With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.
Rinpo reached the corner at full speed and had to skid to a stop before continuing round the next corner gaining speed once again. Today was probably going to be a very painful day but if he could get away it would be worth it...He looked down at the polaroid in his hand and grinned as he saw the naked matsumoto standing in it un-knowingly...until she saw the flash...
[orange] Daruba, im going to get out of this alive, right? [/orange]

Rinpo turned round another corner and what he saw infront of him was not good. He had reached a dead end, and if he was to jump up onto the rooftops he would be an open target...He had a problem...As he stood there he slowly heard the bouncing noises of matsumotos Bosom getting nearer and nearer.
It seemed to be that a peeping tom had spotted Matsumoto naked, and now her was trying to escape. Matsumoto saw the flash, and she knew what had happened, considering that it wasn't the first her time this had happened. Matsumoto's eyes were directed at the reitsu signiture along with the flash, bingo. She found him. Matsumoto was an expert at taking her clothes off, but she was also an expert at putting them back on. Obviously pissed, she grabbed her zanpakutou and started to chace the peeping tom.
Matsumoto was looking like a fool, her breast bouncing as she ran. She definatly was the center of attention, everyone was looking at her. "Get back here!" She yelled gripping her zanpakutou's grip. As the peeeping Tom turned, Matsumoto was pleased. She knew the shops inside and out, and where he had ran was a dead end. With a flash step Matsumoto caught up with him. "Give it to me." She said, pissed. Even if he did, Matsumoto would still release from fury.
She took out her zanpakutou and said it one more time "Give it to me.
Rinpo stood there staring at the solid wall infront of him trying to think of a way to escape when he heard a voice that sent a shiver down his spine.
"Give it to me."
Rinpo knew what matsumoto was like and knew that even if he returned the picture he was going to get a severe beating. THere HAD to be a way out of this. But what...
She had said it again and Rinpo knew his time was running desperately short and he touched his hand to the hilt of his scimitar.
[orange] "Clench! DARUBA!" [/orange]
There was a flash of light and when it cleared Rinpo could be seen diving through a hole in the wall that he had just make from the spike bomb on one of his knuckles. He had made some more time but he would not have long before she caught him again, and then he realised he would be caught with one less spike than normal to fight with...
The words escaped from her mouth as her zanpakutou started to scatter into thousands of smaller blades that looked like ash, giving it's name. Matsumoto was the Vice Captain, and even though she was a usually drunk party animal thoose pictures couldn't be seen by anyone, it'd put her at risk of her position. Despite the paperwork, Matsumoto liked the title of Fukataichou, it fit her. The exploding wall may have gotten the peeping tom out of a dead end, but it wouldn't get him out of trouble. The ash was flying at amazing speeds, Matsumoto flash stepped to keep up.
Now, she was with the peeping tom once again. Mentally, she controlled her ash so she would be able to attack him without knowing. Using her grip to controll the ash, a tornado started to form. If Matsumoto's Ash would get him then it'd be over. Even though she wouldn't kill him, she would leave him alone and humiliated. "I'm giving you one last chance. " Matsumoto said as the tornado grew larger, and made it's was to the peeping tom.

Rinpo looked round to see where Matsumoto was and what he saw instead made him worry. A very large swirling mass of ash that was going to get very painful very soon. He had no choice but to try and put her out of action, although he knew that was not going to go to well. He continued running forward but then he suddenly flashed stepped infront of the pursuing matsumoto and waved the picture in her face.
[orange] "Might i say my dear, you look very good, in well, nothing" [/orange]
Rinpo slipped the polaroid inbetween matsumotos breasts unknowing to her he had already sent a courier to make copies of the other one he had and grinned at her knowing he was about to get in a fight.
[orange] "I can only hope there is no hard feelings, it is just so difficuilt to ignore a woman of your beauty and build. So in a way, the existance of this picture could really be taken as a compliment to your appearance...hehe"[/orange]
Rinpo watched matsumoto carefully as a bead of sweat slid down the side of his face as he tried to calm her down, knowing he was probably making it worse.
[orange] "And of course...all the captains are eternally jealous of Hitsugaya Taichou for having you as his vice. So you must see that you entrance the entire male population of soul society and should learn to take events such as this as well, a compliment..."[/orange]
[OCC - You can't make a copy without the original xp ] This boy was being down right coky. In all honesty it disgusted her, and made her feel that her position as a Vice Captain was irrelevent. Matsumoto worked hard for the title, and she worked hard to keep it, so disrespect towards it would be demolished instantly. And if that disrespect comes in the form of a shinigami, then it will be demolished. Matsumoto grabbed the picture and attempted to kick him in the ribs, extremely hard. I was a direct hit then his ribs were to break, if it wasn't but it still came into contact with his skin then he would surely feel the pain. But if pain was the only way to teach a peeping tom a lesson, then all was fair and should be forgiven.
Matsumoto had the picture. The ball was on her court now. A couple of pieces of ash from the large tornado shreded the picture, getting rid of all evidence. However this fight would be a matter of pride, not the picture. On going shinigami would be caught in the middle of the action if they werent careful, however Matsumoto was like a celebrity. People knew her, her position, and her power and would be a fool to get in the way. She'd be sure not cause damage to any of the building however, the rest she wouldn't be held responsible for.
If Matsumoto were to win the battle, which she probably was then instead of living him in the middle of the street were on coming shinigami would trample him, Matsumoto would arrest him. She was the Vice Captain of a division in the Gotei 13, so she had every right to punish him in any sort of form of discipline. He would be charged for insulting a respected member of the Gotei, and resisting her commands. If Matsumoto were to say that she was going place him under arrest then "resisting arrest" could also be added to the list. All three combined and he'd be looking at a one to two month long sentence which definatly wouldn't be fun.
"Your under arrest." Matsumoto said with a tone of pleasure mixed with seriousness in her voice. The ash charged toward the peeping tom in a wave like fashion. Dodging is possible, but doesn't make any sense because the Ash would simply follow and then wear him out. "If you refuse, I'll forcefully bring you to the Gotei prison cells and kick your ass behind bars!" She said, with more pleasure and less seriousness in her voice. Matsumoto definatly wasn't the girl to mess with, especially when it came to naked pictures, and insulting her pride as a Vice Captain.
Rinpo watched Matsumoto closely and when her foot swung towards his ribs he hurriedly put a metal fist in the way to absorb the force of the attack. As he took the blow he cringed as he felt the pain in his hand even through the glove. Rinpo then turned to see a wave of ash coming for him and he began to shunpou whenever the ash came near him and spoke between each shunpou.
"your under arrest"
[orange] "How about...instead of arresting...me, you let me....take you for a drink...or twelve...sound good?"[/orange]
Rinpo looks at Matsumoto willingly while holding a large back of money in his hand.
[orange] "id much rather drink sake than be fed bread and water...pleeeeeease!"[/orange]
Matsumoto loved sake, and forgiveness. However, this perv was just digging his grave. Matsumoto obviously didn't want to drink sake and laugh it off with him. " Bakudo 1 - Restrain. " She said pointing two fingers at him. "If you resest, another charge shall be placed on you. Matsumoto said, now pissed after she had been insulted many times. The ash surronded the binded peeping tom.
Rinpo was restrained in the bakudo and watched as the ash surrounded him. He was done, he did not however like being restrained so he let out a slight burst of reiatsu to break out of the bakudo and stood there.
[orange] "That does NOT count as resistance!" [/orange] Rinpo re-sealed his shikai and sheathed his sword and waited to be taken away [orange] " let's go...[/orange]
"Yes it does!" Matsumoto shouted. Now she was just doing this for her own entertainment. She was known for making a scene, aqnd this was exactlly what she was doing. He broke out of a bakudo, when Matsumoto told him not to resist, he also used his shikai. Using shikai came be looked as a threat, and eevn though she new it wasn't one she'd just roll with the flow. Today was a Friday, it was her day off, and except from suducing men, she had nothing to do. So basically this peeping tom was her only source of entertainment. This fact was sad, considering she was letting her big breast go to waste.
Using her zanpakutous grip to controll the ashes movement, the thousands of blades started to circle around him. The rotating motion was starting to get faster, and faster. Soon the ash took the shape of a tornado and this unlucky peeping tom was in it.
