Personality:

Hyoto has a deep hatred of anyone in a position of authority. More specifically, any one person with mass authority over a large group. No matter who it is, he thinks its wrong for one person to control the fate and actions of others.
As such, he doesn't believe in a god or anything resembling one, and even goes as far as to renounce any kind of god, and directly insults anyone who worships one for allowing someone to control them, of their own will.

Hyoto is small, without much muscle, but he makes up for it in aetheral power. He has an intimidating expression on his face, and if thats not enough, theres a general aura around him that makes you uneasy.
His mask fragments are his earings, which are skull-shaped, with one on each earlobe.

Arrancar Powers:

Cero Bouncu (Cero Bounce)- After firing his cero, Hyoto can make it bounce off of reishi-based surfaces, much like Uryu could do with his arrows during his fight with Cirucci. However, with each "bounce", the cero's power is halved.

Un-released Zanpakuto's Appearance:

Its hilt is yellow with a lightningbolt-shaped guard. The blade is actually a rod, rather than a blade, although its about the same length.

Resurrección Release phrase::

"Defy, Vala!"

Resurrección Appearance::

When released, his mask fragments change from two earings to rows of earings up the side of each ear.
His back becomes covered in the white hollow-like material that accompanies a Resurreccion. Protruding from this material are seven black rods, which are the focus of his Resurreccion.

Resurrección Abilities::

Hyoto's Resurreccion focus around the seven rods protruding from his back, with each released rod becoming more powerful:
Rod 1: "Huelga"- "Strike." The first of the rods extends from his back, growing to about twice its visible length, and Hyoto extracts it, using it like a normal weapon.
Rod 2: "Aullido" - "Howl." The second rod extends from his back, to about the same length of the first, and Hyoto extracts it and attaches it to the end of the first. An electric current runs through the joined rods, extending in a lightning bolt to some distance outwards, forming a giant wolf of lightning, controlled like the rods are a leash.
Rod 3: "Choque"- "Shock." The third rod extends to about 3/2 the lengths of the other rods, and shoots into the sky. This creates a giant lightning storm, rivaled only by real world level 5 hurricanes.
Rod 4: "Atraer"- "Attract." The fourth rod is almost identical to the first two rods, and is added to their staff. This time, it acts as a lightning rod and attracts the lightning from the third rod. This creates sparks and sets the entire staff on fire. This also cancels out the ability of the second rod, devoting the whole staff to being set on fire.
Rod 5: "Duplicado"- "Duplicate." When Hyoto extracts this staff, he slams it into the ground, and it dissolves into many makibishi, layering the ground. They have no direct attacking capabilities, other than if the opponent happens to step on them, but their number appears to be limited only to the number Hyoto wants or needs. These makibishi also catch fire very easily, which go along with his 4th Rod, which sets fire to them.
Rod 6: "Soplar"- "Blow." This rod acts the same as the first and second, being added on to the staff, but this time it negates the fire and adds a "blowing" power to the staff. This adds on to the Rod 3, 4 and 5 combination, being able to blow the fire in any direction to attack the opponent. This means the makibishi aren't the weapon so much as their ability to spread the fire.
Rod 7: "Suicidio"- "Suicide." This is an ultimate, VERY last resort technique. Hyoto discards his other rods and extracts his final rod, which is much thicker, heavier, and apparently painful for him to extract. This is his "ultimate" technique, in a way, as it causes the most damage he can ever do. He jabs the rod through his stomach, causing a massive explosion created by the ignition of his reiatsu. This kills him, but the blast power and radius has a high probability of killing the opponent as well, or even just severly injuring them. This works great with Rod 5, as it will set them on fire in the most extreme way, causing even more damage.

History/Background:

As a human, Hyoto was badly abused by his family, both mother and father. This subconsciously transfered over to him as a hollow, as he found himself only devouring the souls of abusive people, namely parents.
When he was in Hueco Mundo, he became a Gillian by devouring only hollows who were placed in control of other, weaker hollows. As a Gillian, he made his way to becoming an Adjuchas by devouring other Gillian who were in his same position (although this was hypocritic, to say the least). He then became associated with the Arrancar army in an attempt to view Aizen's authority, and perhaps assassinate him, for going against Hyoto's morals.
However, his assassination attempt failed miserably, but instead of slaying him, Aizen saw his potential and made him an Arrancar. Hyoto was devastated by this, having been subdued by the very thing that he lexisted to kill, but after learning of Aizen's plans to kill the Spirit King, his view's began to line up with his new master's...

RP Sample:

Hyoto sheathed his sword, an Adjuchas falling before him and dissolving away. Another pathetic follower, falling to his blade.

"Very good, Hyoto." Namae said from a rock behind him. "I see you're still able to kill things naturally weaker than you. What an amazing feat."
That was Namae, a sarcastic son of a b*tch.

"Your sarcasm is as bad as ever." Hyoto said, his voice betraying no emotion. "Now lets go, Aizen-sama's orders still stand, and we are still to follow them."

"Thats not like you, to take orders from a higher-up." Namae grinned out, obviously amused. "Hypocrit?"

"Its not so much as orders, as it is my ideals lining up with his." Hyoto remarked. "These are not commands he is giving me as a mass superior, but missions I am accepting as a partner in his goal."

"Still sounds like bull to me." Namae snapped. "You go on and on about these weak-hearted going around and allowing themselves to be controlled, or those scumbag who controll them. That seems like your's and Aizen's relationship now, doesn't it?"

Hyoto gripped the hilt of his guard, one of them having to give way. The guard was superior to his strength, and his hand fell to his side, an empty look in his eyes. You could have sworn that he was crying without tears. This existence was tearing at him, devouring him from the inside out, and back in again...

Firstly, please fix your personality. He's like a walking contradiction.

Secondly, actually put in the attempt to write out a history. It doesn't need to be special or anything, but at least have it there.

Your sample RP also says that his personality is a walking contradiction.

Also, your final attack can't guarantee anything. Like, you wouldn't so much as scratch Aizen if you killed yourself.

Ok, first off, I'd like to thank you for reviewin this character. I've been waiting, so thank you.
Secondly, I fixed the requested fields. I gave him a real personality, background, and I think I related some of that into his RP sample.
And I changed the description for his final attack. As a side note, I would like to remind you that this kills him, so I would be able to RP as him if I use it, so I'd like to get something out of it
