I was thinking, most races have their own organisation but the humans, quincy and mod souls dont have any. seeing as the buyakumi and amen got taken down, theres little they can actually join, thus making humans a less popular race.I suggest that we make a human party for JUST HUMANS to join. There should be an overall leader with three co leaders. Then after that four different branches.
The east, The West, The North the south. All different teams / squads of humans. Depending on the squad, depends on what part of karakura you are guardian of.Each leader is assigned to a branch. North being the main leaders branch and the others belong to the other leaders.Members join each branch and the leaders select their more trusted warriors much like fraccion.Teir levels and posts do count to what position you can be given. Leaders must have over 1000 posts and the head leader must have over 1200. They must also have good RPing skills and be online frequently.thats my idea....

Hm,not a bad idea in my opinion.Like beings who are still alive with spiritual pressure who feel like they want to use their spiritual powers to help protect Karakura with the soul reapers?

twas kinda what i was thinking, especially with the shinigami busy off elsewhere... whos gonna protect the place? karakura raizer?
Plus, its kinda not fair to people who use humans, and cant be respected for their positions. Everyone fears the captains, espada and vampire order cause their the toughest guys around.... The humans are just excluded from this.

I like it id actually make a charectar, however i dont like the post system the site uses, because lets say you have 1200 post but half of them are ina non-rp topic,, then you'd be running around as a human leader, who isnt even tht expierenced. You see what im getting at?

The idea is cool, but the problem comes with making human leaders on level with other org leaders. In all the other organizations the leaders have worked up over hundreds of years. Humans just dont have that ability. Im all for human teams, but its just not Bleachish to make some of them as powerful as the most powerful leaders of other organizations. But thats just my opinion

If anyone wants I started an unofficial human org, called Project Valkyrie it works pretty much like any other org with a hierarchy and divisions and such, but the seats have no effect on power tier because human power is determined by the post count. Still if anyone wants to join purely for the fun of rping in an org they are welcome to join the seating list is in the earth thread in the europe section, as of now we don't have many members so a lot of high ranking seats are open and who knows maybe if enough people join and we prove a human org isn't useless it could become a real org.
(note: the last statement was not told to me by matt its just a hope of mine.)

i know what you mean by having unexperienced humans and that their not as strong as the others, but then again.... who knows....what could happen?

My logic is that basically this could give some structure to the human side of the forum and maybe if we get enough support we can make it an official, know I really am open to suggestion and I take no offense to criticism, if anyone has any ideas for the human party pm ill see what i can do.

ye, Baaird has been trying to get it started for a while, but something always gets in our way, like a site update, but it would be sweet to do this
