Tommyco's punishment

(OOC Note: I've been given Admin permission to take up the role of Unohana for this thread.)

The group that consisted of Soifon, Tommyco, his gang, Daigoro, Yukino, and Sayuri as well as a group of Squad 2's punishment force which kept Tommyco, and his gang from running arrived at Squad 1 barracks and approached the gathering hall.

The room had been set up ahead of time as the squad reported Tommyco, and his gang had been apprehended.
Guards lined the room used for this meeting as Tommyco had been deemed irrational in actions as she got in people's faces, and chances were not being taken even though he were a gnat in the face of the Captain Commander.

Across the room Captain Unohana sat calmly on her legs with a cup of tea being lightly sipped. She sat behind a table with a long scroll on it.

Soifon lead the group into this room and approached Unohana, but stopped 50 feet away from her, then silently instructed everyone else to halt behind her.
She topped this off with a death glare aimed at the group, but mainly Tommyco, and his gang that reeked of the notion that if they go beyond her, she'll slaughter them as they posed a threat to the Captain Commander.

She ESPECIALLY meant this for Tommyco.


Unohana looked up at this point, and waited for everyone to get settled in. She was in no hurry.

Unohana was dressed in her usual garments, and had that warm, motherly look on her face. She smiled at the group, and her eyes reflected a good cheer that she always had, and large amounts of wisdom.

Ever the dutiful one, Sayuri stood near her Captain, always ready to serve at her side but never in the way. She remained quiet she was, her eyes stern, her expression wooden. Her posture was somewhat like that of standing at attention, upright and rigid with her heels together, though her arms shattered this attention-like mold as they were crossed under her chest.

Those dark brown eyes of hers remained on the criminal, he was no 2nd Division member to her, just a pathetic criminal. If anything, if he is going to attempt something stupid again, she is ready to cut him in half and finally be done with his disgrace.

Yukino was on right behind Soifon when she came to a hault. Yukino was so unfocused by all the chaos that was taking place during the hour. She almost bumped into Soifon when she came to a stop, however she managed to stop herself in the action.There she was facing the Captain Commander, it was too bad that it was on such bad terms. Yukino scooted to the right so Captain Commander Unohana and bowed so she could see her formalness.

Yukino got back to her place just in time to see Soifon's death glare. She was obvsly stating obviously stating not to pose any sort of threat to her. Even if the attacks were directed to Tommyco, Yukino would have to refrain from kido, even her zanpakuto and use brutal strength. The death glare was mostly directed to Tommyco and his stupid gang, well atleast the ones that weren't cut in half.

Tommyco Chizu walked into the room next to some of the people in his gang. Tommyco took a good look at the head captain. He started to think she was a very kind women so she my be willing to hear his side of the story."

Hello head captain my name is Tommyco Chizu. I was told I will be taking some kind of punishment for what the captain and the other seated members of 2nd division have been doing to me."Tommyco bowed his head to the head captain like he did to others of higher ranks then him."so would you like for me to tell you my side of the story head captain?"

Unohana smiled at Tommyco, "I've heard many things that you have done recently. I'm not sure how you can explain them as they sounded severe, but I shall listen to your side of the story," she said in a soft, warm tone as she sat calmly on her legs behind the table.

She gave him her full attention with that warm smile, and those smiling eyes. She even went as far as to ignore her tea in favor of listening to the prisoner. He had center stage for the time being.


Meanwhile Soifon sneered a bit, but held her tongue. She hated that Unohana was even letting this worm speak. She made it perfectly clear what he did, and as far as she were concerned it didn't make a damn why he did it. No one made him act like he did, that was certain.
She stood calmly with her arms crossed, and she waited for Tommyco's drivel to be heard.

Daigoro Ito was standing outside the room, leaning against a wall. He wasn't going to go into the room, unless he was needed, that was for sure. He didn't want to hear what Tommyco had to say, and he just didn't give a shit. This was a real blow to his loyalty issues, that was for sure. On one hand, Tommyco. On the other, the Second Divison. What to do, what to do...

Tommyco smiled and said "thank you head captain." he looked at the Soifon and then the Vice-captain."ok it all started when I threw a party for the captain and vice-captain. I did not ask them can I throw the party. I said sorry to captain Soifon about it."

At that time there was no way she could call me disrespectful, I bowed when I saw them."Tommyco then looked at the Vice-captain and looked back at Unohana." I then said to the Vice-captain someday I would like to become vice-captain and even captain next, and I would like for somebody to throw me a party like this."

Tommyco moved his head so Unohana can get a good look at the long cut over his eye." Captain Soifon then walked over to me and kicked me threw a wall.She said I was being disrespectful so I said sorry to everybody in the room. But then the 5th seat attacked me with out me doing anything to her."

He then started to get a bit louder and looked at Soifon." I am on punishment for trying not to be pushed around by them.The fact is The captain, vice-captain and the 5th seat has a very close friendship. So she did not do a thing to them. But then the vice-captain tryed to kill me.She tryed to cut of my head and when I tryed to give up she just attacked again.That is when my friends came to help and tryed to get me out of there because it was unjust. "

Tommyco looked at the head captain and said "things in my life was not easy for me over the last year so many lost friends and many other things also. She let them get of easy because they were close to her, I was the scape goat in this thing."

Unohana listened to his explanations...
Rogue activities, though Soifon hadn't mentioned it... She must have forgiven that slight... she thought to herself calmly regarding the party.
She listened calmly, then she sipped her tea softly, "I see. A great many details seem to be missing..." she said softly, then her haze went to Soifon.

"Captain Soifon, is there anything you'd like to add?" Unohana asked, and she knew that any details left out would be added here, and ontop of that, she'd assuredly get everyone else's point of view.

Soifon bowed, slightly, "If you'll allow me to speak freely..."
Soifon was well known for her temper, and thus strong language.
In all honesty, she wanted to beat the ever living hell out of Tommyco for daring to think anyone here was so damned stupid to take his words as the whole story.

Unohana nodded, "Permission granted, but please try to restrain yourself," she said with that smile that seemed to be permanently affixed to her face. She received the list of charges, and in her infinite wisdom, not that she needed it all in this case, was well aware Tommyco didn't tell her everything.

Soifon cleared her throat, and gave a look at Tommyco to let him know the only reason he isn't dead now is that the Captain Commander is watching, then she returned her attention to Unohana.

"Tommyco only gave the truth when he admitted to throwing the party without permission," she said calmly, then continued, "I've lip read him repeatedly taunting the Vice Captain of my squad that he was going to take her place," she said softly with the knowledge that her virtual infallibility in her espionage/counter-espionage skills would easily allow this to be entered as evidence.
"He continually pestered her about it, and his obsession, and the wording lead me to believe that he made threats against her. Furthermore, the body language, and replies made it perfectly clear his advances were unwanted."

"Daigoro, a perceptive member of my squad, noticed the rising tensions, and made it clear he would not tolerate it," she stated. Daigoro did her proud in that action, and lived up to the perceptiveness that she expected from the team.

"Tommyco then dragged Daigoro out of the party, his best friend, of all people, and punched him in the face, with harsh words on Tommyco's part. Words harsh enough to filter through the paper doors," she said in a hard, stoic tone.

"It was then I was fed up with his actions, and punished him with the mentioned kick to the face. I did hold back on it," she freely admitted.

"Tommyco then apologized, but made matters worse as he irrationally approached my 5th seat using his rather pathetic Shunpou in an act of overkill, and accused her of wanting him dead," she reported, then continued, "My 5th seat replied to this with a purely defensive kido in order to restrain Tommyco, who, as I said, had acted with complete recklessness, and lack of tact."

"Tommyco, in the restraints proceeded to go into a bout of insanity as he screamed at her, managed to wriggle his way out of the restraints, then unleashed an assault Kido at my 5th seat, then attempted to make an exit."

"He was halted by my Vice Captain's quick actions in using a restraining Kido, and threatened his life, which I felt was well within her rights."

Soifon continued calmly, "It was then I decided Tommyco needed to be punished. He would fight the people he wronged in a trial by combat. I felt this appropriate with his evident desire to fight as he went out of his way to try and pick them with everyone at the party short of myself."

"The punishment went underway, and he battled my vice Captain first. In this fight he decided that a potion to fake his death was in order. That act insulted me as it'd be obvious he faked his death when he'd be resuming duties after the fight. Further it insulted the spirit of the trial by being a coward, and insulted Yukino in an attempt to deny her her honor," She scowled a bit at the notion.

"Tommyco then groveled for the end of the fight after he used shunpou to approach me as if he had the right to. I decided not to end the fight. Yukino continued the battle in a flamboyant manner, and it was THEN that several TRAITORS appeared," she motioned to the gang in the room, "appeared, and declared that their allegiance were with Tommyco, and not myself, and attempted to escape punishment with Tommyco. The fools were quickly apprehended, and then brought here."

"Any relationship I might have with my subordinates have nothing to do with my actions. They were not punished because they were not aggressively violent." She addressed Tommyco's boneheaded complaint.

"I, personally, feel no sympathy for Tommyco or his troubles as he cannot cope with them in any sane manner," she finished.


Unohana didn't seem outwardly bothered by Tommyco's actions, then she looked at Sayuri, Yukino, and Daigoro, "Do you three have anything to add to this?"

(I'm posting so Sayuri, Yukino, and Daigoro have an excuse to talk.)

Sayuri bowed her head obediently in reaction to Soifon's giving them permission to speak, she patiently and quietly awaited for her turn, and the second it was given she spoke plainly, "It is all just as Captain Soifon has said, Captain-Commander. The second hostilities formed at the party between the former 3rd Seat and the Vice-Captain, it was made then perfectly clear both were to be watched, and hostile action would not be tolerated. I then stood with my Captain to fulfill her commands should things have esculated any further...

"This is all only after the disgraceful former 3rd Seat shamed himself by assaulting his so-called 'best friend' for merely standing up for the Vice-Captain honorably. While I simply stood with my Captain to fulfill her will should she give her command, for some reason the fool former 3rd Seat assumed me plotting to kill him; so he used Shunpou to approach me as if attempting to intimidate me with his display of it. That did not work, but given how he assaulted the 4th Seat, whom he claims to be his 'best friend', I saw no reason why he would not attempt to assault me in turn. Especially after utilizing Shunpou, a technique used to close the distance between yourself and your target. Forgive the presumption, Captain-Commander, but in such a situation - how would you react to such a hostile individual making such an action on yourself?

"Personally, I took action to secure my protection from his stupidity, I used a binding spell. Though, he managed to slip free, and then proved my initial assumption of what he would do correct - he assaulted me. After evading his idiocy, the Vice-Captain then locked him down.

"The details of the Trial by Combat you have been given, ma'am, after the party only shows him as a coward, disgrace, and a traitor in my mind. His dishonor has brought shame upon us of 2nd Division and lead to the deaths of 2nd Division members due to following his cowardly treachery.", Sayuri while normally she is not one for words, she can give a detailed report, and in this case - did waste time in doing so.

Yukino was trying to hold ´back her yawn, but it was slowy take over her. She managed to push it aside to avoide any sort of display of disrespect to Unohana,Soifon, or Sayuri. After Tommyco spoke, Unohana allowed everyon to speak in their own words. Soifon went first, then Sayuri, and now it was her turn. She honestly didn't feel the need to, but considering the fact that Soifon would be disappointed Yukino attempted to.

''It all started in the morning when Tommyco held an unauthorized party. He apologized idiocy however the party went on. At the party, I tried to keep myself distant from anyone, because I'm not the one to be the center of attention. Either way, Tommyco walked to me with a smile equipped onto his face, and offered my a drink. I refrused to drink, because I don't allow any sort of alcohol tampering with my body.

After I rejected his offer he started to speak in a rather cocky manner. '' Enjoy yourself now because your going to be serving me drinks soon.'' were his words.

After I bluntly told him that he'd end up dead if he posed any sorts of threats to myself or anyothers. Once again he would smile and make comments that were just waiting for himself to get knocked out. This was when Daigoro decided to step into the tension which got him a broken jar and the boot from the party. As if I wasn't enough, Tommyco decideds to threat Soifon, saying that after he defeated me Soifon would be next and that we'd be serving drinks to him.

After that Sayuri started to activated a kido because she felt as if a threat was posed to Soifon, which was understandable. Her kido attempt came to an hault when Tommyco went flying into a wall due to Soifons kick. After her kick, Tommyco got up obviously injured, with a grin still on his face and apoligized.

Out of pure idiocy Tommyco decided that he would flash step to Sayuri attempting to to intimidate her. After his unwise display of actíons Sayuri attempt to bind him in a high level kido however he struggeled his way free. I then locked him in a kido, this time he wasn't able to escape. I jumped onto on of he rods of lights and pointed my zanpakuto at him, setteling things once and for all.

After the party came to a forceful end, Soifon thaught it was acceptable to hold a trial combat considering the situation, and so she did. I was his first opponent at the combat during battle he decided to give up and fake death. Assuming he was already dead, I would make sure and attempt to slice his neck. Somehow Tommyco managed to wake himself out of the potion he put himself into.

Soifon asked me if I wanted to continue the battle, and considering that he was being a coward, avioding his punishment I decided to continue. I place him into a weak illusion and cut him in the waiste. That's when Tommyco's gang decided to come in and fuck everything up.''

I haven't any relation ship with Sayuri or Soifon except for a superior-commrad one, and they definatly weren't the reason why I acted the way I did.'' Yukino said, her mouth was now extremely dry due to all of the talking. It may have bored the shit out of everyone in the room but Yukino was going to speak her mind now that she could.

''If Tommyco goes any where it should be a mental institution.'' She said, ending her speech.
