Sasuke smiled "I like you your funny, but i have information I need to know so if you don't mind" with that Sasuke send a surge of energy down the vines the energy surged out the tips into Kai's flow of energy causing his entire body to spasm in pain, it would seem like each nerve ending was on fire for a second. Sasuke then placed his hand on Kai's shoulder sending a pinching pain down his back as a seed burrowed from Sasukes hand into Kai's skin just below surface. "Now the next time I'll just rip the information from your mind along with your sanity, Why did you come to earth today?"

Coughing up blood slightly, Kai can feel his inside burning for a second, then cooling down again. Begining to breathe heavy, slightly, with the tone of being serious he talks, "I was sent here to...," he regans his control on his breathing and going back to his joking tone, "I'm only here on patrol man. It was either that or go hollow hunting. Beside the two this one was easier and they won't even know if you're actually doing you job. Looking up and making eye contact with Sasukes he grins, "That's all. Hehe."
After several minutes later Kai can feel the seal breaking. Memories of his childhood life, he tried so hard to forget began flashing before him. All 24 of his friends who were like brothers and sisters to him slowly slipping away from him until the point where he was the only one left.
Cursing and telling him mind to block it out, he fails.

Sasuke grimaces annoyed by his lack of results surging energy down his arm he tries to force his way into Kai's mind, "I suppose you could say I am cruel, you'd probably be right, but the reality is life is cruel and only the cruel survive, and believe I have survived. So struggle, fight, and watch as I break away at every last ounce of your sanity, struggle and I will destroy every ounce of what you are, let me in and I shall leave you with your sanity and your life." Sasuke says coldly and calmly his demeanor revealing every last bit of the predator that he is. As Sasuke says this vines sprout out of his skin slowly wrapping around Kai squeezing him and crackling with a light electric energy that slowly raises in strength.

Roiben Tsuihou, captain of the 5th division, could sense trouble. He entered the world of the living checking on his division member on patrol. However, when he arrived, he knew things were far from how they should have been. He rushed over to his division member. He had to hurry. His reiatsu was slowly fading. Roiben arrived at the scene, and, although he was lazy, he knew when he needed to work.
"Hadou 90, Kurohitsugi!"
Roiben was professional in his kidou skills. He and Aizen, the most recent captains of the 5th division, were both known for their skills with kidou. His black coffin was aimed at Sasuke's vines. After he saved his comrade, he would finish off the menace.

Sasuke smiled he was almost there soon he would know if Soul Society had begun hunting him again, his memory flashing back to that female soul reaper who had promised him purpose and instead had thrown him in a cage. The final wall broke and Sasuke was just about to discover the information he needed when suddenly a black coffin surrounded his vines tearing them off Kai, Sasuke jumped back turning to face an opponent with power like nothing he had ever felt before. Sasuke felt a tremble from within him, something he hadn't felt in years... it was so familiar but so foreign at the same time... what was it. The realization hit Sasuke like a hammer what he was feeling this strange and unusual tingle it was fear. Sasuke spoke hoping to hide the fear that he never thought he'd feel again. "I knew it, Soul Society is hunting me again. Well screw you cause im not going into any cage you overpowered lunk"

Feeling the vines being separting from his body and the surge of electricity no longer flowing throughout his veins, Kai drop to both his knees. Unsure of what is happening, he vision quickly came back. He turns his head and looks up to see his captain standing before him. "Captain Tsuihou," he manages a weak cry, "what are you doing here?"
Slowly rising to his feet and shaking off the effects his eyes glares at Sasuke's. Rarly ever anger by anything, the actions this person had commited on him got his blood boiling. Making him remembering the past which he tried so hard to forget in the last few decades Kai grips the hilt of his Zanpakuto, but doesn't draw. "What do you mean by being cage?" He asks Sasuke.

Sasuke screams in rage flinging his hands out small red seeds fly towards the pair, he calls out "Bloom". Half the seeds burst into sticky nets of vines, the other half exploded with a burst of blinding light, Using the light and vines as a distraction Sasuke runs off diving into a nearby bush trying to hide every last drop of reiatsu. He calmed thinking things over, Ok, so a much more powerful prey has arrived he must be sneaky, but retreat or risk it, if he consumed the new shinigami his strength would surely boost to new levels but he could tell that he was incredibly strong just by looking at him... best thing to do is sit and watch wait for an opportunity escape or kill.

Light blinding him, as Kai's vision back back to him he looks around and sees that Sasuke has ran away. Turning his attention back to his captain, "Sorry bout that Captain." He says, "Kind of let my guard down there for a minute and that allowed him to capture my with his technique." Rubbing the areas around his body where the tentaces like vines use to be he releases a sigh and asks his captain, "so, should we pursuit him?"
