Three kidou spells at once! And the way they were used was once again very clever. If Heath didn't react quickly, he would be covered in molten metal. There was only a second to act. Heath instinctively poured all of his reietsu into his zanpaktou for his next move. "Discharge!" Heath commanded, just as he was about to be hit by the kidou spells. A destructive burst of electricity surged out of Heath's spear, disrupting the kidou around him. The spherical blast of electricity was so great that is left a crater in the ground where Heath stood. The iron bars were toppled and the flames only burnt in a few place. The light rods had been disrupted and missed their target. Everything looked chaotic. The entire lot was charred by the electric field, which dissipated after it reached it's full size. That technique had actually taken all of his charged up electric energy and reietsu and discharged it all at once.
Heath panted heavily as he leaned against his zanpaktou for support. That last attack by Haru forced him to use to much reietsu just to counter, he didn't have any energy to use any more lightning attacks. His Zanpaktou suddenly reverted back to its original state. Debris from the torn up ground was everywhere, Heath searched frantically around for Haru, whom he had lost track of in the confusion. He had practically lost anyway, especially if Haru still had energy to spare.

(You are willing to give me your 3rd seat?)
Haru smiled alitte blankly as he could see that Heath was at his limit. His zanpaktou was reverted to its normal stage and now he was wide open for an attack. Haru didn't need anything too clever anymore...but he would still have his guard raised. This could've have been a trick...a very convincing one at that. The orb was already forming around Heath. The giant light ball was trapping Heath in. "SAIGYOKU NIJIGASUMI NO HATESHINAI RANPU!" Haru yelled as his ace in the hole was in effect.
Haru raised his blade, ready and prepared to launch his flurry assault of light slashes. They would be a beautiful display of rainbow slashes that would mark the end of most who saw it. The orb was at full sequence now and Haru raised his zanpaktou. "Light slashes..." He muttered to himself. "Make it so he won't die..." Haru muttered once more. "NOW!"
Haru let himself fire flurry of light slashes. the light and the rainbor effect was beautiful yet deadly. Slash after slash was sent at Heath barely missing his vital organs. The Haru thought best to end this battle with a traditional samurai stand-off. Haru then got into a ready stance and slash physichally this time through Heath and was now on the opposite side of Heath. Haru would sheath his sword and then wait until Heath fell into an uncounscious state. "Heh..."

Heath smiled as he stood there motionless. Even after giving it everything he had, he still lost. This was why he respected his former captain, he was a brilliant fighter.
Just like in the classic Samurai duels, blood gushed from all of Heath's wounds when Haru sheathed his sword. Heath fell over in a puddle of his own blood, a knight who had been stripped of his armour and weapon. But he at least fought with honor and lost to a man whom he had the deepest admiration for. Heath still smiled to himself as his vison began to fade, and the sounds around him began to cease.
((Heath has been incapacitated in a duel for position, but is not dead. I, SamuraiChe, allow Haru to claim my position as 3rd seat of squad 3))
