Nice style! It's got a feel I can never mimic... kinda sorta like a shounen youth style. And the coloring is A-Awesome.

I'd like to request a picture of my char with color. In exchange, I'll do one of your char, too. though I'm not to hot on colors...

I've started it, but I looked at the one on your actual profile and now I'm drawing one that looks more like that so... ^-^' Well, I will post it here and pm you when it's up.

I only have two characters right now, you can pick either one: Fuego Diminuto (Labeled, Short arrancar short fuse), and Ureshi ( I can't remember the last name >.>).

UPDATE: I lost my camera's chord, so it'll take me a while to get it on

UPDATE 2: I took a picture of another drawing using my webcam, I can try and do the same for yours too. Here it is, this is for Honaki:
