Tommyco sits in his cell in the nest of maggots with a angry look." How could they do this to me. They throw me in this place for a week."
Tommyco moves to the ground and sits on the ground. " I should wor out then it looks like I will have alot of time on my hands now." Tommyco started to do 400 situps. Tommyco then looked out of the cell." Sombody should come to see me soon." He said because he has knowbody to talk to.

Shortlyafter the trial was over Hitsugaya was order to head to the nest, to check on a prisoner that had been in there for a few hundred years, as he arrives at the door to the main cell block, he comes across two guards who happen to be from the second division he walks up and begins to speak saying.
Captain Hitsugaya im here to check on the status of one of the prisons so stand side I won’t be long, *with that Hitsugaya begins to walk down the stairs leading to the cells, as he arrives he comes across Tommyco cell knowing full well he deserved to be in there, he walks up to his cell and speaks saying
“ Tommyco why did you do, how could you act like you did your captain is annoyed not to mention half of the soul society dislike you, but im amassed you even got a week, should of been longer, but if the commander wants you in there for week who am im to stop her.

When Captain Hitsugaya came and started to talk. Tommyco could not even look him in the eye. Tommyco got up and walked over to the cell doors." 1 there is not that big a number of people who don't like me. Some of the captains like SoiFon, the captains of 11th,13th, and 1st divisions. I think you could be added to the number of unhappy captains also right?"
At the time Tommyco did not even feel like smiling so he didn't." There are still people in the soul society who likes me I have friends I don't thing everybody would still call me a friend but there is just a small number of 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 10th, 11th, and 13th division members who don't like me. But why I got only a week I don't know. I don't feel I should even be in this place for a day."
" I don't even think I can stay in 2nd divison long. It looks like Captain SoiFon will try to have me killed or do it her self. She is even ready to feed me to a group of hollows. That is how much she dislikes me. I feel I did not do anything but there is know way anybody would take my word over a captain." Tommyco walks to the other side of the cell and said "But captain did you come all this way to see me?" He said looking for Hitsugaya to make a reply.

Hitsugaya listened as tom began to talk about who hated him and how is captain wanted to kill him, hell for all he knows he could be right. With that he pulls up a chair and says to him. “no im here to see someone who I locked away years ago, you just happen to be in the nest cell, and as he is not responding i decided to talk to you, ya I do despise you, but and i don’t like that you only got a week, should of been more but i wont disrespect the commander

Tommyco looked back at captain Hitsugaya." so your just talking tome to pass time." he sat down by the wall and looked back at Hitsugaya. "In some whys I wish they did not help. They did not need to help me. I lost so many friends in the past year and now them. all of them are dead now." Tommyco then tryed to keep Hitsugaya from see his face because Tommyco soon started to cry."
I lost so many people close to me and even people who I don't know die because of me. I have just been acting out a little. I understand my actions where in some ways rogue like. I was just being a fool and because of that I will spend 7 days in this nest and 14 days working. That whole time my zanpakuto will be taken from me. Tell me captain have you even broken a law or lost any friends?"

Tobe honest iv broken some laws, but they were for the good of the soul society, but nothing like you did, and yes iv lost a good friend that was with me threw out my college days, but sadly Hyōrinmaru choose both of us, and we were forced to fight, but before we did the chamber of 46, stopped us and made me the victor and killed my friend, as I was the one chosen to have it, and you got of lightly for your crimes but law breakers needs to learn their place, what I did was jusafied what you did was pure evil.

Tommyco looked up at the captain. "evil! what I did was not evil!" Te captain."tommyco walked over to the captain and said " I was not trying to do anything wrong and I am sorry about it. I am not that bad a guy when you get to know me captain. ask my friends."
"But for now I will do my time captain." He closed his eyes and sat back down." so captain you can go now don't spend all your time talking to me.

“Indeed I have said all I came here to say, but for your sake I hope you learn your lesson just do your time and don’t course a fuss, and you may have some standing left when you get out, but if you pull something like this again, I’ll make sure you won’t see daylight again, but just think about what you did I think you have some making up too do
