With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.
Luppi Antenor was back, bitches. He walked up the steps to the gigantic palace slowly. He wanted to take his time, because when he came back, heads would roll. He grinned, arms behind his back, as he walked into the white kingdom.
Nothing really seemed like it had changed, how typical. He looked around, and noted that he could only tell a few reiatsu. Most were weak, but there were ones that were strong.
"Starrk, Ulquiorra, Halibel, Szayel...Grimmjow." he said, with the reiatsu signatures he could identify.
There were others tugging at his memory, but he didn't care. That blueberry traitor bitch was still here, and that's all that mattered.
He wouldn't try to kill anyone just yet, though he so desired to, he'd instead get accustomed to life again.
Perhaps good fortune had fallen upon the newly resurrected Luppi, as it would so happen someone was home, and he was sleepy not too far from where Luppi entered.
Rolling over from where he napped, a half empty gourd of sake falling off him, and made a slight noise as it hit the ground. It rolled a few feet before stopping and the owner's arm hung down. The wild red hair over his face as he snored loudly, now that he was on his back. Kamina, Lord Kamina to those lower then him or Aniki to his brothers, napped on a broken pillar. Sure, he might have broken it as he walked around drunk off his monkey ass, but no one was around to dispute his right to do so.
Kamina was king, in his head, so why would anyone mess with him. Everybody knew who he was and knew not to bother him while he slept. Boy did he sleep. Right now, he dreamed his favorite dream, sitting on his throne as his harem of wives fed him various fruits. Halibel and the adult Nel were among the favorites he had feeding him grapes, if they ever found out about his dreams he would surely be hurt for weeks.
As he dreamed, a stupid grin formed over his face. "Ladies, you are all welcome to bath me. Oh, you wish to join in? By all means ooo ooo hehe." Yeah, he made some monkey noises before he giggled at his own dream, it was his right after all.
Luppi put his sleeve to his chin, as he thought he heard something. Searching around, he noticed a strong spiritual pressure emanating not too far from here. He slowly walked over until he heard talking.
He listened in, and then sweat drop at the sound of, what he thought was, a monkey. He frowned as he looked around, trying to find the beast.
Looking up, he saw him on a pillar. He casually raised himself up to the pillar, before staring curiously at the half breed. He seemed to be half monkey, and half man.
"You there, what are you going on about?" Luppi asked, politely.
He wasn't going into Las Noches to make new enemies...yet. He'd have to take care of the old ones first. He licked his lips, as thoughts of revenge overwhelmed him. Bringing himself back to the present, he waited for the...thing's answer.
He was kind of hoping to see a familiar face, but any face would do for now. Being dead was such a drag, it was enough to die once in the first place!
As the effeminate voice echoed throughout his dream world, it shattered as the women waved goodbye and blew kisses at him and Kamina tried to make chase but could not catch up. In the real world, he grasped up at the air, his face distort with grief until he rolled over and fell on his head.
As comical as it was, Kamina arose without a trace of injury. He had always been hard headed. He scratched his wild red head, the golden crown was corrected from its slanted angle, and he looked around for who dared awoke him.
He spotted the...man? It had to be a man, with that flat chest and looked like he was ego stroking, but something about this guy was womanly. Strange, for the first time (lie) he couldn't tell whether he was in the presence of a man or woman. He remained seated on the ground, legs crossed as he picked at his chin. "Come again? I didn't catch that." Asking the strange boy-girl to repeat what he had said, his toga like pelt over his pec was open enough to reveal the beginnings of a tattoo. It was the number two, but the pelt covered must of the it, only showing a bit of the top.
As he waited for the reply, he searched his clothes for his sake gourd. No where in his shirt, nor was it in his pants. He spotted it, just a foot away from where the boy-girl stood, and he crawled over to get it. "Yes, still some left." He said excitedly as he shook the gourd near his huge ear. Kamina proceeded to drink some, only to relieve his headache.
Luppi watched in amusement as the monkey/man gasped, and then grimaced, then fell. He scratched his head, like a monkey, and then glared at Luppi, who simply grinned in return.
"Oops, sorry!" he called out, mockingly. It wasn't his intention, this time, however it was just his thing.
He then sat down, and began to pick at his chin like the disgusting monster he was. He asked him to repeat what he had said, and Luppi sighed.
"I asked what you were going on about." he stated, his sleeve to his face.
Something caught his eye, at the monkey's chest. It was an Espada tattoo, it almost...no it couldn't be. Luppi thought he had saw the beginning of a two, but shook his head in denial. There was no way that Barragan could be defeated, he could even defeat Starrk with his powers.
He was snapped out of his thoughts when the man began to crawl on the ground for a gourd. He sighed, to himself, again.
"First Arrancar I meet is a complete weirdo." he complained to himself.
Tongue stuck out as he patted the bottom of the gourd to get the last of his sake, Kamina looked over at Luppi once more. He had no idea that he was talking in his sleep, so to Kamina this guy was mistaken. "Sorry, but ain't got a clue what you're talkin about." Putting his gourd in his shirt revealing his tattoo completely before he stood up.
He was no taller than Kamina, ok maybe a few inches taller, but who cares? Kamina was epic, he was worshiped, and above all modest. Yeah, he held his chin as he looked to the side with a gleam in his eye. Yeah, he was modest (insert sarcasm). Oh yeah, this guy was talking to him, so he better give him his full attention.
Patting his pants to remove any dirt from it. "Tell ya what. Just because I'm a nice guy, I'll let you buy me a drink some day." There, gave the guy a big honor. Kamina would often allow others to buy drinks for him or give him some drinks. Yep, getting on Kamina's good side was relatively easy as is getting on his bad side.
Out stretching his hand, yes the one he just used to pick at himself. Kamina continued to smile. "Kamina Su Wong, but you already knew that. I mean, everyone knows who I am." Whether Luppi took his hand didn't matter, Kamina would take it as if the man thought he wasn't worthy to shake it. Which is true, but he didn't care, he was King (self proclaimed) after all.
He was becoming more angry with the man by the second, and he was of lower intelligence than Luppi. He was about to begin a snarky comment, when his Espada tattoo was fully revealed. His face changed to one of terror, and denial.
"It's not funny to mock Barragan with having the espada 2 tattoo'd on you. He'll become most angry with you." he said, rather cocky.
If only he knew the fact of the previous segunda espada.
The mentioned not knowing what he was talking about, so he sighed. To top off his frustration, the man then said that one day he'd allow Luppi to buy him a drink. He sneered at the monkey, "As if I'd want to buy you a drink." he said, coldly, before putting his sleeve to his face again.
He stared at the outstretched hand, as if it was a demon sent to attack him. So he simply ignored the outstretched hand, and listened to his name. He was rather cocky, and it made Luppi grimace beneath his enormous sleeve.
"I don't know who you are." he stated, in a matter-of-fact tone.
Kamina had this face of disbelief when Luppi started to talk. Blinking a couple of times, a moment of silence, and then broke out in a big laugh pointing at the guy. He was holding his side as he did this, not caring what the guy said. "Hehehe Barragan mad? Hahaha I don't think he'll mind" He talked in the middle of his laughter, thinking it hilarious at this guys lack of common knowledge.
He started to calm down now, wiping a tear from his eye after a good laugh. "Ok, I think you must not have heard, but the guy is dead. Killed in the war." He told him, placing his hand on Luppi's shoulder as he explained things to the poor, confused fella.
Kamina was such a nice guy, making sure his future subject knows who's who, and what not. He'll even let the drink thing slide, for now. He could always get Idoya to pick him up something next time she went to get those paper things she likes to look at. What were they called again? Something with a b, brooms? Boobs? no, not those, he knew what those were.
Ah whatever, it didn't matter, what was he doing again? Oh yeah, educating this guy. "I'm the segunda espada, so remember the name."
