exactly there sseeing if your that strong, this topic isnt helping. The staff is seeing if your that strong, which means you ARENT that strong yet -by the way i read it* and just because your specialize in kido doesnt maen you can go around using lvl 60 bakudo like your some KIDO GOD, yukino specialezes in kido also so she knows alot about it ecspeciale when she has expierence in it.

Admin Note: I'd like to point out that in Shirio's application he chose that he was INTERMEDIATE in kido. This means that there is no possible way he could do high level spells without reciting the incantation. Even Rukia has to do incantations for the higher level ones and she's pretty adept at Kidou IMO. So let's keep the spamming of Shunpo and kido to a minimum, everyone has their limits.
