It was Kenpachi his captain. Ikkaku's face held motionless. To the side of Kenpachi was another man. He held a sword on his shoulders. He spit to the left of him and made a slight sound of dissapointment. His hands were covered in dry blood and his face filled with dissapointment. Ikkaku took a step forward before he watched as Kenpachi raised his sword and slashed Ikkaku in the shoulder. An echo of Ikkaku's painful scream arose. Weak. Pathetic. Blood. Houzukimaru repeated the words into Ikkaku's ears. The sword went deepere and deeper. The blood sprayed onto Ikkaku's human clothes. He just realized he was still in those human clothes. Blood splattered on his chest. The sword continued to cut.
It felt as if Kenpachi was cutting his soul rather than his body. The man was frowning. Yumichika was looking away. The sword took an arc and went to the armpit. Kenpachi took one breathe before entirely cutting off Ikkaku's left arm. Ikkaku stopped. His arm fell to the ground. The blood formed into a puddle. Fresh blood among dry blood. Ikkaku closed his eyes ready for the death blow. Blood. A grin formed. It went from cheek to cheek and was gruesome. He opened his eyes wide. Wider then ever before. He reached for his zanpakuto. Taking it out like how he had the first time he had ever held it. Ikkaku raised it and blocked Kenpachi's next blow. He looked down. He was wearing his shinigami outfit. The force of the blow cheered his grin on. The swords clashed and sparks flew. Yumichika turned his head to the fight. Ikkaku pushed Kenpachi's blade and the two traded blows. Ikkaku had no left arm but it only sped him up. Everything went blank. The store lights shined into Ikkaku's eyes. He left the stall now in his shinigami gear.
Aoide called for help. Ikkaku went up to her and grabbed the zipper. He lifted it up also lifting her. With one hand Ikkaku lifted her by a mere zipper. The zipper zipped to the top as Ikkaku continued to lift her higher. He let her back down gentley. He sighed as he put his hands behind his head. He let go of his head with his left hand and put it on his sword. He was growing restless. There was nothing wrong with human clothes, but shopping had a weird effect on Ikkaku. He would prefer to leave as soon as possible. Yumichika is Yumichika. His hand gripped the sword hard. The hand still on his head dropped to his knee which he slowly itched. He gave a boring look. His eyes wandering away from any specific thing. His eyes roamed the store.
"I think we should go to the next store Aoide-chan," Ikkaku said trying not to look at the red stunning dress. He didn't need to go into posing, shopping, Ikkaku mode again. He must have caught it from Yumichika. Who knows.
