A story of ambition and rage driven by tragic past. Revan meets the expectations of many arrancar mindsets. His primary emotions are Rage, Hate, Anger, Vengeance. Vengeance itself is his own aspect of Death.

Revan, was once a man of kind intention, is now a weapon of destruction, consumed by his lust for power and revenge against Soul Society and contempt for the both humans and shinigami.

Revan is an incredibly powerful individual, attaining such strength through his own will and training. He spends every moment of his existance trying to reach new heights in his power, and to surpass those around him. Revan has very strong will power and stubbornly refuses to give up once he sets his mind to something. However, the base of his will is his emotions. Being so emotionally driven, he often risks his life in battle, even if he is aware of the danger. He would walk straight into an ambush, knowing that the enemy was planning it. He wouldn't back down from an opponent stronger than himself for any reason. Revan's throw it all away attitude stems from his single minded purpose.

Revan once had a sister by the name of Priscilla. In both life and death (afterlife) he had dedicated himself to protect her from any danger. She was meek but joyful and pure of heart. However, he had failed to protect her in a skirmish against a squadron of shinigami. Because shinigami killed his sister, Revan will slaughter any shinigami he encounters without hesitation. But his hatred for the Shinigami aren't in anyway connected to the common hollow mentality. He dislikes hollows because of their animalistic nature and violent mindset that had threatened his sister while they were hollows themselves. He dislikes humans as he blames their foolishness for his and his sister's suffering while they were still alive. Arrancar are perhaps the only group that he isn't biased against, but that doesn't mean he feels obligated to treat any of them with kindness or sympathy if they don't deserve it.

Revan is in no way kind to those around him. In fact he is unfriendly and speaks with a harsh tone, even to his superiors. He is indifferent to things that don't concern himself and his own goals. Revan isn't very respectful to anyone, not even his superiors in Aizen's army, but he does know when to hold his tongue and when its best to just stay quiet. He isn't prone to outbursting when in meeting and such. For an emotion driven person, he can be cool headed as long as the issue at hand does not effect him personally. Revan garners a bit of respect and gratitude for Gin and Aizen for granting him greater power

When fighting, Revan tends to kill his opponents as soon as he can instead of playing around with them. He methods of dispatching his enemy are usually quite violent, but not sadistic.

*Revan's hollow mask is located along his right cheek bone. The mask remnant is similar to the back of a tiger's lower jaw.

Arrancar Powers:

Enhanced Strength - Revan's physical strength is his most incredible feat. While not a master martial artsit with deadly moves like Soi-fon, the force behind his strikes are enough to shatter stone with ease. Revan can rip through steel with his bare hands, collapse a building with a simple kick, and lift objects hundreds of times his own weight. A strike to the body of an unseated shinigami would likely shatter his bones and rupture the entire organ system, while at the same time, the said shinigami's corpse would find itself lying in a pile of rubble of whatever structure it just hit. If someone of equal level is hit by Revan's earth shattering strikes, they'd find themselves crashing through several solid surfaces if they have no way to counter it.

High Spiritual Pressure - Revan had nearly crossed the entire hollow evolution, he had been a vasto lorde for just a few days when he was transformed into an arrancar, meaning his reietsu levels had reached incredible levels. His high amount of energy combined with his will power is a huge contributer to his incredible endurance in battle. This said, one could assume that they would have to kill Revan if they wanted to win a fight with him, as outlasting him is near impossible. The amount of reietsu in his body is so intense, that he can't release it all at once because it would be very unstable, so he couldn't put out a level of energy to rival Aizens, but he can at least battle at his full strength for a great deal of time without exhausting himself. Revan usually lets his energy leak out to keep his reietsu at a stable level.

Natural Arrancar Powers:

Cero - Revan ability with a cero is as great as his physical strength. With such a large pool of spiritual energy to draw from, Revan can shoot very powerful blasts at his opponents a great number of times. Revan doesn't have any special cero varients unique to his unreleased form, but one could say his cero blasts are more powerful than most other Arrancar. Revan's Cero is red in color. He charges it by making a fist and he shoots it from the palm of his hand. He can shoot two cero at once, one from each hand, to attack multible targets in different directions. In exchange for a doubled charge time, Revan can combine two of his own ceros together by holding both his hands together for the attack. This combined cero is nearly twice as powerful as a normal cero, but isn't really a unique ability. It is just an ability that Raven can easily utilize without much worry of depleting energy. He has had practice with his Cero and prefers it when taking on multible opponents or when trying to cause extra destruction.

Hierro - Revan's hierro is of an advanced level. While not on the level of Nnoitra's but it serves as a great defense. Raven's hierro is balanced so it can really be exploited for a weakness, but it can still be cut, so he's not invincible. His hierro is strong enough to prevent an unreleased blade from cutting him, let him catch a blade barehanded, and take minimal damage from an low leveled shinigami's shikai (or something of equivalent force), as well a being resistant to energy based attacks such as another cero. Of course, a toughened hierro is to be expected from someone who allows himself to take as much as physical punishment as Revan.

Sonido - Revan possesses the typical arrancar ability of sonido, a series of rapid movements invisible to the naked eye, punctuated by a breif static sound. Reven's sonido is about avererage in comparison to other's but he doesn't use the ability much in battle. Reven's mregular movements can be very fast on thier own, though more straightfoward and visible, he likes to overwhelme his opponents this way. As for using sonido to dodge, well, he'd reather just blast his way through an attack than run away.

Zanpakuto's name:

El Tigre (Tiger)

A european style longsword with a marron hilt and light gold tip and hilt. The scabbard is of the same color scheme and hangs at the back of his waste. (see above picture for a more vivid idea of apearance of the zanpaktou)

His zanpaktou weighs about 1 ton.

Resurrección Release phrase::

Resurrección Appearance::

In his resureccion, Revan takes on a much more tiger like appearance. His outward appearance initially seems the same, but he grows a tail, and his ears become a bit more cat like, both being made of the typical arrancar mask substance. His muscle mass increases slightly, but not by so much, and his teeth sharpen into human fangs. His finger nails grow longer and sharper like human claws.

After these intial changes, slower changes occur over time. Starting from his hollow hole at his chest, a black tiger stripe type pattern spreads across his body until it covers all of his skin. This final, slower change completes his tiger-like appearance.

Revan also keeps his zanpaktou in this form. The sword of his transforms into a large, six foot long, longsword with a rediculously wide blade. (Think cloud strife or Inuyasha size) Other than the increase in size, the pattern and the appearance of the sword seems the same. His sword weighs 4 tons in this form.

Resurrección Abilities::

As the tiger stripe pattern spreads over his body, his power increases. His reietsu levels, strength, and speed increase. The more of the pattern that covers his body, the more these attributes increase. His cero's will be more powerful, his endurance greater, his physical strength stronger, and his speed faster. Revan's hierro and sonido however, remain the same. When the pattern completely covers his body, Revan will reach his peak of power, able to pull a great deal of reietsu from his pool of energy. His body's greater endurance and resistance in resurreccion allows him to release more of his vast amount of stored reietsu at once, tearing the ground asunder and chocking the air like a thick fog. The more Rage and Hate that is in Revan's heart at the time, the faster the stipres will spread. (total time to peak power, 3-5th post after release.) Revan's flaw in this form is that he begins to lose his own mind and all thought slips away from him, leaving him with only animalistic intinct to kill. The greater his rage, the less able he is to control his own actions. With this in mind, even when overwhelmed by the sheer force, a seasoned warrior could defeat Revan by using planned strategy or tactics.

Also, once he reaches his peak, Revan's remaining stored reietsu begins to drain, as such massive amounts of reietsu are needed to support this form. If an opponent is able to counter, evade, or simply survive Revan's barrage of savage attacks, then they may yet be able to win as Revan will collapse and revert back to his unreleased form.

Revan's powers in resurreccion are incredible and destructive. But if one can outlast him or outsmart him, then they may yet see victory.


Cero Rugido (Roar Cero) - Once he reaches his peak, Revan can fire his own special cero. Cero Rugido, in size, form, and power, is similar to a Grand Rey Cero. The difference is, the Cero is formed, charged, and fired from Revan's mouth. To fire the cero, Revan's let out a deafening roar like a tiger. Of course, something of this magnitude would take a toll on the user. Revan already starts losing energy when he reaches his peak. Shooting Cero Rugido would quicken this process. He may be partially fine when shooting it once, but by the second time, his energy levels would be dangerously low. A third time would drain his body of all its energy. If Revan loses his energy by the passing of time, then he will revert back to his unreleased form, but he'd still have the energy to fight a little longer, or escape. Losing the last of his energy by firing Cero Rugido would tap into all of his energy, well past where his enegy would stop depleting from time. This would leave Revan unable to move or speak, let alone fight or escape. He'd be completely helpless, and since his thought is simplified to animal intinct and killing intent, its very possible that he wouldfire this attack past his limit.

History/Background:

Raymond Cornwell was born in 1923 in England, the first child of two. He lived a peacful life, devoid of conflict or crime. He went to school, hung ouot with a few of his friends, played on the streets. It was a blissful time of his life. In 1931 when Revan was about 8 years old, his sister Priscilla was born, completing the cornwell family. Life continued on with little trouble until the day Great Britain declared war upon Germany. Revan's mother had died a few years after Priscilla was born, and their father was sent off to the frontlines where he died from an artillery shell (news that they never recieved) so they were left to a foster home in London. Eventually the German forces began their campaign to attack Britain directly, carrying out bombing runs on London. The city was evacuated of all its children, many were crowded into the trains to go to the countryside. Revan and Pricsilla, who were seperated from the rest of the children, were left to fend for themselves in the chaos and make their way to the nearest train station. The night air was filled by the horrible screech of German bombers dropping their payloads. The amount of explosives being dropped onto the streets was devestating, Revan and his sister were forced to take cover in an old textile mill. Revan comfoted his frightened sister, his embrace assuring her that they would be ok. His promise that he'd always be there by her side was what let her sleep that night. Overnight both Revan and and Priscilla perished when the tectile mill was bombed and collapsed. Wehn Revan awoke, he was floating above his own corpse as well as his sister's in the debris of the factory. His chain of fate had been severed from his body, Raymond Cornwell was dead. Yet next to him was the soul of his dear sister. Though they had both died that night, they never left each other's side, surely this was a work of fate.

Revan and his sister began wondering around the ruined streets of London. Priscilla was unaware that they were really dead, but not out of denial as some souls may be, but because of the words of her brother, who assured her that they were fine, afraid of telling her the truth that they were both dead and he had no idea of what would happen to them both. They both haunted the streets for over a year as Revan tried to figure out how they both could move on to the next life, if there was one. World War II was a period of death, the shinigami were struggling with the amount of souls that were appearing and the amount of hollows coming from the cruel men who enjoyed the killing in the war. Revan and Priscilla were never intercepted by the shinigami and sent to Soul Society, instead they wondered about aimlessly. Of course, they encountered hollows along the way. The hollows attempted ot eat both of them as they fled from this new threat. His new hatred for these monster that tried to eat poor Priscilla began to warp Revan's soul. Every day he became more and more powerful, able to tear apart Hollow with his bare hands, he was becoming less humna as the hole in his chest began to grow. Revan was now a demi hollow, ironcially becoming what he hated so. Priscilla remained blind to this, as all she saw when she looked at him was her beloved brother. Revan became more violent as he slaughtered all the hollow that came near them, but remained true to his desire to protect his sister, never once allowing any harm to come to her. After years of wondering the whole of the country, Revan's transformation reached it's climax as he reformed into a tiger like beast with a white mask and a hole in his chest. Priscilla was alarmed by this at first, but realized that deep down he was still her brother. Somehow, Revan managed to ignore his basic instinct to feast up the souls of humans, and instead continued to protect his sister. She rode upon his back like a mount as he began to actively hunt other hollows and eat them.

They both travelled to Hueco mundo where they began living in the forest of menos. Revan continued to protect his sister while hunting for other hollows to satisfy his unbearable appetite. Revan was stronger than the other hollows, and his growth was surprisingly rapid. While he was eating, him and his sister were ambushed by a group of ravenous hollow who also felt the same desire to feast upon thier own. During the skrimish, all of the hollow, including Revan, formed into one large gillian. Priscilla was alarmed by this at first, she had seen these towering monsters before, they all looke the same and seemed to have no mind of their own. She was afraid that she would never have her brother back again. But as she gazed upon the mask that the large black creature wore, she noticed the pattern of black stripes that had spread across it. The titan before he still remained her brother. She began riding on his shoulder wherever he went, as he searched for other hollow and gillian to consume. Priscilla ignored his appearance and behavior, as long as she could be with her brother she was happy. Priscilla was pure of heart, so she didn't transform to a hollow after all this time, she reamined a human soul in hueco mundo, protect by the might of her brother.

After a short time as a gillian, Revan quickly transformed into an adjuchas. he had a very tiger like form and was about the size of a van . A bit smaller than some other adjuchas, but still larger enough to flaunt his physical strength. It was pretty much back to as it was before, she rode the tiger's back as he hunted for pray to keep himself in his form, which was more animal like than monster like, an appearance that Revan thought would scare his sister less. While he couldn't exhibit his full power againsat the other adjuchas because of his sister's safety, he was still able to overpower the others with his strength and speed. His power continued to grow as he became known as the predator of Hueco Mundo, hunting game to eat. His evolution took a turn for the extreme when his power became to great to much for his body to contain. He began his transformation into the highest order of all hollow, a vasto lorde. He was unable to supress his reietsu, his power was so great that he could slaughter swarms of adjuchas and gillians with ease. It was at this point that he had to leave his own sister. Revan was fearful that he may accidently kill his own sibling with his tremendous power. He left her in their special cave where they slept and never returned. Priscilla was confused as to why her brother would suddenly disappear so suddenly. She thought that something terrible had happened to her dear brother. In reality, Revan was hiding far-off, afraid to come near his sister at the expense of killing her. That was when he met Aizen. The mysterious man approached Revan with a proposition. Aizen promised that if Revan joined forces with him, then he would grant him human form and he would be able to face his sister once again, and then they could both live in Las Noches where she'd be safe. Revan agreed immediatly, and Aizen used the hogyouku to transform the incomplete vasto lorde into an arrancar. Revan thanked the man and went to retrieve his sister. Priscilla was overjoyed to see her brother once more, he apoligized for leaving her side and promised that it would never happen again. Priscilla was also happy to see her brother in a human form once more, it was like a miracle. They both went to las noches where aizen gave them their own living quarters. Both of the siblings held Aizen in high regard, as a saint in this bleack world for the hepl he gave them. They couldn't have been more wrong, but their ignorance was their own bliss. Aizen had obtained another useful pawn in his twisted game of chess against soul society, Revan had finally found a place for him and Priscilla to call home.

life went on peacefully afterwards, Priscilla stayed within the corridors of las noches while Revan served as a weapon of Aizen, going wherever the man told him to go. Whenever another arrancar gave a glance to the helpless human soul that was Revan's sister, he wouldn't doing anything less than breaking their arms and legs. Revan was a powerful force, but he could be stronger, this was what Aizen thought. The thing holding him back was his love for his sister. It had been the initial drive of his thirst for power, it now hindered his growth. To allow Revan to meet his full potential, Priscilla had to die.

Aizen carefull set up a situation that would play right into his hands. He allowed a crack to open up in the defenses of Las Noches. He then sent one of his arrancar to the real world to cause trouble and attract the attention of soul society. Soul society sent a squad of shinigami to deal with the arranar, which in turn used a garganta to transport them all to the outside of Las Noches. The opening was very obvious, and the shinigami couldn't resist the temptation to venture into the maw of the beast. The opening in Las Noches's defenses was right outside of Revan and Priscilla's living quarters. Naturally, Revan confronted the shinigami squadron and began to annihilate them all. As the battle ensued, Aizne casted his zanpaktou's illusions over them all. The illusions made one Shinigami invisible to Revan, and Aizen used the illusions to guide that shinigami right into Priscilla's room. His illusions made Priscilla appear to be an arrancar ready to strike. Out of fear of just confronting Revan, he slew the child immediatly. Aizen then lifted his illusion, allowing Revan to gaze upon the corpse of his dead sister, and the shinigami who stood over her. Revan reietsu spiked dramatically as his emotions became unstable, so did his power. In an act of fury and sorrow, he destroyed the remaining shinigami along with a section of las noches. Aizen smiled as his weapon cradled his sisters lifeless corpse in his arms, it was the first and last time the hollow ever cried.

Revan is now one of the choice killing machines of Las noches, due to his incredible power, unparalleled strength, and utter hatred for Soul Society. Revan is still unaware of who was truly behind his sisters death, and his desire for revenge blinds him from the truth.

Revan knelt silently on the cold bleak ground of his dark room, a pool of blood formed at his knees. In his arms was the body of his beloved sister Priscilla. Her face, which had once been so warm and bright was now pale and cold to the touch. Her body was limp and heavy, oh how she had felt so light when she would ride on his shoulder laughing and smiling, now it seemed too heavy to bear. But he could not let go of his dear sister, he promised he'd never let her go. How long he sat there, a few minutes? an hour? it felt like an eternity. How could he have let this happen? A single tear fell into the blood soaked shirt his sister still wore, followed by one after another.

The silent sobbing of the broken man was interrupted by the sound of echoing footsteps falling at a slow and casual pace. Revan did not react to this newcomer, he didn't even turn his head. "I regret that I have allowed such a thing to happen in my palace, had I known your sister's life was in danger, I would have come to help protect her" the man lied calmly, his voice resonated in the charred and devestated corridors; a voice so firm and calm that seemed to demand loyalty. "No....this is my own fault Aizen-sama, I failed to protect her because of my lack of power" Revan replied, his once strong and determined voice now shuddered with pain. "Its not to late, your sister may be dead, but surely you cannot let Soul Society's crime go unpunished can you?" Aizen suggested to the arrancar in his voice of black silk. "Let them feel the pain you have felt, let them learn to regret, you can still be stronger, you can still fight for your fallen sister". Revan remained silent for a few moments. "Yes, your right Aizen-sama, I will do this for you and priscilla, soul society will fall....." Aizen smiled to himself as he turned away from the the arrancar who was now filled with hate and a desire of revenge, and began slowly walking back to his throne, his footsteps fading in the distance. The corridors fell silent once more, and so did Revan.
