Daigoro is a very serious person, but knows how to enjoy himself when it counts. He seems to be very boring, according to most people, but he is actually quite interesting, and a lot more of a goofball than most people think., He also gets very bored very fast.

Daigoro is also one of the most loyal people that you could have as a team-mate. He has a habit of almost giving his life for those close to him, but if you betray his trust, he will not help.

Appearance:

Daigoro stands at quite a tall 5'11", with a normal build and a ponytail as long as his body (ceremonial). He has found that the ponytail can also be used as a rope, especially when strengthened with cloth, which has been useful for his skills in the art of stealth. Daigoro has red eyes and hair, and a battle scar down the right side of his neck. His features have been described as 'wolfish'. Daigoro also has a tribal-style wolf tattoo on the back of his right hand.

Zanpakuto Spirit:

Ookami is a wolf spirit that prowls around in Daigoro's mind. He is white, with red streaks throughout his fur. This area appears to be a large, never-ending forest. Ookami talks with a weathered voice, hinting that he has been alive for many years, yet he is surprisingly nimble, as Daigoro found out on their first meeting. He is also extremely cautious, and would rather Daigoro be invisble than powerful.

Sealed Zanpakuto:

Kiba Ookami is a kodachi, a short sword that is less than one shaku (about one foot) long. It's hilt is simple, white with red streaks, and the weapon is extremely light for it's size, weighing only about 15 ounces.

Surprisingly, it has an ability, even when it's sealed. Due to Daigoro's tolerance for spiritual pressure, as long as his zanpakuto is touching his body or clothes, a thin protective shield can stop and deflect most forms of spiritual energy, up to the strength of kido level 30, and any spiritual pressure. Unfortunately for Daigoro, whenever he tries to eat or drink (in Soul Society) when his zanpakuto is touching him, if also deflects these, due to the spiritron make-up. The reason that Daigoro does not deflect the walls and ground is because they are too condensed, and cannot be moved at his current level of power. This shielding is not impervious, and as the level of outer energy increase, the more likely it is to disappear. It is just as strong internally, weakening Daigoro's kido, making him less likely to use it.

THe wolf tattoo on Daigoro's hand shows the level of strength of Daigoro's shielding, but it is also a seal, created by Ookami himself to limit Daigoro's own powers by about 75%. It is not because Daigoro is too powerful, but because Ookami prefers Daigoro to be invisble, and will stubbornly hold onto the seal.

Shikai Description:

Shaapu, Kiba Ookami (Sharpen, Wolf Fang)

Daigoro's sword simply doubles in length. Strangely enough, Kiba Ookami does not grow heavier, nor grow weaker with that change. It can also cut through reiatsu and spiritrons, to a limit.

Shikai Abilities:

It's only ability takes an appearance of a square-ended crescent, and is called Enerugiisuraisaa (Energy Slicer). This ability only affects what Daigoro chooses it to affect, so if he wants it to cut through reiatsu, but not spiritrons, that will happen.

Daigoro has also refined this ability to be able to sit along the blade of his zanpakuto, allowing him to put it in front of him and delfect direct attacks like a Cero.

Daigoro's shielding grows weaker because of the higher level of spiritual energy required to maintain this state.

Bankai Description:

Runa Ookami (Lunar Wolf)

Yet again, Daigoro's zanpakuto doubles in length, becoming a total of four feet, with no weight or strength change. It also has three abilities, or moons.

To activate bankai, Daigoro is required to break the seal that Ookami has placed onto him, by focussing all of his reiatsu into the very centre of his seal, breaking it. However, the seal does not disappear. It spreads as a tribal style tattoo up Daigoro's arm, showing that he is working a full strength.

When Daigoro activates bankai, the cone of reiatsu from the lengthening of the blade bleaches Daigoro's hair white with red streaks, his face turns a great deal more like that of a wolf, and his eyes turn straight black.

Bankai Abilities:

ABILITY 1: howaito muun ha, hogo (white moon, protection).
Daigoro draws the kanji symbol ”’ (white) in the air in front of him, and surrounds it with a circle. A large form of the original white wolf Ookami comes out of the symbol and stands in front of Daigoro, protecting him from most hits. With each hit, Ookami reduces in size, and more of the hits get through.

ABILITY 2: burakku muun, kougeki (black moon, attack).
Daigoro draws the kanji symbol • (black) in the air in front of him, and surrounds it with a circle. A large form of the black fur version of the wolf Ookami comes out of the symbol and infuses himself into Daigoro's zanpakuto. With each hit, to either opponent or zanakuto, Daigoro chisels out some of the enemy's reishi. It doesn't go to Daigoro, but to Runa Ookami. The zanpakuto covers Daigoro's body with a form of armour with each hit, which slows him down greatly, and disables his kido and shunpou. Once Daigoro has a full body armour, his third ability can be activated.

ABILITY 3: ketsueki tsuki, saishuu teki na (blood moon, final).
This ability can only be used when Daigoro has full armour. Daigoro draws the kanji symbol ŒŒ (blood) in the air in front of him. He is engulfed by a red light, which removes his armour and infuses it into his zanpakuto, which then glows bright red. Daigoro lunges at the opponent, and stabs them. All of the absorbed reishi flows into their body, and increases their power greatly. unfortunately for them, the reishi has been poisoned by Ookami, and is usually a kill. After the hit, Daigoro cannot release his zanpakuto until twenty-four hours have passed. This is because Ookami has finally wrestled back control of Daigoro's reiatsu and sealed it to max.

History/Background:

Born in 1583, Daigoro was taken away by his father, a now disgraced Samurai Executioner, or Ronin, who vowed revenge on the clan who had killed his wife. His father died two years later, just before he could kill the leader, but Daigoro picked up the spear and thrust it through the leader's heart.

13 years later, Daigoro was enlisted into the Western Japanese army, and stayed by his general, Mitsunari Ishida, till the end. He was honoured as one of the most intelligent soldiers of his time, earning himself the nickname, "the Wolf of the West". Daigoro was the last soldier to die before the execution of Ishida.

Daigoro was led to Soul Society, but mistakenly put into Rukongai because of his father's low social standing with the rest of Japan as a Ronin. He lived in District 79, and killed just to survive. His most notable killing was the Senkigo Gang, where he killed every single gang member, just because they tried to kill the members of his 'family'.

Daigoro eventually enrolled into Shinigami Academy, but was frowned upon during the training period. He made up for this by working on his stealth, in order to keep hidden, which got him a position in the 2nd Division

RP Sample:

Daigoro woke up a few hours later, inside a forest. He looked up, and saw a massive white wolf staring at him.

"Who...are you?" Daigoro asked the wolf, feeling kind of stupid, seeing as he was talking to a giant wolf.

"I am ... Ookami." the Wolf replied. Daigoro jumped back in shock. He talked? Daigoro thought to himself, I must be going crazy. He looked around. This forest, it isn't in Rukongai. Where am I?

"Your head." was Ookami's reply. Daigoro was shocked, the wolf KNEW what he had thought.

Daigoro decided to look around some more, but Ookami simply walked in front of him and patted a tree with a small hollow inside the trunk.

"Look inside, and a destiny full of pain and danger will await you. If you wish to live the rest of eternity comfortably and safely, but with regret forever, walk away now. You have the ability to use reishi, Daigoro, will you use it? It is inside that tree."

Ookami stared into Daigoro's eyes, for what seemed like hours, before Daigoro thought I'm going to regret this someday, and looked into the tree. A blinding light engulfed Daigoro, and he woke up in his bed in Rukongai again, with the knowledge that he had to become a Shinigami...
