With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.
Shyra was off guard once Ryu had caught her fist, and another shock ran through her, she grinded her teeth together trying to bare the pain, but she carried on with her elbow to his face, and caught him. She looked a little shocked, not sure how to respond but she didnt have much time to think on it as he didnt bother to see to his nose and continued on battling with her. His sudden fist, aiming for her cheek was only just noticed, her reation was quick, and she brought her hand up towards her face and gripped his wrist and forced his fist to the side, with her arm now across her body. Ryu's foot was fast approaching her stomatch, he hit her hard and send her backwards, she had to twist her body so that she could make a flip and land on her feet, though a little awkardly because of her stomatch now stinging from Ryu's kick.
She ended up on her knees pushing a palm to her stomatch, but the sound of lightening drew her attention up and over to Ryu again, she had just spotted the double attack, she had little time to react, the bolts hit her, and it was alot worse than the smaller ones she had managed to cope with. She held her body tightly, hugging it and eventually laid on the ground after having been electrocuted, not moving for a while. ''Dammit...'' she whispered to herself. Her body looked battered, but she still wasnt giving in. She slowly stood up and looked to Ryu ''Oww...'' she said before straightening herself up more, she could withstand the attack, and was durable, and didnt really acknowledge wounds or injuries.
''26: Bakudou: Kyakko!'' She suddenly said and she disappeared from sight. She used another shunpo steps whilst still hidden and then from nowhere she appeared again beside Ryu after her kido had canceled out. Her fist flew at Ryu but he was putting up blocks, she swung her foot round towards his torso, her palm following after towards Ryu's face, her other hand shot forwards towards his chest, but she had no idea he might well use a Byakurai in close range.
Ryu watches as she groans in pain from his double Byakurai. Maybe he should have toned it down a little. That might have been a little excessive. Though, she didn't want him to hold back, so Ryu was going to be in trouble no matter that he did. Ryu nervously chuckles lightly and rubs the back of his head.
"Sorry about that Shyra" Ryu apologizes. She looked battered and bruised. Ryu would have to take care of that later on. He'd heal whatever injuries she sustained because of their training. Ryu knew she was tough though, and wouldn't give up from an attack like that. As if reading his mind Shyra begins to stand. She was ignoring her injuries, and ready to keep going. She was impressive. Ryu's nose still hurt from when she slammed her elbow into it. He managed to roll with the attack, but it was still a hard hit.
Shyra then announces her Bakudo. Ryu smiled wide when she does so. Kyakko was his favorite Bakudo. Ryu looks to the ground as Shyra begins her assault. He was quite familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of this technique. As she flash stepped toward him, he would attempt to watch the dust from her steps shoot into the air. He couldn't see it very well, but put up a block to his left, where he assumed the attack would come from. The technique vanishes, and Ryu called it right. He blocked her punch, but then she came around with a quick kick to his torso.
Ryu attempts to block the kick, throwing his arms downward in an X formation. Ryu then attempts to attack back, throwing a punch to her face, trying to catch her with a left hook. She then launches her palm at his face. Ryu dodges backwards, jumping back a few feet. He then rushes in, and throws a palm attack to her chest. He then attempts a hi kick to her head. Her final, attack, She manages to land a fist to his chest, slightly taking the breath out of him.
Inhaling deeply, Ryu quickly increases his speed, and flash steps to the right of Shyra. He quickly launches several attacks. He throws two fists to her chest, then a kick to her stomach, he then throws a right hook to her cheek, and finally, spins 360 degrees, pushing speed into his final kick, which would send her backwards. Each attack held the usual amount of electricity in their strikes. He would then point a hand forward.
"Hado 33; Sokatsui" He announces. From his hand erupts a large blast of blue energy, which charges toward Shyra, hopefully hitting it's target. Whether it hits her or not, it would cause an explosion that sends a lot of dust and debris into the air, giving cover to bolt Ryu and Shyra.
Shyra smirked seeing he had blocked her fist, so he had been able to read her movements, his arms stopped her kick towards his torso too. She grunted a little in annoyance before reacting to the fist appraoching her face, after taking the hit she continued to launch her palm forwards seeing he had moved backwards to avoid it. He then raced towards her again going for her chest, she almost gave a scream at the shock, she angrily moved her hand forwards and pushed Ryu's arm away. She had to lean away from Ryu to just about miss his high kick towards her head, her fist then hit his chest. She heard him aplologize for is attack, she smiled to him ''Its ok...im alright...'' she reassured him.
Shyra watched Ryu once he stopped breifly, she could feel the aches and pains in her body, but only when she stood still. Before she knew anything else Ryu had disappeared. She widened her eyes more and then looked to her left and then right, wondering where he'd turn up. She heard something to her right and there was Ryu. Seeing his fists heading for her she panicked, he hit her in the chest causing her to stumble backwards she landed on the floor from the force of Ryu's kick to her stomatch and punch to her face she winced a little just sitting there. Her breathing quickened some more as she looked up at Ryu seeing him starting up another hado attack. She was shocked for a moment and had to roll quickly to escape it, it blasted into something behind her causing an explosion. She sat up watching the blast and seeing the debris flying everywhere. She looked to Ryu and then laid down on her back covering her face with her arm.
She suddenly propped herself up a litte onto her elbows and looked to Ryu's ankles she grinded her teeth together to be able to pair the pain when moving so that she could sit up and lean forwards to quickly swipe her foot under Ryu's legs hopfully to knock Ryu off balance. She then stood up fastly and gripped Ryu by his collar before he could disappear anywhere, she drew her fist back plunging it towards his face a couple of times before turning quickly, her leg following round to make a kick towards the side of his head, she then bent that same leg at her knee moving it down a little in line with his chest giving another kick. She held her palm out in front of her in fighting stance to hold her defence, but still keeping her eyes on Ryu. She had been weakened a little from all the hits she had taken so she wasnt sure if she'd be fast enough to hit him. But Shyra had good stamina, she could go on and on fighting hand to hand and she recovered from injuries well, she was pushing herself to her near limits, and all of this training would help in a real battle. She immediatly went to swing another punch to him if he had managed to dodge and avoid her hits.
There is fighting going on in the training grounds. Sayu is enjoying a cup of hot peppermint tea. She looks up to see two Shinigami sparring. She views and analizes their every move.She then says out loud"Hello im Sayu"Sayu Then sips another cup of tea and she looks at the female shyra sayu thinks"thats a sexy girl", She then sits and waits for a response. She deep down inside wants to fight but she is trying not to.
Sayu then begins to think of what happend the last time she sparred with any one. She shiverd and a flash back, "Sayu landing on her face". She then stretches and rubs her head and continue to watch the spar, Sayu puts on a scarf and sips the tea and waits.
The debris and dust from the explosion blanketed the training grounds, giving significant cover to both combatants. Extending his senses into the cloud of debris, Ryu attempts to follow was Shyra was doing. She didn't seem to be moving right now, but she had managed to dodge his attack. She was an incredible woman. Ryu smiles as this thought passes in his mind. Shyra doesn't emerge for a moment, and Ryu nearly calls out to ask if she is okay, then, from the cloud, she thrusts out.
Shyra sweeps her leg under Ryu, attempting to catch him off guard and cause him to fall off balanced. Seeing the attack, Ryu jumps into the air, avoiding the kick. Ryu levitates into the air, floating a few feet over the battle ground. Shyra then vanishes, and Ryu notices her hand gripping his collar. Ryu's eyes widen, he didn't expect her to get so close, to expose herself like this. Then, she arches back her fist, and thrusts it toward his face. He has little time to react, but manages to do so. Moving his hand quickly in front of his face, he manages to catch Shyra's hand. He grips it tightly, but then, she brings up her leg, kicking him in the chest. This causes Ryu to lose his breath and release her hand. Shyra then thrusts it once more into his face, hitting him. Ryu then flash steps backwards, and watches as Shyra takes her fighting stance. He rubs his now sore nose, and looks toward Shyra. She was good, very good. He was going to have to step it up in order to top that unstoppable stamina or hers.
Ryu keeps his eyes one the young woman. He smirks toward her. "So, enjoying yourself so far?" Ryu asks, amusement clearly in his voice. He knew he was, this was a fun little sparing match the two were having. He would wait until Shyra's answer, then make his move. Ryu then increases his reiatsu output, creating a shock wave that slams into Shyra. It would be enough to push her back a bit, before Ryu really began. Quickly flash stepping toward the woman, Ryu thrusts his fist forward, slamming it into her stomach. After this, he would throw a fist to her cheek, then throw his knee up into her stomach. Once she had doubled over from the attack, he would raise both of his hands up, cupping one hand in the other, then throwing it down, slamming it into her back and sending the woman sprawling into the ground below. Each of his attacks would hold and increased potency of electricity being sent through her body when struck. Ryu would stay in the air, watching for Shyra's next movement. He promised himself that he would heal any injuries she sustained from this match.
Shyra kept her stance as she watched Ryu disappear with a flash step, she didnt know where he would turn up next, but she'd try to listen out for him or guess, maybe it would be the right one. She hears him ask if she was enjoying herself, she smirked. ''Sure i am...especially now its getting into a more heated sparring match...'' she smiled before hearing a girl speak up. She knew better than to look away from Ryu and to the new arrival as his reiatsu increased.
Shyra was suddenly sent backwards on her feet from the shock wave that hit her, she held her balance well and it made it easier for her to spot Ryu flash step towards her and make some more series of attacks on her. She see his fist heading for her stomach she leaned backwards just missing his fists, though his knee caught her making her lean forwards quickly. Ryu then made another hit towards her back making her fall to her knees once more. She growled angrily feeling the electricity run through her body again. Some spots of blood hit the floor from the strain of her body after all the hits Shyra took. But it was mainly from the attack Ryu had just made on her back.
But she still stood up looking to Ryu, she flash stepped rapidly before finally appearing behind him ''Bakudou 62: Hyapporankan!'' she called out a bright rod of reiatsu formed and she quickly threw it towards him from a fairly close range. Shyra smirked a little before she flash stepped again. The reiatsu suddenly disintegrated into a larger number or smaller rods flying towards Ryu.
Shyra then appeared in front of him ''Hadou 54: Haien!'' Shyra called out and a blast of purple reiatsu soared at Ryu immediately after her first kido attack was cast. Shyra would then run forwards if her kido attacks did not hit and swing another fast punch to his face. She hadnt of expected to be so rushed to make attacks to keep up with Ryu, he had definitely gotten faster and each hit he landed on her had an extra kick to it from the electricity, she'd have to watch her step from here on.
