With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.
Yukino yawned as it seemed that Soifon was taking care of the situation. what was that? Oh God, it seemed like she was joining the party, not stopping it. Yukino then sighed, it seemed like the party wasn't goiong to stop, and she was stuck in a social event once again. Life's a mess, no? That's when trouble itself started to walk towards her with a glass of sake. She may have been over a hundred years old, but her teenage body had no intentions of having such liquids in it.
"You need to have fun why you can.Your the vice-captain for now, but after this party for you and Soifon we will be having one for me becoming the new Vice-captain." Tommyco whispered. Yukino quickly backed up and moved the up of sake out of her way. Yukino was death in the body of a living shinigami, and wasn't going to tolerate any sorts of threats or disrespect, escpecially from a lower ranking member of her division. " I'm going to kill you." Yukino whispered and turned around heading for a chair.

Soifon poured Sayuri some Sake. The laws against drinking here were quite different than the human world since being 21 was more akin to being a 2 year old here. If she didn't wish to drink, that was fine. Soifon would not hold it against her.
Soifon poured herself some Sake to help show her good nature though she did not enjoy drinking much, and she certainly had no intention of getting drunk.
She watched the people in the party do things. What particularly caught her attention was the fact Tommyco whispered something to her Yukino. Her eyes fixed on the situation, and she read their lips. Sloppy work not paying attention to that... They both did little to hide what they said beyond that they lowered their voices. Tommyco, especially with his almost uncalled-for ambition.
Such conflict among her team?
That set the wheels in motion in her mind as she sipped her drink.
She had to scheme much more since Omaeda was no longer here to do it, and she had little problem with the task, but those plans would have to come later.
Right now they needed to socialize.... somehow.
"Yukino, come have a soda, or something?" Soifon suggested across the distance between them as she noticed her turn down Sake.
"What do you think of the party, Sayuri?" she said calmly to her.
Soifon raised her drink in acknowledgment of the newcomer, Daigoro.
Tommyco smiled at Daigoro and said," long time no see buddy and smiled at Daigoro.Then when Yukino said she was going to kill him tommyco just said "you don't know how much power I have I will end up taking your life miss vice-captain." Tommyco then keeps walking drinking a glass of sake.He then yelled "yo Daigoro come eat somthing or drink something buddy.Tommyco then walked over to Soi fon and said "your liking the party right captain?" He smiled at soifon and the young lady she was with.
Sayuri bowed her head gratefully accepting the sake Soifon offered her, she is not much of a drinker, an exceedingly rare event for her even to go near the stuff; however, this is one of those rare events, plus it was offered to her by Soifon - how often does that happen? For the most part, she continued to remain near Soifon, it was for the most part fairly clear by the expression in her eyes that she felt out of her element at this party.
Once Soifon shifted her attention to the rumblings between Tommyco and Yukino, Sayuri turned her attention there as well. Though she held no reaction to it, she glanced between the two taking note of Yukino's icy glare at the 3rd Seat. Though, turning her attention back to Soifon, she did not want to seem like a bother and simply replied with a slight bow of her head, "Yes, Captain, it's not exactly my thing, but it's fine."
She looked to Tommyco when he approached she and Soifon, though she looked less than impressed by the threats being thrown out between he and the Vice-Captain. But so long as it stopped there, she felt she should not say anything unless it begun to escalate further.
"Don't conflict here. And trust me, if you even think about fighting bofore you are allowed to... I will kill BOTH of you, NO HESITATIONS..." Daigoro looked up at both of them. They would be annoyed by this blatant disrespect from a fourth-seater, but seat wasn't everything. He walked away and picked up some sake, before taking a sip...
Tommyco said "daigoro stop talking plz your to much trouble." He then started to drink sake and take a bite of some cake he got from the world of the living.He then said to the Vice-captain "after this party I will be taking my rightful place as vice-captain. Tommyco then looked at soifon and started to think "and captain soifon is next." Tommyco then said "ok lets just get back to the party." Tommyco got up and walked pass yukino and whispered "why you still can with a smile on his face." He then stoped by daigoro and grabed him by the shirt pulling him into the hall.He said "Daigoro the only way you will bet me is if that seal was to go away." Tommyco then tryed to punch daigoro hard in the face."Daigoro your a fool, your not even trying to get stronger if you had the will power you could release that seal and keep it that way."tommyco started to walk and he stoped and said "and daigoro I will kill you if i have to even if we was friends at one time." Tommyco walked back into the part smiling like not a thing just happened.

Soifon smiled lightly at Sayuri as she accepted the drink, "I'm glad you're at least trying to put up with it," she said to Sayuri.
The listened to the goings on in the room, and felt the hostility. It bothered her... the hostility, and it bothered her more that -she'd- kill people that screwed up in her squad. Of course she had every right to, but still. Even if she didn't she was a master assassin. They'd never find the body.
Everyone seemed to be threatening everyone except Sayuri, and herself, though she never could be sure when a threat would fly at them.
"It's not exactly the social gathering I though it would be," she said to Tommyco calmly, and regarded him with a calm look in her eyes that betrayed nothing that she thought, or felt. As far as anyone was concerned she was being honest, and she was.

Soifon stared death at Tommyco as he boldly made his plans clearer. Oh, yes, the boy made her angry with his open desires to overthrow her trusted Vice Captain.
Soifon walked over to Tommyco with obvious business on her mind, but she looked -very- angry. Tmmyco was far, far too conspicuous, and her suspicions were confirmed as she paid attention to his actions.
As the boastful Tommyco entered the party, he was greeted by Soifon throwing a Captain grade side kick aimed directly at his face! She didn't intend to kill him, but she did want to hurt him, and put him in his place.
Soifon was known for beating the crap out of her subordinates when they got out of line, and Tommyco forgot about it. He certainly was no exception
"How disrespectful that you got drunk -before- we got here," Soifon snapped at Tommyco, "It'll be a thousand years before you could ever hope to have the aptitude to have any realistic shot at Vice Captain! And never Captain!" she said in her coldest, most stern tone. The one reserved for those she truly dubbed idiots.
"You need to learn your place in the squad, and I will not tolerate you generating turmoil among my subordinates!"
Tommyco was kicked threw the wall by Soifon.Tommyco then got to his feet and smiled at soifon, and spit blood on the ground.Tommyco bowed to the captain and said "I will try not to be disrespectful now captain.things have been hard for me over the past 4 weeks."
Tommyco then looked at Yukino and said "vice-captain Yukino I am very sorry about the way I was acting today. I was not trying to disrespect you in any way." He bowed to here and walked over to Daigoro and said "sorry Daigoro, your one of my best friends and I should not have acted the way I did.
Tommyco looked at the other members of the division and said "I was not in my right mind at the time so I am so very sorry if what I did will end this party." He bowed to the others and walked to the other side of the room with a rag. cleaning the blood off of his face.
Tommyco sits at a table on his own cleaning the blood of his face and drinks sake.The others in the division started the party back up. As tommyco did this he thinks about why he needs to become stronger and become more powerful. He was not trying to get power for the sake of it but to help his friends and not have to see anybody else close to him die.
He sits thinking about how troublesome he has become over the past weeks.He sits there thinking the captain my have him put in prison.She my even think about having him killed, "I can't lose my rank over something like this I just can't. The 3rd highest ranking member of the division should not ever act the way I did."He sits still thinking about what he did wrong Tommyco smiled and said to him self "sometimes I feel like giving up."
Sayuri could not help but blush a tiny bit with a little bit of titter as she scratched the back of her head when Soifon told her with a smile that she was glad Sayuri was making the effort. Maybe she should start trying a little more she thought to herself.
Though, what is her typical dry, humorless expression often seen of amongst both her 2nd Division and Onmitsukido peers begun to show quite a bit more clearly as the threats between the 4th and 3rd Seat as well as the Vice-Captain continued to hurl death threats at one another. This only served to irritate her more, it was disrespectful to the unite - but more so the Captain and that is something she cannot ignore.
Albeit, the very second she heard his claim of taking the Captain's position, Sayuri's eyes flared wide with a seething hate. Without a seconds hesitation she extended her right hand in Tommyco's direction with her palm to him as she recited nearly inaudibly in a rapid pace with no incantation appearing as though she were not even actually casting the spell, "Hadou #31 Shak--", but just before she could finish it Soifon kicked the 3rd Seat across the room. The glowing ball of red spiritual energy that begun to form in the palm of her right hand faded into nothing. Lowering her hand back down to her side, but that hate filled glare in eyes never left - no one disrespects her Captain - no one.
Sayuri simply remained silent as she stood behind Soifon as she scolded her subordinate not, for Sayuri did not want to interrupt Soifon while she is laying down her authoritah', because that would just be stupid on anyone's part.
