When his speed is doubled, his strength goes down to about 3/4 of normal. When tripled, his speed goes down to about 3/5 of normal.
Learn your math; 3/4 of normal would be a larger decrease in strength than 3/5 of normal -_- Super dash also needs some sort of limitation; he cant super dash forever, can he? I suggest reading the Guide for Human Apps and use the template for abilities.
It is not decresed by 3/4ths, it is decreased TO 3/4ths of his normal power. That means 75% is still intact. for 3/5ths, that leaves 60%. I wouldn't expect to use Super dash forever, but I guess that works.

I'd also like you to remove the 'racing' aspect from both the history and sample post, as that's stretching it too much, as you already have reference to Captain Falcon as a name. Falcon is fine, but Captain Falcon is stretching it... adding appearance and now history of racing, it's a bit much.[/quote]
Umm... his appearance is quite different than the real Captain Falcon, but I guess I understand the racing refernce part. The problem is, his moveset is based on the racing theme. Speed, power, the fire? Even the super dash is based on racing somewhat. If you still want me to change the racing aspect, he's going to need a lot more changing than just the RP sample and a small history edit.
Also, haven't you done the same, except in a different way? You used summons as Rydia's Shikai and Inner Hollow, and you even have Kain's mask as hers. The main reason I use racing is because it is a human sport. You can't really use summoning and get away with it as a normal ability, or a history.
