With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.

It was hard to be secret about the whole thing. The Garganta that appeared, and the strong spiritual pressure that came with it near the center of Karakura Town. Still, Halibel took the chance, and she visited a place she had never returned to since that fateful battle.
She made no violent movement, rather she floated slowly towards the sidewalk as people walked by, then landed without incident with her arms crossed as per usual. People passed her on the sidewalk, and she paid them no mind. She seemed to be focused on something else. Something intangible.
For any history buff, this is the spot where she, and her Fraccion fought over Fake Karakura. This is the spot where her Fraccion were killed.
She came here for closure, and peace, even though she knew such things were not for her. It was certain someone would notice her, and she'd have to deal with that when it came.
She was confident enough to come here, to the hotbed of her enemies, next to the Seireitei itself, alone. Why shouldn't she be?
If trouble rained down on her too hard, she wasn't afraid to retreat. She wasn't here to fight, after all.
She groaned, rubbing her ankles gently, which were both red. Nini had been sent to Kurakura town for a simple assignment, which was to do a report on someone. Urohara maybe? She forgot the name when she was sent down to this world and into a pile of poison ivy. "Honestly, why do they plant these things anyways?! I mean yeesh!" Nini sighs and stands up, getting her soul pager to check the GPS, and continued along her way, ignoring the pain.
As she walked, she went sightseeing, amazed at the clothing of people, as well as the magnificent buildings and vehicles, as she had heard them called. Everything was so amazing to her. the buildings, people, cars, tv's, garganta.....
She stared at the garganta, frozen in place. Quickly, she hid behind a parked car, peeking out at the arrancar that had entered. A blush lightly lit her face when she saw who it was. She did not know who it was, but this woman was....different. "W..wow. So pretty..." She didn't even realize it when the car had drove off, and was in what seemed like a pressed-on-the-wall-with-head-tilted-at-the-corner sort of position.

Halibel's Pesquisa picked up the Shinigami's presence rather well, as Halibel would have to be incredibly foolish to not keep her guard up.
She wasn't sure what she wanted to do for a while as she stood there quietly. She could let the Shinigami know she knows she's there, or she could ignore the Shinigami to see what she does.
She mulled over the possibilities a bit, then finally spoke, "What do you want, Shinigami?" she said as if she belonged there more than a Shinigami, which was silly, even to herself. Still, she wanted to know.
She didn't feel this one to be a threat, but the fact she didn't lash out immediately, or flee made Halibel curious.
Her icy gaze went from a spot on the sidewalk to the Shinigami, and she stood there silently with her arms crossed as if she needed to guard her bosom against falling out of her shirt.
It was hard to know what Halibel were thinking at the moment, but one could certainly count their blessings that she remained calm, and did not attack.
She blinks and looks down, then back up. Nini realized that the thing was no longer there. She shivered a little as she was glared at, making her feel somewhat inferior for some reason. She looked around frantically, making small noises that made her appear even more nevrous. She didn't find a place to go, so instead she got her staff drawn from a strap on her torso, and clutched it tightly against herself.
"I..um....." She gulps, apparently nervous for two reasons. One, this person, possibly arrancar, was very pretty to Nini. Another thing was that she felt the spiritual pressure of this person now. Her own didn't seem to be even close to such power. I'm looking ff..fo Uro....Urohara..... Dddo you know where he is?"

Halibel watched this Shinigami cower like a cornered mouse, and it stirred something in her... Not the feral desire to play the role of the cat, but instead, "I did not come here to fight, Shinigami. Calm yourself," she said calmly even though her features, and tone did not soften along with the words. Halibel didn't explain why she were here, and as far as she were concerned the Shinigami did not need to know. Not coming to cause chaos should to be enough.
"I am Halibel, Tres Espada..." she introduced herself calmly. Fight, or no, she felt civility was called for, and, well, call her one of the more sociable Espada. Having lost her Fraccion certainly did that to her.
"As for your question, I have not seen Unohara," she said in a calm tone that was not exactly soothing, but it was the best she could offer for the time being.
Her gaze remained on the Shinigami, and she did not move to help, or harm. It didn't show, but honestly, she just hoped this woman would have ceased her cowering by now.
She blinks, somewhat confused at the word Espada. "Espada....!" Something in her ticked, like a memory. She had seen this person before indefinitely, but in a database. She giggled a little and puts her staff back into the sling, bowing in a greeting.
"So you're Halibel! I'm Nini Mori Tenma of the Second squad, 10th seat shinigami!" She felt relieved for some reason. Perhaps it was because she liked Halibel, or that she used her as an idol of some sort, to achieve a power higher than an arrancar's.
She calms down, her left hand scratching the back of her head. "Ehehehe... Sorry about that. I tend to be...rather erratic with my moods sometimes..." She walks up to Halibel, as if she was already a friend, and puts her hand out to her. "It is nice to meet you finally!"

Halibel seemed to blink for the first time since they've met at the unusual greeting she got. "I did not know I had a reputation," she said calmly, yet modestly as the girl practically gushed over a person who may well be the cause of great pain later.
As Nini extended her hand, Halibel returned the favor, and uncrossed her arms. She extended a gloved hand to shake Nini's in a rather friendly manner. It would not likely mean anything beyond this meeting, but she intended it as a sign of temporary truce.
"I do not understand why you are pleased to see me," she said boldly to the young Shinigami. It wasn't intended as a threat, instead it was genuine curiosity over this.
It was true Halibel respected even her enemies to an extent until they've lost it, but she did know know it was a two way avenue, and the possibility intrigued her.
She giggled again, this time at Halibel. "Ehehehe.... Well, not really. The shinigami database had your name in there, and you seemed very interesting. Actually, you could say that you're the reason I was able to reach my shikai.....erm, perhaps I shouldn't have said that.." She shrugs and releases her hand calmly, her body relaxing from the excitement she felt moments before.
"Umm.... Dont get me wrong, I mean I never go into personal data. Just combat specs, appearance and power ratings..." A small, blue spirit particle fluttered out of her leggings, landing on the ground discreetly. It dispersed and, in its place, suddenly grew a rather healthy rose, the color being bright pink with dark red swirls on the petals. It was a bodily reaction, releasing a particle or two from a reserve in her mind.
She quickly takes a look-around Halibel, soon crossing her arms like her, wondering why Halibel would have her arms crossed. "Hmmm.....!" She jumps as her soul pager rings. She sighs and answers it, nods a little, and puts it away. "I have to go check out that Urohara..whatever his name is... It was nice meeting you though! Hope to see you again!" She quickly runs off to try and find the supposedly strange man. (not the end of thread in case you are wondering.)

"I see," she said calmly, "That makes some sense." She wasn't used to being an inspiration... well, not to a Shinigami. She adored her intensely loyal Fraccion when they were alive. With the way the Shinigami spoke, she debated Nini as a Fraccion, but she quickly dismissed the absurd idea.
She did notice the flower, but she wasn't the sort to draw attention to it. She was a bit wary, but she did not worry, too much.
Then the woman then received a call on a rather curious device which led Halibel to wonder a moment why there were no such things among Hueco Mundo.
Halibel simply nodded as she ran off after she excused herself. She let the girl go no problem, but as she left, she plucked the flower curiously as she reminded herself to not let her guard down so easily, but it was a bit late for that.
She appreciated the nature of the flower, and then decided to keep it.
She had gone to the shop, lucky to find it, and did her evaluation, avoiding the really scary buff man the best she could. After that, she quickly zoomed back to the spot she was at before, looking for Halibel.
She sighed, apaprently lost again. She had gone the wrong way and had no idea where to go, since her soul pager died. She sat down to think a little, consulting the library in her head.
Her eyes wildly roamed, not paying attention until she saw an outfit in a window. She practically ran to the window, in awe. (one in her appearance.) "Oooh, I wish I was able to get those.... Oh well." She continues her trail down the street, a spirit particle dropping onto the ground and creating strange roses, as if a trail for her. "I wonder what Halibel is doing....."
