I don't know what the deal is with these 'sapping/bleeding' powers, but after discussing it with Administration, these types of powers fall under the category of controlling the actions of one's character, and is borderline Godmodding. Such powers, in accordance to the application produced, is furthermore denied. Please choose another ability.
