To Wicked...
Okay, I'm really upset. How could you deny his application? He only has one arm, mind you that arm is missing a thumb. He was in a terrible fucking accident and had to get his arm amputated and his thumb cut off! He's been messed up in the head ever since, like really crazy! He doesn't talk about it, that's why you didn't fucking know. He skipped his homework for three fucking weeks to write your god damn application and you still deny this man? I hope you feel bad, Wicked. The first time he wrote it was so ineligible, I could hardly understand it. It took him so fucking long to go over it and fix almost every single word. Yes, EVERY SINGLE WORD! You're still not gonna let him in? You should feel ashamed you piece of shit. (I double posted this on purpose!!!!)

Let me make this grueling dissection of this text as simple and straightforward as I can.
"To Wicked..." This is a basic introduction, made incorrect by using an ellipse rather than a comma.
"Okay, I'm really upset." A lot of people are. Every day.
"How could you deny his application?" I'm not sure whose application you're referring to, and it's hard to tell (since the last application that was denied was moved because the applicant guested him/herself). But all of the applications in the denied section that were not moved due to applicants giving up by leaving the sites have something in common: they don't conform to the rules quickly enough, or they don't conform to the rules at all. Applications that do not conform to the rules well enough, frankly, are an insult to the Admin. Kyra spent hours writing all of those guides. Even if you or your friend feels insulted by the denial, we should feel insulted by the reason. I did not have any idea of any injuries on your friend's part, but if it's such a struggle to type there are many programs which can help (for example, certain programs can convert speech into text via microphone).
"How could you deny his application?" First, I hold the shift key with my left ring finger. Then I press the "D" key with my right. Then I just go ahead and use my other fingers to type "e-n-i-e-d" with whatever other reasons I might want to post in the application.
"He only has one arm, mind you that arm is missing a thumb." Like I said before, if he's really having that much trouble typing he shouldn't be putting so much effort into a site - especially one like this which has very high standards. Reality comes first. I have carpal tunnel in my left hand, which has gotten very painful at the wrist due to years of drawing. If it starts hurting, I skimp out on the site until it stops to ice and heat my hand. If I can realize what my limits are (and I'm fifteen), then so can he.
"He's been messed up in the head ever since, like really crazy!" See, that's the problem. If that shows in the application, what are we to expect this person will do in a fight scene? Will he conform to the rules, or will he simply freak out and type whatever he wants, with you to use his supposed bad arm as an excuse?
"He doesn't talk about it, that's why you didn't fucking know." I probably wouldn't believe someone has a missing arm and a missing thumb on the remaining hand from a friend, as it's extremely easy to lie over the internet. Like, when I talk about my Broadway career, I usually try to keep it on the down low. Besides, no one would believe me.
And that was the lie, in case you hadn't guessed.
"He skipped his homework for three fucking weeks to write your god damn application and you still deny this man?" It's not the person, it's the content. People have worked on their applications for weeks in the past, and yes, some of them were still denied because the application did not conform to the standards we uphold here. You could be the President of the United States, and you know what? If you wrote a crappy app, and didn't fix it as the staff member told you - or hell, guested yourself before the application process was finished - then you would still be denied. You can't use status in real life to get yourself sympathy points and thus be approved. Furthermore, if he skipped his homework that was his decision. Real life comes first. I've had finals to study for, essays to write, presentations to create, and a broadcasting shoot to prepare for - in the studio, so we only had thirty minutes to get "practice" in. And a member was missing, but we still had to go. We're very understanding when it comes to real life, as when members are in school we understand there is a lot of work to be done this time of year. If it was so much trouble, he should have waited until the summer, when he wouldn't have homework to worry about.
"I hope you feel bad, Wicked." Honestly, I don't know who you're talking about so I can't say if I feel bad or not. And chances are, I don't. When I deny applicants, they're usually being difficult, or I'm having to repeat myself. Or they guested themselves and I moved them to the denied section.
"The first time he wrote it was so ineligible, I could hardly understand it." Again, not sure which app you're talking about. What is "it?"
"It took him so fucking long to go over it and fix almost every single word." No comment, as I don't even know what application this is. But if the grammar is bad, let me put it this way... An injury in the arm does not mean that his grammar is automatically bad. Pick a consistent excuse.
"Yes, EVERY SINGLE WORD!" Caps rage is never the answer. You should try bolding, or italics for extra power.
"You're still not gonna let him in?" Not on that application, or if he was the person who guested himself then that was his decision. We're not saying he can't write a new application entirely and use that one instead. "Denied" on an application does not equate to being "denied" from the board. Just denied from using the specific character on the board.
"You should feel ashamed you piece of shit." I'm the piece of shit? When you're the one who decided it was nice to post this peach of a message on the board rather than as a PM? When you're the one who decided not to mention whose application you're talking about? I realize I can be harsh, and in the past I have gone over the top with denials. I'm a very blunt individual, and yes, I am a perfectionist. However, I've allowed for some leeway in applications (for example, the personality possessing a flaw is not a requirement for approval but a suggestion and something I've written a guide on, as I understand people will write what they want anyways).
I do not feel ashamed for denying applications, especially if I do not believe the person behind the screen will behave themselves on the actual board.
We don't tolerate godmoding here, and an application won't be accepted if we believe someone will godmod. Yes, even if the person has a physical dilemma.
"(I double posted this on purpose!!!)" And now you're breaking rules. Take that as you may.
TL;DR: It takes only a click of a button to lie over the internet, quite frankly I do not believe a person who has only one arm has so much trouble typing unless he was, for some reason, typing in the dark. A common courtesy over the internet is "pics or it didn't happen." As a typical internet skeptic, I'm not only going to assume this reasoning is false, but I'm also going to ignore it until you can mature enough to realize that posting something on an "introductions" section insulting the staff is one helluva introduction.
No one is stopping your "friend" from posting a new application (or getting a microphone and using a conversion program).
If a deaf kid can pass Broadcasting 1 with an A (and the first half of that is radio, mind you), your friend can write an application with one hand.
