((tomtank, Tommyco was just bound by a Level 60 Bakudo spell by a Kidou Master who is higher tier than you there is no way Tommyco could break out of it. That simple. Pull that crap again, and you will be declared as metagaming.))
Sayuri glared at Tommyco seeing the spell from afar, she is a Kidou Master after all and for one of her liking - a level 30 spell is that of a layman. With a small, inaudible mumble uttering, "Bakudo No. 21 Sekeinton...", Sayuri vanished in an explosion of crimson red smoke causing the blue flames of the spell to hit nothing but the air of where Sayuri once stood.
Somewhere from the shadows, Sayuri's voice could be heard uttering, "Sui Daija, open your eyes.", a split second later following up on Yukino's binding spell a kusarigama chain wrapped around Tommyco's throat, stepping back out of shadows holding the sickle end in her right hand while yanking at the chain end with her left hand as though it were a leash on the end of a disobedient dog. Sayuri looked to her Captain and upon her order nodding compliantly, "Yes, Captain."

OOC:and to tell you the truth at Tommyco's teir rank if he bet the vice captain and the have to fight the 5th seat there is no way he can win to battles after each other. can't this start like after this week.Let him have some time to train or something if I can't get my teir rank up by then I am going down anyway.Then if I make it pass the 1st 2 Tommyco fights Soifon when the fact is Sayuri attacked him without him doing anything to her and he is geting the punishment.)

(OOC:You should have thought about that before he flew off the handle and got in everyone's faces, and annoyed Soifon. I told you many times that he was annoying SOifon acting the way he did.
Sayuri was protecting herself against an irrational man IMO.
Truth of the matter is, I don't epect Tomyco to be killed, I expect him to learn what it is to respect people.
He apparently has no respect for anyone in his squad speaking from an OOC position.
He even attacked his best friend for pete's sake.)

((It's as simple as this, you used Shunpou to get up to Sayuri, while she was essentially doing nothing, she was only standing there ready to back up Soifon's will if need be. So, think for a second, how exactly is Sayuri supposed to react to Tommyco doing that? It looks like a hostile action, so she locked him down with a binding spell.
Secondly, it doesn't matter if she "insta" did it, for the very fact she is a Kidou Master, she is "Advanced" in Kidou and is a tier stronger than Tommyco, on top of which it was a level 60 binding spell, which means it's pretty powerful. Tommyco is not Hollowified Kensei, he's not going to be snapping out of a spell cast at the caliber Sayuri cast it. Why is your character going through this? It's consequence, and every player is their character's mistakes - you had Tommyco make a move that appeared hostile to another player's character who is more powerful than yours, and thus there is a consequence to that poor decision RP-wise. Just trying to metagame your out of it is not the way to do it.))

(I'd say no.
Soifon will assuredly say no.
You had your character so eager to fight, and take wild punches, and threaten everyone in the party. Now it's time you make good on that fighting spirit, or do your best to worm your way out of the trial by combat in character in the thread I lined to earlier which is the Trial by Combat thread.)
