History/Background:
Age: 27
Gender: Male
Personality:
Jeremiah is a man of justice. He has a clear path of righteousness, even when choosing morally grey areas. He is very confident, even cocky at times. He will always seek evil out, never cowering even at the greatest of enemies. He doesn't have too many friends, however, because most cannot stand his overly righteous attitude. He tries to avoid killing, but is not unwilling to do so to an evil person.Appearance:
Jeremiah has a respect for authority, but is still a little suspicious of it, since many leaders are corrupt these days. He always tries to find out background information on people before even talking to them. He likes to know all of the facts before rushing into a situation. However, if something gets his blood boiling, he will charge at it head on, recklessly. With his work in the Marines, Jeremiah was promoted to the rank of Captain at record time before he retired. As such, he always introduces himself as Captain Falcon.
Jeremiah works out a lot, and therefore has a lot of muscles. He wears blue jeans, and a bright red shirt, with a falcon on it. He wears his racing shirt that he wears during his races a swell. He wears a blue racing helmet which covers his eyes, even during the day, as this makes his image even more famous.Origin of Power:
During a qualifying cup race, Jeremiah was racing his hardest. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the steering wheel. This caused Jeremiah to crash a what should have been a fatal crash. To normal humans, he miraculously survived. What had happened was there was a shinigami who had fallen in love with Jeremiah. When he crashed, she went to his rescue and quickly healed him. She gave him too much power though, and unleashed the inner fire inside Jeremiah. He now plays both in here and works at night as a bounty hunter/vigilante. Throughout the use of these powers, Jeremiah has accented these through his love of racing.Special Abilities:
Jeremiah trains his body in his own special mix of karate and street fighting, giving him more strength than the average human, even without his special abilities, and the ability to fight hand to hand like an MMA fighter.Powers First Stage:
Captian's Fury: Jeremiah has the ability to add a flaming burn of passion to his attack. most of his attacks are deadly to begin with; when flame is added to them, Jeremiah becomes even more powerful. It is only a small fire, but can easily burn wherever the attack hit. This can be held for about ten minutes, before a charging time of 30 minutes starts. It is started when he concentrates energy to his body for 5 seconds, in a standing position with his arms at his side.Powers Second Stage:
Blue Falcon: This is another stat-raising boost. Instead of adding flaming attacks, though, Jeremiah's speed will be doubled, or even tripled, allowing extremely quick combos to be used. Doubling his speed can only be used twice an hour, while tripling can only be done once every two hours. This also only last about ten minutes. In order to start this, he does a salute, and says "Show me your moves!" While doing this, his moves are weaker than normal, thus giving a trade-off of power to speed. When his speed is doubled, his strength goes down to about 3/4 of normal. When tripled, his speed goes down to about 3/5 of normal.
Super Dash: This is used when there is a long distance between Jeremiah and his opponent. Jeremiah gets into a sprinting position, then runs towards his opponent with incredible speed. When he reaches the opponent, he will either grab them and throw them, or throw a powerful punch. This can be used in the air, but Jeremiah will throw a roundhouse kick aimed at the opponent's side, knocking them quite a distance. The mac distance he can run using this is 150 meters.
Falcon Punch: This unleashes a powerful force built up inside of Jeremiah. It is more than 10x the strength of Jeremiah's normail punches. When focused in its entirety, it could even take down a building. The basics are simple: Jeremiah focuses energy in his hand, and then throws the punch with full force. It creates sparks instead of fire if used during Captain's Fury, for some reason. It can only be used a maximum of three times a day, and once done the third time, Jeremiah will lose his ability to control his reiatsu, not allowing him to use any other abilities, no matter how much he has left.Skill Level: Special Items: Beginner

History/Background:
at the age of 8, Jeremiah's father was killed in a bank robbery. Jeremiah was very grieved, especially because he loved his father very much. Unfortunately, the man was never caught. At this point in time, Jermiah was 15. He found that the police were incompetent in what they were doing, and wanted to be something better. In wanting to do better, he took karate classes and became a blackbelt in two years. At 18, he enlisted into the marines.RP Sample:
In the marines, he quickly learned how to fight street-style, and incorporated the two together to be the best fighter in his base. He would always excel in any training or activity, effectively building him up and progressing through the ranks. He soon became a captain at the age of 25, the fastest in his base. Unfortunately, he decided to not re-enlist, because his mother was sick.
He moved back closer to home, and stayed a year with his mother for her last year. It was this time he took an interest in racing. His mother loved to watch the city races, and Jeremiah would take her to them on days she felt well enough. He eventually decided to try out, and barely made it in the tryouts for circuit races, and would practice at night when his mother was asleep.
Before one of these practice runs, however, Jeremiah noticed someone stealing things in the locked-up announcement booth. Jeremiah went inside, and managed to stop the criminal with his quick fighting moves. It was through here that Jeremiah also recieved his love for stopping criminals. Unfortunately, two days after the incident, his mother finally gave away to the illness and died. In remembrance of his mother, Jeremiah quickly rose up to be among one of the country's best racers.
Every other night Jeremiah would go out fighting crime, wearing his signature outfit. He would also wear this during the day, during his races. The two were eventually connected, and Jeremiah, or his racing name of Captain Falcon, not only became a racing legend, but a crimefighting legend. It was during his championship race, however, that the "incident" happened (more in RP). Doctors say he miraculously survived, but now Jeremiah has his powers. He has had the powers for about one year now, and won the championship race this year, at the age of 27, to become the nation's youngest championship racer.
Ten more laps, Jeremiah thought to himself, before I can win this race! He was excited. At 26, he was going to be the youngest racer to win the championship! "Mom will be proud!" he yelled as he passed up the person who was in first. Apperently this man had a sense of humor, because he had dubbed himself the Black Falcon. He was a rising competitor, and was a rookie, just like Captain Falcon. These were the two that were vying for the cup. Unfortunately, Black Falcon would do anything to win. He proved this now, as he started bumping into Jeremiah, Jeremiah nudged back, and soon they were in a dead heat.

Final lap... And that's when it happened. Black Falcon pushed harder against Jeremiah, and spun out of control. Jeremiah spun out with him, and they both crashed onto the side of the track, cars squashed together.
Jeremiah could barely stay conscious. The pain was excrutiating. He managed to open the door, before the pain was too much for him even to move. He could feel the darkness come over his mind, but he would fight it for as long as he could. all of a sudden, a calming feeling came over Jeremiah. he could feel the pain ebbing away. This is it, he thought, I'm dying... he looked as his body one las ttime. he thought he was dreaming; the bones were slowly being pushed back into place, and the cuts and bruises were being healed. He pinched himself. It was real! He was wondering how it happened, then noticed someone coming into view. It was a woman with blue hair, leaning over him and pumping some sort of energy into him, It worked, because Jeremiah soon felt his body coming back to normal, he moved his hands, the felt fine. He could feel his feet! But for some reason, the woman did not stop. Her blue eyes were filled with tears, and she was wispering something. Jeremiah struggled to listen, and he finally heard it.
"Please live," she was whispering, over and over. At that point, Jeremiah had officially fallen in love. He said, "I'm fine now. Thank you very much, miss." She stopped. She smiled in glee, and brushed away the tears from her eyes.
Jeremiah asked her, "What is your name?" She started to reply, my name is..." but Jeremiah blacked out. He was exhausted from his healing.
"Wait!!!!" Jeremiah yelled out as he woke up. He looked aound, as attendants gathered around him. He was in a hospital! He looked around, there were cards for him, and even presents from adoring fans. A doctor came in after hearing the commotion.
"Doctor Torres, at your service," the doctor said. "Captain Falcon, I am a fan of your racing. How are you feeling?"
"I'm fine," Jeremiah said hurredly. "Where is that woman that healed me? I need to know her name!"
Doctor Torres looked suprised. "Woman?" he asked. "There was no woman at the accident. It was just you there, all by yourself. Well, other than Black Falcon. Poor man, he may not make it..." Torres trailed off.
"But I was hurt!" Jeremiah said loudly. "Badly! She appeared out of nowhere, and healed me! How do explain that I'm not hurt?!"
Doctor Torres looked suprised. "You must have been hallucinating," he said. "It was a miracle that you didn't even get hurt! You were asleep for three days, but thatis about it. I'm suprised about your condition." Jeremiah realized that it would be no use trying to convince him of anything. Jeremiah knew he needed to find out who that woman is. He decided that this was his new mission in life.
