With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.
((This thread is for the planning for Shinigami action.))
Why they had picks his division's quarters to meet, he didn't really know, but he didn't have time to think about the specifics. As one of the two captains involved in this... dilema, he had to think first... for once.
What they knew was this.
A party of six entered into the grounds of Hueco Mundo on a regular scouting mission. Somehow, they had been captured, and not killed. For what reason, Kenpachi could not think of, but they had been spared. They knew that since the beginning, six had gone in, how many were alive now and IF they were even alive they had no idea.
So it was really a game of chance in this resue mission. One that, they had already lost a lot of men in.
This was Hueco Mundo, and it had far too many unknowns about it. There was no way to tell how many forces they were up against and where the kidnapped Shinigami were even being held.
It was a nightmare.
Mainly a nightmare because Kenpachi Zaraki, being the man that he was, didn't want to save them at all. But though Soifon came off as an incredibly harsh and unfeeling captain, she cared about her subordinates.
Sighing, he pulled on his captain's haori and placed his Zanpaktou in his belt. They were going to have to be quick with this meeting. Afterall, their men were already out there fighting for their lives in this hellish nightmare and they needed to get out there to aid them as soon as possible.

The door to the room slid open briskly with the noise of scraping wood on wood, and revealed Soifon. She looked as stern as usual, and wore her pristine captain's uniform which looked even better next to Kenpachi's tattered rags.
How he managed to not need to replace them was beyond her... or maybe he did replace them, and they were just ruined instantly? She didn't care enough to ask.
She walked in ever silently, then stood by Kenpachi at a respectful range, no thanks, in part, to his BO.
Soifon looked up at the towering man, and asked the stupidest question ever... "Is there a plan?"
Asking Kenpachi for a plan more elaborate than go in, raise hell, fight, and kill was usually a calamity in the works. Still, despite his barbaric manner, he got the job done, and for that, he had her respect.
Honestly, she had next to no intel on the situation, and until she did, that barbaric plan was probably as goo as any at this point, but she always expected the unexpected. He might have a plan.
Ikkaku was already in the room. He had entered with Kenpachi and was seated to in the back. He layed back in his seat with his hands interlocked behind his head. They needed this plan to be devsied, told, and followed through with percision. It was more of a second division strategy rather than what the eleventh squad would do. It would have involved more sacrafice and slaughter. Ikkaku raised his eyes to the ceiling and thought of any ideas. He kept drawing blanks, other than the repeated idea to go out their and fight for the hell of it. This was a rescue mission not an invasion, he told himself. It seems Kenpachi decided to tag along and as his officer Ikkaku decided it would be wise to help him and the soul soceity in general. Yumichika was unable to make the meeting and possibley he would miss the whole plan.
Ikkaku watched as the second division captain entered the room. She slyly walked up to Captain and asked him if he had a plan. Ikkaku was tempted to say that the captain's plan was to go and kill everyone and hope the six are still alive. That's what he assumed of course. Ikkaku got up form his seat, and straightened his back. Put his hands to his sides and walked toward the female captain.
"Captain Soifon, pleasure to see you," Ikkaku said showing a respectful bow. He believed she was going to devsie the plan but she was looking at Kenpachi as if she believed he had a plan. Ikkaku didn't know much of what was up. He heard Kenpachi grumble soemthing about rescue mission of six guys and I should come along for a fight. Yachiru was out of sight, so this Ikkaku thought that this may be more serious than he gave credit for.
"After we discuss a plan, Captain can you quickly breif me of what exactly is going on?" Ikkaku was itching for action but he didn't know why he was goign to execute a plan. He would have at least liked a quick brief of why were doing this. He was well aware they were short on time, but a few second brief could only help them. Ikkaku stood up with a good, strong posture. He was near captains who had much respect to them. Maybe one day after he beat Kenpachi in a fight he would become a Captain. mayeb he would have a student who desires to kill him. He erased all that from his mind. He had a mission that he would carry out with his life. He stood respectfuly and waited for a reply.
Yukino opened the traditional sliding door only to see a room full of people. Zaraki-taichou and Soifon-taichou were there, along with 3rd seater Ikkaku. Yukino bowed to Soifon and Zaraki, and glanced Ikkaku, allowing him to know that Yukino was aware of his presence. Her Vice Captain badge with the '' “ñ '' kanji symbol painted on it pressed tightly against her arm slowing down the circulation of her arm.
Yukino was aware of the situation because before she left she did some research. It seemed to be that a group of shinigami went on a normal mission and were talkin captive by a ground of arrancar[?] but were not killed. It was Yukino's job along with the rest of her team mates job to recue them.
What was the plan? Yukino hadn't a clue, but since she was working with Zaraki's crew, there was probably no plan, or a stupid one such as Invade, kill, and rescue but in a more barbaric way. Yukino remained quite, waiting for someone to speak up.
Aoide Sato was confused, had her Captain really been ordering her to get out of the office, not do any paperwork, and go on some sort of mission with Captain Soifon and Kenpachi? He actually thought that she had to be ordered to go? Aoide snorted in amusement, if he hadn't given her permission, she would have snuck away anyway. But she supposed that her Captain prefered to be in more control and instead of trying to stop her would prefer just to order her around. But really what was with him wanting to know everything and figure everything out. He was like a kid detective of some sort, and not cute in the Encycolopia Brown type way. He was more like, Children of the Corn creepy.
Aoide smirked, finally a mission though! She placed her hand on the hilt of her Zanpaktou as she slid the door to Squad 11's Headquarters. Her lovely brown eyes twinkled at the group gather, she then grinned putting her hand behind her head as she walked in and shut the door with her foot. "Sorry for the tardiness, but I see we have a pretty good team going to do this," she spoke her eyes glinting briefly at the thought of the fight to come.
He looked about as the group had finally assembled. Soifon, Yukino, Ikkaku, and Aoide... a finer group than anyone could hope to muster. "Is there a plan?"
It was a question that had to be dying on everyone's lips. Normally, everyone's guess would be right when they would think that his plan would be to run in, slicing and dicing... but this was too much of a delicate situation to go in like that.
"After we discuss a plan, Captain can you quickly breif me of what exactly is going on?"
"What we know is this." He began gruffly, a grim face having taken over his usual war-crazed one. "Almost nothing."
He sighed before restarting, giving a more proper explanation of what was going on.
"A week ago, teams 36 from the 11th and 45 from the 2nd were sent to Hueco Mundo on a recon mission. About one day into their mission, they happened to trigger some sort of alarm system."
"Surveillance reported that the teams were overcome, after losin' two members. They were immediately taken away by the Arrancar. Normally, it would have ended there. But friends and close ones of the team members decided to form a crude rescue party."
"... The situation has only gotten worse since."
The man rubbed his temples before letting out a sigh. It wasn't going to be an easy task, bursting into Hueco Mundo, but he knew they could do it.
"The plan is simple, and will have to be somethin' we gotta build on." Kenpachi said slowly, gaze sweeping across the room. "First thin' we gotta do, is reinforce the fools that are tryin' to get their friends back. They're idiotic actions are causin' a lot of casualties, but they got the passion to keep fightin'. We'll bring forces with us, in order that we can support and give em some rest."
"There is a breach in the crude barrier that the arrancar have set up. The barrier is breached at one point, and is where Shinigami and Hollow are fightin' desperately."
"...Our group will not be part of that fight."
"The barrier is set up around a small structure, which we can only guess is where the team is being held, if they're still alive. After we drop of the forces, we'll use their attack as a diversion and break the barrier at another point, hopefully being able to get into the structure before Hollow or Arrancar notice."
It was a crude plan, but with so little intel, it's all he could do.

"No questions," Soifon said calmly as she stood as ready to go as any other time as made evident with her arms were lightly crossed with her hands slightly obscured by her elbow length sleeves.
She was right. Kenpachi's plan was about as good as any, and further plans would have to be made once intel could be received. She didn't necessarily -like- it though. A wise tactician said to have victory before you go to battle, or something like that. Soifon couldn't blame Kenpachi, though, but better him making the simple plans than her.
She waited for the call to mobilize with no apparent fear.
'' Since we haven't anymore information, there isn't any point in sitting around. Within the next few minutes thoose shinigami could be dead. So lets stop wasting time. '' Yukino said in a emotionless voice, glaring at everyone around her. She may have been straight forward, but what she said made perfect sense. No point in gathering intell about the shinigami if theyre gonna die anyways.
"Well, I always like surprises and being completely unaware on what we're facing," Aoide said letting out a lazy yawn as she put a hand on her hip. "It makes life more interesting," she gave a pointy grin and stretched. "So basically, it's all sneak until we know something more, I can dig that, just point out who we need to attack," Aoide let out a shrug, it was true. She wsn't much for sneaking around and prefered to announce that she was present then hack and slash herself out of situation. So people skills weren't her highest quality, most of the people she had to face off didn't seem to communicate well anyway. But sneaking around before attacking, this would be a new adventure for Aoide! She wondered if it was okay to hum, super secret, sneaking music under her breath. Aoide smirked at the thought and leaned against the nearby wall.
Ikkaku listened to the plan and details. He stopped paying attention when Kenpachi got to sneaking and intel. It was a desperate plan. So much good go wrong, but Ikkaku was not one to complain. Could anybody even imagine Ikkaku and Kenpachi sneaking into a building? Kenpachi seemed less bloody today. Ikkaku shrugged. A simple plan for a complicated situtation. That's Kenpachi for you.
"No questions Captain," Ikkaku said looking around the room. Two captains, a vice captain, and two 3rd seats. He quickly had realized that this mission was serious and there was no room for error. He would listen to his captain's orders. He promissed himself he would never fail a mission even if it includes sacrafices.
