Most spell checkers don't even consider maximal a word, and most people seeing it would probabaly relate it to the Transformers Beast Wars faction than "Of, relating to, or consisting of a maximum. Being the greatest or highest possible" so please use maximum.

Homecoming Lightning: Could use some more clarification that it only works in recalling the weapon.

Also, what's "cathed"? You use this word a lot in your app. NOt just in this power, but in others.

In general, your app needs a spell checking.

Thundercannon: You still have "(About as long as Ichigo could substain his mask in Vizard training.)"
Further, You're still doing damage rather easily to upper tiers. We do not allow this. I suggest rewriting this power to NOT READILY HARM UPPER TIERS, not even -1- TIER ABOVE. If I must repeat myself on this, your app is -DENIED.-

In all fairness, I think you over compensated, which is proably my fault because I felt you were too eager to whap around a person of a higher tier with the thunder cannon. The most powerful version of the attack can do something to a person 1 tier up, but the weakest? I doubt that.

The previous problem was you had even the weakest version of the attack doing considerable damage to a person a tier up, and scaling up from there. That was the readily doing damage to higher tiers.

Ok so I've changed it a little so that under good circumstances the level 3 attack could do up 5%

While there's edit being done, measurements like 6 ' and 1.62 " can simply be 6'1.62" without the and in the middle.

For Thundercannon:
Analogies could use some work in the pwers. A stone wall can e harder to knock down than a wooden house, etc.

5 meters is a it too large for a blast.

Further, there's room for it to be a bit stronger.

The projectile size is still too large in third form. It's pretty huge in second, too. These blass are far larger than most people in the game.

Ok made the size of level 3 as big as previous level 2 (3 meter) and level 2 smaller, and level 1 smaller so it scales up nice.
