With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.
Heath had actually thought he had hit his target, however, he found it odd that she would be defeated so easily. As he watched her limp body tumble down the mountain side, he felt a sharp impact on his back and was knocked to his knees. He quickly stood up and looked frantically around for the source of the attack. There in front of him, Yukino stood, unscathed by his lighting blast. "How did you do that? An Illusion" Heath asked in a puzzled tone. His armour was definitely torn a bit open where she had hit, but not enough to reveal his skin. "This could be dangerous" heath thought to himself. "She is fast and can trick my eyes, not to mention she doesn't seem to have any second thoughts of killing me. And this was only supposed to be a friendly spar".
Since this woman could attack with speed and precision, that must mean that Heath had a lot of openings against her. He needed seal those openings if he was to survive this battle. Sure his armour helped, but she could probably find a way around that. Heath gripped his spear tightly and activated his passive defensive move. A large surge of electricity began circulating through his own body. This move was fairly new, so he could only hold for about 10 more minutes at most. Instead of announcing his ability like a fool, he waited for her to attack again and find out herself. If she mad contact with him or his spear, then she would find about 10,000 volts of electricity coursing through her body. In fact, metal conducts electricity so if her zanpaktou hit it, the same effect would occur.
Yukino stared at Heath as he seemed to be doing nothing, but that obviously isn't true. Mhm, did she go to far? Yukino always considered a "friendly spar" a battle to the death except with an option to forfit. For now Yukino would play it safe she'd use kido and only kido. Howeer if it doesn't effect him again, she'd strike. " Bakudo 61. Six Rods Prison of Light. " Six bright bars of light attacked Heat, if she managed to hit then she'd be able to hit him. " Hadou 54. Abolishing Flames! " Yukino whispered as buring hot purple spiritual energy lit all around and on Heath. This of course was if the bakudo would hit.
What Heath would do would be even more intresting. How would he be able to dodge the bakudo, let alone the the abolishing flames. She started to gasp for the spiritual energy it took to cast the illusion and the high rank kido exhausted her. Hopefully she'd have time to recover. This however was a fight so no matter how exhausted she was she needed to remain in a defensive stance or risk losing. And that was the one thing she hated the most.
Yukino gripped her zanpaktou and got into a horse stance, her zanpaktou blade faced Heath, what would be the next move? Only time could tell.

Heath was shocked at the sudden switch to kidou, and such high ranked kidou at that. Without time to think of what to do, he relied solely on impulsive reflex. He tightly gripped his spear at the very bottom and shoved it into the ground at a long angle. With a sudden burst of strength, he pushed forward, lifting himself high into the air, 6 and 1/2 feet, the entire length of his lance. As he was catapulted in the air, he activated his other defensive move. "Discharge!" he shouted, a spherical electric field blasted out from the center of his spear and expanded until it reached the purple flames of Yukino's hadou. He didn't see whether the electricity had actually canceled out the fire, because he couldn't keep his balance on his lance while in the air. An advanced martial artist would be able to maintain his position at the top of his staff, and balance in the air. Heath however, was a knight, and was not so good at such acrobatic moves. Heath fell of his zanpaktou and hit the ground hard and slid several meters. The pain wasn't so bad, considering the fact that being hit by the kidou would have been worse. "I hope she isn't able to pull that off again" Heath thought to himself. He struggled to get to his feet, his body was a bit sore.

Mhm, it seemed that she had been doing pretty well considering she hadn't even realesed yet. However, she was going to have to do it now, or never in order to finnish the fight. However she had now plans on using any of her techniques. "Shimiru, Setsugekka. " Yukino whispered, however the wind caused her voice to be carried away. Heath may have not heard the command, however he;d definatly feel the spiritual energy. And with that a blast of it escaped from her flimsy body. And then a change of appearence on her zanpaktou made. However it wasn't drastict like most. The handle turned blue, along with the pair of identical ribbons and bells.
Then everything once again turned peaceful. A a cold breeze would come by every so often, as Yukino's solemn face remained the same. She held her shikai at a slight tilt, waiting for Heath to make a move.
"Another Elemental type Zanpaktou?" he wondered to himself. "If it is, then the battle might play more along the lines of combatibility of our elements" Heath tore himself away from his thoughts, he had no time to sit and think about the battle at hand. Heath twirled his spear in the air and pointed directly torwards Yukino. Large amounts of electricity could be seen dancing across his lance and body before the powerful Lighting bolt was released. However, this time the bolt broke apart into six seperate bolts of lightning, making it harder fo Yukino to dodge this attack. At large amounts of debris thrown into the air by the impact rained down upon them, Heath moved in close quarters combat, preparing to attack his opponent directly while she was still recovering from the multi- lightning strike.
It seemed to be that Heath was intimidated when Yukino released her shikai, for he had activated yet another shikai move. This however seemed to be powerful. No worries though, she had the perfect plan. " Bakudo 58. Tenran " She whispered placing her zanpaktou back into its case while she preformed the kido. Both of her hands were pointed directly toward the lightning blots, and Heath. And with that, Yukino had fired a massive tornado-like shape of pure devasting winds. The bolts however did not turn back, they were simply weekend. Yukino didn't plan for this, so she flash stepped to dodge the on-coming attack. Her dodge was mostly a succses, however one bolt managed to get her. The power it had was reduced, along with the damage she took. However when the bolt struck her she let go of her zanpaktou, do to the rattling of her body. Yukino;s hair stood up, however this wasn't the main issue. Yukino had dropped her zanpaktou, which could be deadly in combat.
From her finger tips, Yukino shot a bit of sprit energy toward her zanpaktou, once the spirit energy hit the bells jingeled causing an illusion. However this time it was much heavier and hearder to get out of. Now that Heath was in it, in his eyes it would look like Yukino had managed to dodge the attack and then she fired hadou 33: Sokatsui (blue fire crash down) at him. When really, she had flashs stepped to get her zanpaktou back and the flash stepped back. As she was standing on a mountain top Yyukino started to activate a kido. " Bakudo 61. Rikujôkôrô ! " Yukino comanded as 6 bars of light headed towards him. When the bars of light hit Heath the illusion would stop. Yukino jumped onto the Bars of light. She pointed her zanpaktou at Heath neck.
A lot had happened in just a short period of time. One moment, Heath though he had managed to strike his opponent, but then she escaped relatively unscathed. He had rolled out of the way to dodge her hadou spell, only to find himself trapped in a Rikujokoro. Heath struggled to break out of the binding spell, but his efforts were useless. He looked weakly up to find that yukino had her zanpaktou pointed at his neck. It would appear that he had lost. "I'm finished then." he replied calmly to the woman who had defeated him. "I fought with honor, I have no regrets." His gray eyes remained still and calm as he admitted his defeat, despite the pain he was enduring. Heath closed his eyes and took a deep breath. Whether she would release him, or kill him on the spot, he awaited patiently. After all, there were always consequences in defeat. Heath knew this from the beginning.
Another battle she had one. Heath obiously served a purpose in the Gotei 13, afterall he got her to release. However if this wasn't the case then she would have killed Heath right on the spot. Yukino put her zanpaktou backk into it's case, jumped and flash stepped away. The bars of light faded into the air releasing Heath.
