How would a lightning type resurreccion ability sound?
Such as the creation of a storm, which strikes randomly (akin to an actual storm), which tends to attack the person higher up (though again, can be completely random. Just increases the chance).
Plus an ability to absorb the lightning, then attack the opponent with it?
