Releasing the limits.

So I was wondering, If a Fukataichou goes to the the Real world, are they able to release their limits, once givin premmision from the captain or staff member? Im not sure if this topic has been baught up yet, so I shall state my opinion.~

I personally think when Captain/Vice captain fo to the real world, thier tier level drops down one, and then when they release it boosts up once again. Or, the tier remains the same, but boosts when the limit is released. A similiar system could be made for different races, however Im pretty sure they all have the abality to release their full power when ever the please.

This may not even be a concern since The real world and the Gotei are kind of at war with each other. Since they are, then another suggestion of my would be to not have the limitations rule at all.

I don't think the limiters are even in play any more. People prolly won't limit their characters with such a device with any group.

If they wanna hold back, they will without the seals.
