With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.

Mother look I have my zanpakuto That's nice dear Dad... That's very nice son (crying) Oh, dear the baby's crying again, both parents rush upstairs Tenkachi follows, his mother is holding a something in a bundle, you can't see it's face as it's covered by darkness, he takes a step closer to look and the darkness jumps out at him engulfing him
Tenkachi leapt up in his bed, his sheets smothering his face,"twas a bad dream", he breathed deeply, he always had bad dreams whenever he was in karakura, mainly because of the shinigami action around here and the fear of being caught, but something kept bringing him here, a sense of hope that all would get better, tonight's nightmare showed nothing of that, getting up he went into a bathroom, splashing water on his face to cool it down.
Re entering bed, he stared at the ceiling,"I am alone", he sighed,"Who would want me?, who would accept me for who I am?, who would want Tenkachi?", he pondered, this feeling of loneliness had hanted him since birth and followed him like a curse, finding he couldn't get back to sleep he put on some clothes, taking his zanpakuto, hollow hunting would help now.
Shunpoing across the rooftops, he flew aimlessly, he didn't feel like cutting down hollows tonight, he just felt....lonesome. stopping on a rather large roof he sat down, and stared a a full moon that lit up karakura tonight.

Shyra had been put on a nightwatch duty of protecting Karakura town, she travled here a while ago and was already on the case of taking out any hollows lurking about. She had finished taking down a group of over 8 hollow's and succeded with a minor injury. Once she defeated all of the hollow she slumped down on the floor gripping her fingers around her wounded shoulder. ''Damn...'' she muttered her grip tightening. She looked down to the Shinigami robes and reched inside them pulling out some spare bandages she had tucked away in her robes that were left over from a previous fight. She started to wrap up her wound. Once it was all under control the sound of yet another hollow was echoing in the distance. She sighed before getting back up to her feet and running forwards and then flash stepping up onto a roof and used shunpo steps to jump from rooftop to rooftop until she reached the hollow.
She appeared on the same rooftop as a male, she turned her head a little glancing to him but was then gone in a flash to appear on the next rooftop before she spotted the hollow below her. She flickered away again and was free falling through the air making an overhead slam into the hollow's skull instantly slaying it. She flipped herself over once before landing quickly on the ground.

Tenkachi sat there pondering nearly everything that entered his mind, hearing a hollow he sighed,Brother, his inner hollow finally spoke, suddenly a shinigami,a girl about his age, flashed beside him, before he could speak she was gone, followed by the hollow's cry as it was cut down,I feel thy pain , his inner hollow finished as it was silent once more.
Tenkachi stood up, dusting himself a little he looked at the newcomer, the first thought that rang through hs mind was shinigami,Tis a bad omen,his spirit told him, but Tenkachi felt different, he just kept lookin in her direction, her silver hair dangling past her shoulders, her slim, slender physique, he was intrigued, a smile spread across his face, this certainly was different, on any other occasions the appearance of a shinigami keyed him in anticipation of a fight, he didn't feel like that, he could sense her reiatsu and somehow, it seemed to calm him.
Morone , Red snapped, get out of here, Wait, he replied, he wanted to go up to her, ask her name...talk, anything that kept him from being lonely, but he knew that wasn't the case, C'mon Romeo let's get goin before she spots ya, he sighed prying his eyes away from her, he jumped over her head, landing he took another glance at her before preparing to jump away.
Shyra gave a sigh before flinching from her wound ''Ow...'' she grumbled rolling her shoulder a little. ''Taichou wont be pleased if ive gotten inured by the likes of hollow'' she said to herself looking to the ground. She suddenly got a feeling, like she was being watched, she frowned and then quickly turned her head to look over her shoulder and up seeing a figure up on the roof. She watched the figure for a moment a thoughtful look on her face, wondering who he was. She thought she'd question things a bit, after all it was her duty to cover this area until next morning at least, so any suspicions she had, she had to check out.
She again used flash steps to transpost her back up ontp the roof, ''Hey...'' she said quickly before he went off. ''Who are you?...are you here for the same reason i am?'' she said in a firm yet feminine voice.

Tenkachi stopped in his tracks,Damn she's quick, Draw your sword nincompoop, no shinigami is supposed to see you and live, Red hissed, Tenkchi ignored the black spirit, he turned to face the the shinigami, looking deep into her eyes, it was a tactic to make most victims uncomfortable, but this time it was to search, search whether she would tell soul society of his presence, he smiled courteously,"I might ask the same of you shinigami, however I do not partake in the slaying of brethren", he replied, he wasn't offended, he didn't mind hunting hollows for sport, it was his hollow that took offense easily, thus the reason he spoke though him so quickly.
"I'm sorry, my hollow doesn't take lightly to what you do", he said regaining control, but yes I was here for the same reason as you, but I no longer feel like slaying hollows",he shrugged, his eyes gently wandered up and down on the shinigami, not as to make her feel uncomfortable, but to gather info from first impressions, she was rather good looking, white hair, zanpakuto was obvious, for some strange reason, he couldn't bring himself to exterminate her,"Well, the reason I am here to answer your next question", he said,"I was feeling alone so I decided to slay hollows to take my mind off my loneliness", he said, it didn't really matter that he was giving a little personal info of himself to her, realising his hand was at the hilt of his blade he let go, shrugging again for no apparent reason.
Shyra kept her focus on him for the moment, growing more and more suspicious of him. It seemed like he had just let a hollow roam free, it made her wonder just who he was. But he had turned the question round onto her. She straightened up a little before looking off to her side thinking about answering. She finaly looked back to him and nodded. ''Shyra Ailyn 4th seat of the 10th Division....'' she stated letting her eyes quickly move onto his hand that appeared to be holding the hilt of his sword, as if ready to attack her at anytime. Shyra's stance turned definsive, a frown appearing on her face as he spoke of not wanting to slay hollows, and his hollow was agaisnt it. Her frown was quickly replaced with shock. ''So thats it...your like that Subsistute Shinigami....a vizard...'' she said noting that he had taken his hand off his sword. That caused confusion for her, Shinigami's and vizards werent the best of friends, so she was expecting him to attack.

"Pleasure to meet you Shyra", he said turning his charm on,"I am Tenkachi, but please, call me Tenk, or Miro, that name is not my favourite", he said, so she was shinigami, and her stating her rank confirmed all suspicions, his smile widened when she asked him if he was a vizard, chuckling,"Yes I am, funny having two different identities within oneself", he knew shinigami and Vizards had some tension between them, he smile faded a little at her frown.
"Ease yourself shinigami", he said going a little serious,"I am not here to hurt you, I would should you threaten my existence, but you don't seem like that, you seem, like me, unble to hurt a fly unless the fly threatened your existence....am I right?", he finished, his body relaxed fully and he ran a hand through his hair, the silence that followed seemed to give him his answer,"I should think not", and with that he turned to shunpo away.
Shyra exhaled before breifly letting a smirk appear. ''I see...Tenk nice to meet you...'' she said before dropping her guard, reasling the grip on her zanpakuto. He was right somehow, she didnt feel the need to attack him, he wasnt causing any harm to her, or to anyone else, nor was he allowing hollows to attack anyone. The hollow she had taken down werent in the area of innocent souls so far. ''Yeah...vizards arent always the enemy...but however that doesnt rule them out....'' she said, but she was just teasing and being slightly witty. She lifted her arm folding them across her chest.
She smirked hearing him making suggestions that she was similar, not harming unless there was reason for it. Of course he was right on that too, but she didnt speak up to neither confirm or deny it. She smirked again ''Are you making asumptions...Tenk?'' she said. She shook her head a little ''You guessed right...im not as straight forward as most Shinigami though....'' She said before noticing him turn ready to go off. She raised an eyebrow watching him. ''Well now before you run off, you could help me out with something? unless you feel you cant help a shinigami?'' she said.

Tenk returned her smirk as her tension seemed to ease, he laughed slightly as she teased him, her wittiness standing out, he returned the favour,"I could say the same shinigami...or Shyra, however if that theory were true, everybody would be a possible enemy and you would miss the chance of a potential friend once in while", he smiled feeling a little clever for himself.
He laughed again at her question of him making assumptions,"Tis bad to make a guess on first impressions....Shyra?", he smiled, adding her name for emphasis, he smiled when she told him he was right, his smiled widened when she asked him a favour,"Well I have nothin ta do so I was jus gonna run from ya seein as we don't get on well", he laughed,"Jokin, yeah I would be glad to help out, like I said I have nothin ta do so I don't mind helpin ya out".He smirked.
Shyra had an unimpressed look on her face after Tenk had tried to outsmart her, though she smirked cheekily almost, a wittiness competition was something she was an near expert. ''Hmm...everyone would be an enemy huh?...well then you better start running now then Vizard!'' she joked and didnt call him by his name to make it seem like she didnt know him as in part of what she said, but she smiled after. ''Yeah i dont make assumptions...not yet anyway...but you seem like a decent person....'' she said before letting her arms drop to her sides hearing him agreeing to help her. ''Alright then...follow me'' she said and walked forwards towards the edge of the building. ''Its a hollow job....but i know you are against slaying hollows...but however there is in fact an innocent human caught up somewhere in this...my captain told me that there were paticular humans that needed help here'' she said before jumping down from the roof freefalling and then landing on her feet perfectly on the ground. She turned and looked down the street behind her.
