Overall
1. Shinigami are not allowed to refer to the second division as, "Ninja," nor the eleventh division as, "Pirates."
1a. Shinigami are not allowed to tell Zaraki-Taichou that the above is the case. We do not need a war between the two divisions.

2. Unleashing your bankai over something like, "the last slice of pizza," is not a valid excuse.
2a. Don't unleash your shikai either.
3. Shinigami are not allowed to feed Yachiru sugar. EVER.
4. Shinigami are not to introduce Yachiru to Kisuke Urahara.
4a. Since this has failed as of the Strike nonsense, Shinigami are no longer allowed to bribe Yachiru in any way, shape, or form. This means YOU, Kisuke.
4b. Shinigami are no longer allowed to mention anything that may contain sugar around Fusajishi-fukutaichou. To do so is treason.
5. Shinigami are not to return to Earth to haunt the living.
6 Using your zanpakuto as a razor is not proper conduct. Zanpakuto are for slaying hollow, not for slaying your beards, mustaches, and leg hair.
7. Kurotsuchi-Taichou, if you have to ask, the answer is no.
7a. The above has been repealed due to it discouraging Kurotsuchi-Taichou from asking for permission before dissecting random humans, shinigami, etc...

8a. No, Zaraki-Taichou, you may not go to Chicago to see the dinosaur exhibit, and you may not battle any of the dinosaurs.
8b. You may not ask Kurotsuchi-Taichou to resurrect said dinosaurs.
