Keikoku is very narcissistic and considers himself very beautiful. He also loves anything that he finds beautiful. He considers the rose to be the only thing in the world to match his beauty, since he finds red to be the most beautiful color, and makes a point to surround himself with them. As a result of his love of the color red, he has grown a liking to the sight of blood.Appearance:
He finds his own fighting style to be a work of art, and as a result, has no remorse for killing others, for he sees their deaths as parts of his artwork. Among the things he considers beautiful is swordsmanship, when executed in the right way. In opposition, he finds hand-to-hand combat an ugly and brutish way to fight, so he never trained in it, resulting in him to be very poor at it.
Zanpakuto Spirit:
Keikoku was long blond hair, and beautiful green eyes. He is in fact, quite handsome, and he knows it. He wears a white sash with rose painted on it around his waist.
Rozemaru is just as narccisistic as Keikoku, and with a worse attitude. Keikoku and Rozemaru often get into arguments, normally over who is better looking.Sealed Zanpakuto:
He has medium length, green hair, green eyes, and wears a pink kimono covered with pictures of flowers.
The inner world of Rozemaru is a lush green forest, filled with flowers of all types and colors.
While sealed, Rozemaru is a longer than average katana. The hilt has a red flower design while the crossgaurd is in the shape of a hexagon.Shikai Description:

The blade of Rosemaru will extend and wrap around the target, drawing slight blood with the thorn-like barbs along the blade. The barbs will then extend, shooting deeper into the victims body.

Appearance: The blade of Rozemaru becomes a thorn covered vine, though it still retains the strength of a regular zanpakuto blade. A rose grows on the pommel while the hilt and crossgaurd become green, twisting vines.
General: Like in Shikai, the blade of Aoi Ouji Rozemaru can extend and wrap around the opponent. The blade can also sprout more vines off of itself to create a mass of vines to attack the opponent with.
"Iabara Nigiri"Skill Level: Kidou: Intermediate
The blade of Rosemaru will extend and wrap around the target, drawing slight blood with the thorn-like barbs along the blade. The barbs will then extend, shooting deeper into the victims body.
"Shan Oujou"
Keikoku will shoot Aoi Oouji Rozemaru's blade into the ground. Hundreds of vines will sprout from the blade underneath the ground and emerge underneath the target, attempting to engulf the victim in thorny vines. Once the target is capture, the vines will compress instantly around the target, crushing and tearing the victim. On the outside, a giant rose will bloom on top of the mass of vines.

History/Background:
Keikoku never wanted to be a shinigami as a child. He thought it was a very ugly profession, to be surrounded by so many ugly hollows. It was his father, Naimaru, who wanted him to serve as a shinigami. Keikoku would constatnly get into arguments with his father, who insisted there was no greater honor than serving as a shinigami. When Keikoku was 10, his father died, killed by an incredibly strong hollow. As soon as Keikoku heard, he instantly wanted revenge on the hollows. He decided that he could both avenge his father and eliminate the ugly hollows from the world by becoming a shinigami. Keikoku dedicated himself to incorperating his love of beauty into his tasks as a shinigami. He practiced his swordplay to make it appear as though he was dancing. He was quickly assigned to squad 13. He became vice captain shortly after Captain Kensai was became captain.RP Sample:
The sun beat down upon Keikoku's face as he lie in the grass, a slight breeze rolling over him. He had just gotten back from the world of the living, having to take care of a few hollows that had been causing a lot of trouble.
'Those ugly hollows are always such a nuisance... why couldn't they at least be pleasant to look at?' he thought.
He closed his eyes and relived his last battle...
The hollow was incredibly large, standing at over 100 feet tall. It's mask was skeletal and repulsive, streaks of blue covering the left side. The behemoth opened it giant mouth and roared. Keikoku stood in disgust, drawing his zanpakto.
"Vine! Rozemaru!" he exclaimed.
The blade of his weapon instantly changed to a black, barbed rapier. He waved the blade through the air a few times before stating, "And the artist begins his latest work."
The hollow swiped at Keikoku with a massive hand, knocking down a large mass of trees. Keikoku had jumped to avoid the attack. He swung his zanpakuto, the blade extening out of the hilt and striking the hollow's arm.
"Ibara Nigiri!" commanded Keikoku.
The blade wrapped around the shoulder of the monster, diggin into the flesh. Keikoku pulled down on the sword, tightening the grip of his blade around the arm until it was sliced off. The hollow let out a roar and grasped the stump that remained on its body. While the hollow was distracted, Keikoku swung the blade again, this time the blade connecting with the hollows mask. The blade wrapped around the hollows head. Keikoku pulled again, splitting the mask. The hollow then dispersed and disappeared. Keikoku's zanpakuto returned to it's sealed state and he sheathed it. Another shinigami nearby was watching in awe.
"It was a beautiful fight, wasn't it?" Keikoku said to him.
