RUMORS: Unknown treasure (closed)

*as genji stood at the edge of the 80th district the day before when he had over heard the talking of some old men in a gambling bar talking about a cav in the mountain with piles and piles of treasure with some sort of guardian protecting it but it was just rumor that genji was going to prove real or prove fake so to genji its not for the "treasure" but to calm his nerves him being annoyed at the challange those men had given him "i won't let them get the better of me i will see is so called guardian and kill it or what ever they wanted me to do oh well lets go hmm maybe not maybe tomorrow it will be a better idea lets roll" as genji went into the 1st district for a hotel*

(next day)

*as genji stood at the base of the mountain range and he was ready for it to see this guardian and treasure is true or not i hope no one is following me cause they might interfer with his plans for the treasure if it were true or not "well looks like my lil hike is a bout to begin now well i will set off now i have the chance to anyways well i hope those men are ready to pay up when i prove that rumor wrong hah hah hah anyways" *as genji started his trip up the mountain he had to remember what thos men said about that cave "oh yea it has the unique colour of silver black a odd colour i say but thats not the points " as genji keep walking*

no way thats oddy coloured rocks maybe i should wait out here to see and actual enter points hmm *as genji stands out there like nothing is there but he holds his zanpukato in his left hand just in case the old men had sent poeple to stop him and take the treasure* i will just holds this just in case someone is after me.



*as there was no danger for him genji stated to walk again or so he thought five men were following him they too had a bet with the old men as well but they too had no idea that genji had a bet as well so they decided to follow genji so then he could take down that guardian so then they could ambush him when he had finished it off and was tired so then they could beat him to death (again meaning genji already dead thats not the point) and then take all that "treasure" for themselves*

*as genji stopped by and odd set of trees that were covered in snow and that their were trees around he hadn't noticed them until now "wow i'm a idiot i didn't notice them til now man i'm a idiot and thats strange i wonder why there is trees with snow here when all the others aren't hmm maybe those men were true but maybe not i do think they are wrong but if they too made deals with others i might need to fight those idiots that believe those rumors but if they are right i will have to dispose of it some how will i be able to thats the question" as genji looked at the formation of the trees he noticed three in a triangle formation " well i suppose thats where the cave is lets wait here are bit" as genji draws his zanpukato and stabs it into the ground now i am certain i am being followed now i din't sense it til now but those behind me will die if they come after me i am stronger than they think so i will never let them get me oh well lets see this so called guardian as genji lifts his zanpukato out of the ground with his right hand and starts to walk into the cave ready for a fight.



*as genji entered the cave he got a bigger shock and the cave was alot different than he thought it would be " wow umm well i guess i'm in for it now aren't i but i must not give up there should be a guardian some where in here" as genji turned around the beginning of the cave was gone and there was only a wall "whoa holy.... shi *cough cough* okay thats not what you expect when you turn around do you heh eheh heh well i might as well keep goning " as genji looked back towards him another shock smaked genji "what the, whats with this maze you have to be kidding me hmm whats that coming over to me" as some kind of sphinx with wings flew over to him. the five men snuck behind genji then they saw the sphinx they hid behind a mall gap so then they couldn't be seen as they saw the sphinx lands before genji and then they heard the sphinx start to speak*

you there soul reaper what do you want with my cave if ypou want the treasure go fuck off every time someone comes in they want it if you do want it you have to pass the maze and answer some riddles if you want it if you don't well your gonna be stuck here a very long time yeah so what do you want

" well i came here to prove some rumors wrong but i guess i'm going to lose that bet i made with the old men, man i really hope i can sport the cash cause i'm boned if i don't well i guess i could do this maze it shouldn't be to hard.........well i hope it shouldn't so i'm in. oh and you might want to as the men around the corner if they want to as well because they came all this way"*as the five men jumped around the corner not to seem suspicious as the sphinx asked the same thing to them they agreed to it and they added a little some thing to it as well " if we beat that man to the end we will get to kill him and take all of the treasure" the sphinx agreed in an instant because no one has ever finished the maze to begin with and well they would have to kill him first and they all looked pathetic and weak but not the shinigami and gnji agreed aswell beacuse well he would not let those idiots beat him " well lets go" genji thought as he started to walk into the maze as the five men ran expecting to win if genji were to walk*



*as genji finally entered the maze cause he was walking rather slow because he mustn't act like a fool and rush into things and get lost in the maze "maybe that sphinx had in his mind that maybe the maze isn't a maze at all but a trick of the mind or maybe it is really oh well i will find out at the end of the maze or the begining where ever the sphinx is so then i can cliam what ever his is guarding well i might as well keep going on" as genji was walking the sphinx appeared in front of him and genji stopped
" you soul reaper here's the second riddle : What gets bigger the more you take out of it: if you can solve this the easier path will be open to you and well i riddle is easy so don't worry if you get it wrong the punishment won't be harsh well that harsh so what answer will you give to me"

*as genji thought it over " hmmm hmmm what gets bigger the more you take out of it i wonder what it is maybe it could be nah thats not right hmm hmm oh i think i got it" as genji starts to speak his answer "umm is it a hole" then the sphinx starts to speak and answer genji wheather he is right or not "well shinigami you are correct an well here is your help " as a hold appears under genji and he falls down but when he if falling he notices that he has appeared close to the end and he sees the five men further behind him and so he was closer to his goal and he noticed what the sphinx said "what second riddle than what was the first hmm maybe he is toying with me and those others if so i might have to fight him in the end"



*as genji stood up after the fall he wiped himself off and then he looked around to see that he was closer to the exit of the maze and that it wasn't too far untill the end so then he started walking to the exit he was surprised at the fact that he was put so close to the exit but he didn't mind it because he would win and all so he wasn't worried at all as he walked he heard screams as he turned he saw the five men that followed he to his location screaming and on fire as then the sphinx started to speak " ha you fools you should never be quick to decide so this is your punishment to die here and when i find that stupid shinigami he will be the next to die here and well the treasure will stay me till the end of time oh looky here hello soul reaper-kun time to die fool" as the sphinx started to rush at gen ji him ready for a fight he withdrawed his zanpukato from its holding*

*as the sphinx rushed genji noticed that he was run not flying like he should be then genji turn and ran not out of fear but for the win and as the sphinx got closer to him he turned and slashes at it shocked at the slash the sphinx stopped dead in his tracks genji ran into trhe exit as he climbed up the small cliff in the cave he stopped at the wall realising the dead end as the sphinx saw he had stopped he decided to end it so the sphinx fglew up to where genji was and " so it has come to this i guess you will beg for your life due to the fact you are traped here until i say so, so time to die " as the sphinx was ready for his attack and as genji was ready for the fight he braces himself to kill the sphinx even though he does not want to he will have to, to survive*

*as the sphinx came at genji he had already thought of a plan he would have to keep it on the down low cause well he had heard legends about the sphinx and their mind reading powers and that a master had learned to control them and 1 of five elemental spirits ((OOC referance to Hao Shaman king)) and that he might appear as well his death was not what you called nice so well genji not wanting to dwell on it went in for the attack bring his zanpukato up clashing into the sphinx "why are you like this i thought that sphinx were myths and that they were rocks or someting don't tell me you are a hollow cause then i will show no mercy" When genji said that the sphinx started to charge a cero it was a dull red colour and looks like a fire bursting from its mouth blasting into genji forcing him into the wall behind them*

*as genji hits the wall with great force as some of the wall was poking out as it stabed him in the mid back causing him to grunt out in pain " i did not see that coming maybe i should of been keeping my eye out for something like that but i guess its too late for that but now i know that he will be a little trouble lets bring that out lest do it Watch your step! " as genji was sliding his fingers down the blade of his zanpukato its changes into its shikai form "looks like you are going to be in a world of pain you damn thing................you."

*genji had known that something like this would happen but he didn't know when and where so he was alittle shocked but he was still alive and that all that mattered at the present time but he hadn't expected that the sphinx would be as strong as this but this was not the tome to be doubting himself he was now ready to beat the sphinx he had to be little on his feet the sphinx may be big but it was fast he out up his blade ready to fight as genji charged*

*The sphinx brought up its left claw and made a swipe at genji it colided with genji's blade but it was stopped genji was starting to become afraid of the sphinx he was bitting his lip when the sphinx colided with him he now knew that he was going to have to fight back he didn't want to kill the sphinx it not known where it was in a cave in the moutains of soul society if it was to leave it would be killed so genji wanted to deal with it so then the panic might not happen*

*so genji forced away the paw of the sphinx then he jumps and slashes it hoping to cut it off and it work genji felling alot better not that he could hurt it not it hurt him soi then he swung his blade up towards the sphinx's mouth when the sphinx caught it in his mouth forcing from genji tossing it into a wall " crap how am i going to fight like this well i suppose i could use the ability i have been saving for something like this alright i will " as genji looked abit worried about this he hadn't, had a really good try at this but i would have to do in a situation like this*

*as genji perpared for more attacks from the sphinx he went running to wards the sphinx as genji was going towards the sphinx he holds out his right and starts to use the kidou of choice then he shuinpios up on wall pushing himself up he was about to say the kido then he stabed his claws into his palm then " hado 33 sokatsui " as he swipes his hand to the left as five same powered version of the attack blast at the spohinx as genji shunpos over to his blade and stands on it still in the wall waiting for the sphinx to make his move if he was alive or not*

*as the sphinx burst out of the smoke it collided with genji forcing him back and cutting him*

" aahhh son of a bitch that hurt how the hell am i supposed to beat this thing man i am so dead if i can't figure this out i am so dead well lets see what i can figure out he's a sphinx so umm i could erode him well thats stupid isn't it well "

*then genji forced the sphinx back as it glided then hit the ground using its wings to slow it down so it could be better for him to do a counter attack

" ha you stupid shinigami you are in where i live so i have all the power so i suggest you die with honur and not fight back you have no chance at all hahahaha i see in youe eyes your not going to give up are you ohh well looks like you will have no honor "

*as the anger swelled up in genji like he was about to burst but he knew that if he was angry his blade would become blunt then he would be really dead then*

" you know nothing of honor you sphinx bnecause he really honor is coming form not giving up when times seem tough it doesn't matterwhen you are out numbered true dishonor is giving up when you are down and know you can win heh heh heh so lets go you hunk of junk "

*genji gets into a fighting stance and is now ready to kick some ass*
