Evergreen Cage: That takes way too long to get out of when battles can be resolved in 14 seconds. Honestly, I think you need to rethink the approach to this power. Entrapment is a difficult power to balance. You HAVE to take into account the fact that other chacters don't want to be so heavily trapped so someone else can go kick them while they're down. It doesn't matter if your character can do it or not, the fact is, in a non-one on one battle scenario, there's a loophole that can be abused.
Nevermind that, you do not touch on evading this ability as Wicked asked you to.

How quickly does the cage grow in the first place [in seconds, minutes...]? Is the three-minute limit in a row, or total [ex: uses it for ten seconds, has to move, uses it for two minutes, has to move, can now only use it for fifty seconds]?
There's still a bit of an issue. Also, would the leaves be strong enough to, say, cut off a limb if someone didn't break all the way through at once?

Three minutes straight plus the ability to use it repeatedly worries me. Remember, battles in Bleach typically aren't that long.
